Delayed flight that cost most passangers their next flights, incredibly stressful. Upon arriving to Chicago there was a problem lining up the exit ramp to the boarding craft and it took a very long time to correct the situation.
The flight attendants were amazing, caring and helpful.
All their employees were very polite and it definitely stood out.
Coffee just didn’t taste good to me. But they had wine, so not a big deal!

Have taken several JAL flight the last 1 year and this flight was significantly worse than the last few. Especially the meals.
I was put up in a hotel
I never received my luggage. I waited hours and Swissport never filed a report. I did see the Brussels flight I should have gone on did depart late. But as I was waiting for luggage and they gave me a hotel room I hadn’t checked the screen. I was most concerned of the person travelling to pick me up in Bordeaux as it is a journey for them as well
Flight was late. Missed the connection even though it was the same airline. Offered no alternatives other than a flight for the following day.
Crew was great and took care of my carry-on as all the space near my seat was full, so she brought it back to the front and stowed it for me.
Seats were small, as typically horrible on flights these days. In-flight movies are normally free over a 5 hour flight, but that didnt seem to be the case, not a bad thing as overnight everyone slept, however my screen was unable to shut off so we had to cover it with a blanket to block the light.
Standard, quick domestic flight home. Nothing special.

Food was somewhat disappointing. Ordered a gluten free meal which somehow turned into a vegetarian meal - that was disappointing.
