In this flight we had selected seating for our family in the middle of the plane in a 2x2 format. The airline changed them to the very back row of the plane and split them to 3x1. Why pay for seats that allow seat selection if the airline will just move them to the worst seats in the plane?

Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.
The plane was delayed ~ 40 minutes. Communication could have been better. The entertainment was poor. We were not offered headsets by the flight attendants. The arm rest pad did not work properly, thus, I could not select what I wanted to watch.
A/C wasn't working. Made the 1.25 hour flight seem like 4 hours! Even at altitude it didn't cool down.
flights were on time, boarding was easy. maybe better snack selection, like mini kind bars?.
They busted my entire trip via incompetent maintenance and scheduling. I'm out about 1000 dollars. Funnily the only entity to not return my money is the Dirtbag Airline United Airlines that cause me this financial inconvenience. Please for the love of god blacklist United. They're just stealing at this point. They hold reservations and break them then say it's your fault? No ma'am.

No water on the toilets, dirty sits. 4 hours delayed departure.
East Lounge in Denver was terrible. Turning away active military on orders? Really? Sad.
The flight was delayed, but other than that everything was fine.
Departure more than an hour later. Conexion/waiting time at the airport was more than 7 hours :(
Flight was scheduled to leave at 6:25am. Went to bed at 9pm to get enough sleep. Flight cancelled at 1am that morning. Only flights available either landed at 8:30pm (9 hours later and 3 hours after the event I was trying to attend) or in a completely different state. Way to screw up my weekend, American.

I was bumped to first class so I got some food. It was OK. Entertainment is whatever you bring with you since there are no seatback screens.
Flights were on time. That's the main consideration since I had to change planes. The entertainment was whatever you bring with you and the food (in Economy) is non-existant. Neither of those was a surprise.
also wi-fi never worked attendant said satellite coverage is spotty over water ..... but we were over land!
Mobility assistance at DFW is A JOKE!!! Totally disorganized, ineffective and annoying. Ended up having to walk and find our own way for a good part of the very, very long walk between gates. Worst assistance I have ever experienced.
Boarding, Seating, Flight Attendants, flight was okay. My seat was uncomfortable.
Another American flight delay. Gate staff was gratuitously abusive of anyone expressing frustration. This will be my last American Airlines flight
