I boarded flight UA#1318 at Sacramento International Airport going back to Houston TX. The flight was scheduled at 5:10am. I was able to check in virtually using the United Airlines app. When I entered the airport, there was no one outside assisting with checked bags as it was for Delta Airlines. Immediately upon entering, there was a LONG, EXTREMELY LONG line to the kiosks to get boarding passes. I stand in line to get boarding passes then had to move to ANOTHER EXTREMELY LONG line to get my bags checked in. While standing in this line, we noticed an agent taking customers to 3 at a time to her station to check their bags in. Lucky for me, she called me back, checked my bags for me and I was on my way. I then encountered another long line at the TSA check and to avoid I ending up having to sign up for CLEAR to bypass it. So glad, I did.,...Both of my flights were great with no issues, butthe check in progress at Bush Airport was so much smoother. Check-in at SMF airport needs to be anaylzed and corrected. Do better United, I know you can....thanks

An international flight on an apron is pretty unusual in my 40 years of traveling. Departure delay. Luggage despite over an hour connection did not make it to the flight. Actually still in Germany. My luggage was not moved until I reached my final destination despite knowing it to be left in Germany upon my arrival in Chicago. The service left me a little off, both going and returning from Europe. Light on in the cabin even during a night flight and lots of traffic no matter what. Maybe passengers want more service? As a frequent traveler i just want to be able to sleep, the food will be better at the destination anyway. So since the cabin crew woke me up I asked for a cocktail, I did not get the best response although sitting in row 20 premium economy. I usually fly premium economy or business and my 2 flight to Europe in 2025 with United both had luggage delays and other minor issues. American flights to Australia, Canada and Europe went smoothly and Premium plus feels very much like business light. Is United Club becoming a waste and Silver/Gold levels another waste??
This flight leg was fantastic - super comfortable and a great selection of things to watch on the TV. Staff were excellent, really above and beyond.
Not enough veg food available for passengers. I actually did not get the veg food and was told it was over, and I starved the entire flight duration.
The LH flight was great except for the delay at boarding. It should be announced well in tme.
Could have said yes to a glass of wine 🍷 instead of saying we'll come around in a couple of hours
Inoperable monitor left no entert for 9 hours. Crew was not helpful Food was awful.
The food and sitting need improvements. They were extremely bad.. If you choose to recline, there is no room for the passenger behind you. This is one of the worst sitting arrangements that I ever experience. The aircraft was not properly clean before boarding.
Had one staff that was not pleasant. Seems they are stressed with too many people to care for.
Ok. Get a different kosher caterer. The food was odd.
Booked seats (paid extra) online and found they didn’t exist on the flight. We were then separated from the rest of our party. Given seats in the very back of the plane. We will not fly Discover or Lufthansa again. We will not book flights or travel through Kayak again!
Had a few open seats and could use it for a great rest ful journey
It was very good. Service was friendly and efficient, and food was good.
Airline food is airline food, but the plane was wonderful and the seating comfort outstanding. One of my best flights in quite a while.
Crew was outstanding, helpful and friendly. Food is deteriorating. The snack at the end of the flight was not good, a greasy moosh of toast cheese snd other unidentifiable ingredients. Coming from Germany a pretzl with butter would have been better. Entertainment had a great selection.
Smooth flight with enough time for connection. Ran out of meal options. In-flight and gate staff were friendly and helpful. Good service overall.
The seat space seemed small especially when the person ahead reclined but other than that, very good.
Give yourself over 2+ hours layover because if flight is slighlty delayed and you miss your connection, Lufthansa will do nothing for you
We would have missed our connection from Munich to Boston but we had a van outside the plan that wisked us to our terminal. Much appreciated and we didn’t even realize that Lufthansa had done this until the announcement on disembarkation. Well organized airline! Will definitely fly Lufthansa again!!!
Everything went well. I will fly with Lufthansa again. And use Kayak whenever I book flights
