Five star experience all around except for my seat, which was broken. It would only go down 70%.Of the way. It defeats the purpose of buying a business class ticket if you don’t actually get to lay flat..
Great staff, efficient and knowledgeable. Very helpful with others and considerate towards those with children
WiFi would have been nice and some more powerful usb ports, available ports could not keep my phone’s charge much less charge the phone.
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .

Don't fly Pegasus, terrible service at the airport and boarding was really bad. Both flights I took with them were significantly late. This flight had us all changing the gate at the last moment and it was chaos.withour explanation or apology. The planes have seats that don't recline and seats are really hard. The crew on board was good both flights, but that is the only positive thing I can say about this airline. It's not worth it and I won't be flying them again.
The airport staff were some of the worst I've ever flown, and I fly at least 50x every year. From the staff at the gate, to the check in staff, to the ticketing sales staff. My experience in Instanbul was so bad Ill.never fly Pegasus again. They were incredibly rude, dismissive and not helpful whatsoever. This is the worst of the worst if you want to fly a budget airline I'd go elsewhere. The airplane seats are really uncomfortable and don't recline at all, you get charged for every single thing so in the end you will pay more flying with them. The crew on the plane were the only kind people we encountered with Pegasus.

Flight from London was delayed and we had to hurry up to catch the connecting flight to Riyadh
The crew were outstandingly kind and cheerful. We carried our cat and they offered help.
Late departure. No announcements. Boarding was a disaster. Some kind of technical issue scanning boarding passes.
Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.
Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen
No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport

No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
Vol annulé. Pas d'accueil. Zéro explication. Vol remplacé 3 jours plus tard. Zéro prise en charge pour l'hôtel. Nous attendons le remboursement si il va y en avoir. C'est un scandale ! C'est une arnaque.
