Fiji has restricted the entry of all travelers who are not nationals of Fiji. With the exception of, in some cases, foreign nationals with work and residence permits. Entry is not currently permitted for tourism or temporary visits.
Prior to traveling, all Permit Holders must request Fijian Immigration Department for authority to travel. All request to be email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following supporting documents: Passport Bio-Data Page; Permit Letter or Stamp; and Travel Itinerary.
Dual citizen will need to provide evidence of their Fijian Citizenship status. They will be required to provide one of the following evidences at the check in counter: A valid Fijian Passport, Citizenship Certificate of country of residence.
Once approval is granted, they must take a mandatory pre-departure COVID-19 test. Travelers must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure and must email the test result to email@example.com before traveling.
All travelers are subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine in a government designated border quarantine facility. Foreign nationals are required to pay the full cost of quarantine and testing. A COVID-19 test will be again conducted at the quarantine facility.

Fortunately the flight from London to Phx was delayed (because it was delayed arriving into London) and I was able to make my connection. Especially when we had to take a bus from the plane to the terminal, there is no way I would have made my connection. While I know there are reasons for the delays, it is frustrating. After a long week of traveling and 21 hours of flying- ones patience does run out."

We had to listen to a loooong speech about their credit card. I, personally, don’t like sales pitches over the intercom in the middle of a flight. Had the movies been working, it would’ve paused during the long speech. Not cool at all!"

Cons: "Right from the start, customer service was not compassionate in helping out. I was forced to leave my huge luggage behind in order to make it to the next available flight. In addition, American Airlines continued delaying their flight departure times like it was no big deal.. It was stressful for many passengers. This other woman and I had a second plane to get onto, and were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get to the next plane ride because the first plane ride was pushed back like around 10 times or so. This is my first experience with American Airlines, and absolutely do not have a good impression whatsoever. I do not support this airline because it is clear that they do not value their customer’s satisfaction, wellbeing, or schedules."

Cons: "They split up my husband and I. One screen for every 4 rows of seats playing one in-flight movie. Apparently there was WiFi that you could download an app for and watch other stuff, but no good selection at all, and since I had no way to charge my phone, it didn't seem a great idea to waste the battery. Only food for over 4 hours of sitting on the runway and flight was a bag of mini pretzels."

Cons: "My ticket was issued by JAL but it was printed oersted by American Air. I was confused which terminal I should go to checo in. I called JAL. i waited 2 hours. No answer. Then, I called AA. They said international. But i went to terminal 4 which is American Air just in case because it was OPERATED by AA. I was right! I hope someone gave me a correct info."

In fact, there appeared to be more non-functioning machines .than working ones which created a huge backlog of passengers. We then had to wait in another long line to have our bagged checked and boarded. This was one of the worse situations I've seen in a very long time."

Then I went to get something to eat to kill time just to find out they switched the gate causing me to have to run all the way to the new gate then they close the door as I was walking up and told me I missed my flight even though the plane was still there for another 15 minutes.. so I had to fly standby on the next flight which was another hour and a half later.. I arrived at the airport at 12:30 and didn't end up catching a flight until 7:45 p.m.... oh and I forgot to mention that I originally paid for an upgrade for priority seating with more legroom that I never received because they put me on the very last seat that you can't even replying because there is a wall behind you.. SMH"
