Cons: "However my overall experience with kayak and csfare was poor as they made a mistake on the name on my ticket that was not found until the day of my international flight and once I got a hold of customer service after calling 4 different numbers... most did not have 24 hr service... they stated they were unable to assist me and had no other options or solutions. American Airlines tried to help and eventually were able to accommodate me through purchasing a new ticket and ensured my husband and I were still sitting together. Kayak and csfare basically told me sorry for your luck. I will not use this company again."

Only to get to the counter and waste more tome trying to find me in the system to then tell me my flight is with American Airline . I double check my email where it clearly shows: 1st flight-British Airway and 2nd flight-American Airline . This is not acceptable, nobody wants to take responsability for sending me the wrong information in the email. Had I know both of my flights were with American Airline I wouldn’t lost my plane because I would make the right line to begin with ."

I expected some legroom because I paid to check my bag. Unfortunately because of American Airlines I had next to no legroom. I'll be avoiding AA where possible on all of my future travels."

She Made an inappropriate comment as to why she was depleted of Gingerale. She offered it to us only after we pointed it out to her on her cart. Man in seat next to me did not get served a drink at all. Did not offer headphones. No wifi for 3/4 of trip."

Flight was canceled and they put me on different plane, which make my day in San Diego very difficult, because I miss my meeting, I didn't get better seat ither,instead I got seat in front of toilet and for 3 hours have to listen door bunging and terrible smell. I never been compensate for canceling flight or extra seat price.Nobody care even apologize. Cons: "There was no entertainment. With a flight over three hours I would have thought there would be seatback mini-screens at least with a few movies to choose from. Also there was only one cart serving drinks which took forever because we had a seat towards the back and because it took so long we only had the one drink. It was so full of ice that really there was hardly any fluid and the ice pieces were too large to even chew them up. I felt very dehydrated during the flight. Since we can't bring our own water I feel like more should be provided."

It turned out to be no savings at all as they charged us for luggage which is normally carry-on for both of us going and returning This turned out to be a significant financial punishment. For the more it was clear that we had no options into seat selection. It would've been nice to sit next to each other but we were told that our seats would be assigned, take it or leave it. Pros: "The woman at the gate was truly so wonderful and friendly - because TSA had caused so many people to be delayed, we were not the only ones rushing to the gate and she calmed us and gave us time to collect ourselves. Her demeanor was just so friendly."

Pros: "Unprofessional and completely disorganized the flight was oversold which is not a big deal but the way it was handled was beyond ridiculous. After the plane was boarded at least 4 Crew members boarded the aircraft and started moving people around it was chaos. I'm assuming it was one of the gate agents that insisted a couple of passengers Exit the plane. I've honestly never seen anything like this. At one point I heard a female passengers use profanity when asked by her traveling companion "what is going on? where are u going" the woman replied "I being told I have to get off the plane there are no more F--king seats" My option the crew and or gate agents were irresponsible for boarding passengers that did not have seats! Get it together united!!!"

Cons: "I missed my flight because on the printed ticket, the boarding time was the same as the flight time. It read that the flight was on time, so I arrived a few minutes before the boarding time per the ticket and the flight was already leaving. So I had to cancel the flight and they re-booked the flight for the next morning, pretty late morning, which made me miss a scheduled day of work. There was also a child kicking my seat behind me so I had to move my seat in order to avoid any issues."

I paid extra to fly out on Sunday so I would be able to make my obligations, but didn't arrive until Tuesday night. No refund or voucher was offered, although I asked. It would be nice if they at least paid the difference between the flight I paid for and the cheaper flight I received."

Cons: "The only flight leaving Eugene that would get me to Dallas in time for an urgent meeting left at 5:25 am. The crew identified something in inspection that gave them a little concern, so they called maintenance to come and check it out to ensure we were safe to fly (which I very much appreciate). The issue I have is that over an hour passed (after the flight was supposed to leave), with them giving periodic updates that they had called maintenance and were waiting for them. Finally I asked the people at the counter, who were visibly embarrassed, where maintenance was coming from (this is an airport - shouldn't they have it onsite), and they conceded that maintenance was at the airport, but they had no idea where they were. This delay resulted in me missing my connection in Denver, which caused me to miss the meeting and the whole reason I was flying back to Dallas a day early for. I essentially paid over $400 for an extra ticket (I had to not use my one on Friday - because it was just cheaper to buy a separate one way ticket). I will never fly United again."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled, then had to find another flight, everyone was rude. Finally found a flight, then had a delay twice. Had to stay there all day! So I didn't get to fly into Syracuse. I had to fly out to Ithaca and family memeber had to drive 2 hrs in the snow to pick me up. Flight attendant was rude, and she even stated that she was tired because of the delays and it was hot in the plane and she didn't serve any beverages for the reason of the weather ,which there was nothing. I'm so upset with all this! Didn't get a discount or nothing."

Pros: "My first flight was cancelled and it appeared i wouldn't make it to my destination on the day which I intended. A Delta/united employee at the Eugene Airport (Collette) quickly and kindly moved some things around and got me a flight out only an hour later, upgraded me to comfort select seating, and some how managed to get me to my final destination (2 flights ) only an hour after I originally booked for. She did all this with a smile on her face while a worried guest (me) wasn't sure what he was going to do if it weren't for her impeccable service. Thanks Collete and United!"

Cons: "A few hours before flight time I was informed by email - not text - that "my flight" was canceled, which turned out to mean the flight went but I was bumped. I had to reschedule my entire trip for two days later (a trip to see a hospitalized relative). The affair would have upset me less if Kayak/United had simply informed me that they had overbooked the flight and they did not have room for me."
