Cons: "I packed a SOLID body butter that was brand new. I thought that because it was NOT a liquid but a SOLID it would be okay. Wrong! I took every precaution and even called prior to packing. I didn’t think this would be a problem. So, out it went! My SOLID deodorant was fine, though."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by half an hour. Mainly due to limited carryon space. During check in we offered to check in carry on luggage, but were told it would be an additional cost! If they would have checked it in that would have saved 15 minutes easily"

Cons: "So there was a 2 hours delay in Dallas which resulted in 11 hours delay in Frankfurt .. this trip was horrible how did they dare do that to the passengers.. they should have gotten us a place to rest but we were left on the chairs in the airport.. will never fly Lufthansa anymore"

Pros: "Lufthansan Agent in Nigeria was very rude, has no professional skills, lost some of my medications as a result of her behavior towards me, yelling and commanding me to remove items from my bags and my hand bag. This was a second incident with her. Our flight was delayed for three hours as a result of faulty plane."

My first choice is always Lufthansa but after this time I am not sure anymore, I was very disappointed with my attendant and made this trip a bad experience with them. Movie selection not so great either"

Cons: "McDonald's type food. I couldn't eat it at all. TV screen with very slow response, almost impossible to use. Very frustrating on a long flight."

Cons: "The flight was late in departing and then rerouted from Frankfurt to Manchester causing many passengers to loose connection. The reasongiven was a crew scheduling issue. Compensation upon arrival at Frankfurt was nil unless you asked and if you did you got an insulting 7 euros which barely even paid for coffee. No apology to people given just a "business as usual, it is your problem attitude". At arrival in Frankfurt there was a pass the buck attitude where any questions of connecting flights, and reroutes was forwarded to a Lufthansa counter that was NOT manned by anyone. Very frustrated."

Cons: "Delayed flight. Offered free direct tv to everyone but then came back on and said the "button" to select free tv wasn't working so never mind"

Pros: "The seats are hard and we were packed like sardines in the back rows. Wish that they would pass out water more often, we were dehydrated and also cold. Choice of movies were ok. The kids movies were the best"

Cons: "I am disabled and we called the 24 hours in advance as requested to book seats with more leg room, accommodation for my autistic son's service dog, and special meals for my two children. None of these things were done as were booked even when presented with confirmation number provided by the central booking office. To top it off my daughter is allergic to peppers and her allergen free meal contained peppers."

Cons: "I could not make it to flight due to health problems. I was refused to be given another date for the flight."

Pros: "Lufthansa is one of the best in the world at transatlantic flights. There was extra room in business so they relocated me to a spot where I could have a bit more extra space. The food was wonderful. The service was wonderful. The flight left on time and arrived early. The seat was comfy. Really nice flight."
Cons: "Um, have to think. They could find a better ice cream? They should have turned on the outlets earlier so I could recharge my phone?"

Pros: "the magazine selection prior to flight, bottle of water in front of each seat and crew were great, the pilot's landing was amazing! The seat in front of me had weird legs that made the room under the seat smaller than other seats around me. So you couldn't fit in the carryon fully under it as you could under the seat diagonally from me, however, this ended up being a huge plus since I could use the legs of this chair in front of me as stepping places to place my feet during flight. Since airline does not provide foot rest, it was great to have this to elevate the feet for a long flight. More considerations should be give to provide footrest or at least these kind of foot elevations."
Cons: "The dinner and breakfast were a bit disappointing, but not bad and not a deal breaker at all since the rest of the flight was wonderful. I noted comfort as ok, but that's applies to all airlines - the seats in economy and no footrest is very uncomfortable, but that's on all economy flights, so no deduction of points there. I do want to note that I needed a boarding pass at the gate and stood in line for quite a while (I was first in line) before I was even acknowledged by a lady who ended up helping me eventually. But she was so cranky! (there were 2 ladies - one busy helping the crew and putting around barrier - she was fine, the other with a head covering (putting this hear just to distinguish the ladies as one was doing a great job)- not sure what she was doing, but she plainly ignored me standing at the desk in front of her, I didn't say anything, just patiently waited until she acknowledged me, and then she printed the boarding pass for me, but she was way to cranky to be in the job that she is in - no need for that kind of attitude."

Cons: "Boarding three planes to three different destinations from the same gate is very confusing."
