Alaska is consistently the best in all categories. Excellent airlines and employees

The internet was down, which made my work plans impossible while inflight.

On time, friendly and professional staff and crew Very nice new terminal in Spokane

My trip to Seattle from Newark was uncomfortable and there was a maintenance issue that caused a delay which ended up with me being stuck at the Seattle airport on my birthday for almost 12 hrs. The ride itself was very bumpy due to turbulence. I u derstand as my first time flying this could have been normal but all the passengers around me said that this was not what flying is normally like. On my way home I was semi comfortable due to exhaustion and paying $200 in upgrades to have a “better” seat and experience

Never got on because first part of trip was cancelled and we have no idea when we will get rebooked…

The flight was too short. No snacks or drinks offered.

Boarding much smoother than previous United flights! The flight attendant helped monitor putting bags in overhead bins. On united no help resulted in bins in first class being filled before I boarded for first class. I had to search further down into economy. Then got stuck unable to return to my seat. People were putting backpacks that needed to go under seats in bins. It was a mess. This flight was a refreshing improvement. United also had so many categories of preboarding that first class could not board early. The pilot talked to us directly instead of using the intercom before flight.

The planes were in very nice condition. Comfortable enough leg room. I had a very quick connection on my return home I made it just fine and so did my luggage!!

Most of it was good. The flights were on time. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a short time connecting flights and they let me deplane first and I made the connection. On the outbound from DTW to SEA I was seated in the middle of two very large people. I am petite and even with my arms crossed they were both hanging over into my seat touching me. The meal had way too much pepper and spice, my lips were burning. Other than those two issues, I was pleased with the service and the trip and will use Alaska Air again.

Wheelchair assistant was on the spot, and very helpful. Gate agent was kind, and made sure I boarded the plane without having to try to hurry with my painful hip. My seat was so comfortable, 20A. I am tall, 5'9 and I need to stretch out my legs due to chronic nerve pain in my back that runs down my right leg, in addition to the bursitis in my right hip. Alaska air has the best economy seating in the market. So much room for legs, elbows, etc. When I arrived in SEA, the next Wheelchair was waiting to take me to the next gate. Great communication.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service and unprofessional staff we encountered when traveling with an infant. Our flight was delayed, and the gate staff failed to manage the boarding process appropriately. Due to incorrect, unavailable, or missing 'pink tag' stroller and car seat check-in procedures at the gate, we were forced to board last. Furthermore, the gate staff was rude and dismissive, causing significant distress to our infant. To make matters worse, one of our checked items—an infant sleeper/lounger—was returned to us broken. Given the unsafe handling of essential equipment and unprofessional treatment, I expect a prompt resolution regarding compensation for the damaged items.

We departed and landed early which was a nice surprise. The boarding process was slow.

N Everything was perfect from boarding to assistance to baggage in Tampa

Subpar. The seating on the plane is almost unbearable. We are literally touching and/or sitting on each other which is totally unacceptable and shameful. Pilots and crew was very accommodating and friendly.

The boarding was organized and informative but the plane was tight meaning that you were sitting on one another and extremely uncomfortable. It’s disappointing that can’t have common seating comfort on the plane.

Loved the crew! Sucks that we went from 1 hour and 8 minute layover to a 3 hour layover. But weather sucks like that.

I was told that they needed to check my bag at the gate and to pick it up at the gate in Richmond. No big deal. I know they can't control the weather, but we flew around RIC for 45 minutes to avoid the storm and were 25 minutes late leaving as well. Once we landed, we were told to go to baggage claim to pick up our luggage. I went to bathroom, paid for parking, and went to the assigned baggage claim location. United flight people came down with us as well. They got their luggage immediately. Next, South West people came down about 10 minutes later. They got their luggage next. We finally got our luggage around 30 minutes in waiting. Was not a wonderful experience. No reflection on Delta, but the ground crew was lousy at best.

Everything could have benn better. Short fly, no food, no entertainment and no wifi.

Flight delayed. Air broken. Cabin was hot enough to pass out. Delta shuttle’s becoming worse and worse.

I haven’t flown economy in over 20 years but it was not bad. Room by my feet for my bag and seat was roomy enough. Surprised in a good way.
