I always preferred EVA air every time I visit Philippines. It’s just this time that I have to be very early to make sure that I don’t miss my flight due to TSA problem. There’s only one choice of food serve which you use to have 2 on our flight from Taiwan to Philippines . Otherwise I will still use EVA air in my future flight.

Service was great. Flight schedule was on time. Staffs are friendly.

Overall was good but it would be good if the airline is providing snack such as sandwich or instant noodle between meals for LA to Taipei

Amazing customer service. BUT!! It would be nice if the flight attendants SMILE a little more, I know they are doing their job, but it is importantly to smile back and be warm to passengers. Nobody is trying to hit on them, it’s just being polite. So, please Taiwanese flight attendants: SMILE MORE WHEN YOU INTERACT WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS

It was easy going check in was easy and pretty fast entertainment was up to date on movies and food was ok

Premium Economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines I have recently been on. Great staff. Food was unremarkable.

Amazing one of the best airlines i have ever traveled with. I live with medical issues called psoriatic arthritis and was in pain on the flight. The flight crew made sure I had fresh ice pack ever hour. Going above an beyond with service and care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
