Pros: "On March 4, my wife and I made a flight from New York to Sydney with a transfer in Doha, Qatar. We flew the Qatar airline business class. Everything was great despite a very large flight. New plane, very clean. Wide comfortable seats turning into a large comfortable bed. Great menu and good wine list. All staff are professionally trained and very friendly. All this made this flight very comfortable and we were not tired."

Cons: "The aircraft was changed and passengers were required to check in their hand luggage, yet remove their electronics from their hand carry. In my case I had several electronic items which I had to carry onto the aircraft and store awkwardly which created a major risk of my camera and laptop being damaged in the process. This is not the kind of service I expect from Qatar Airways, especially considering the exorbitant ticket prices."

Departure was for the end of May to the end of August. When we were checking in the attendant told us that the ticket was no good and we had to purchase another ticket because the travel was over 90 days. At no time did BA or Kayak let us know this information but had no problem selling us this ticket. We were literally extorted for another $1000.00 so she could depart. Shameful! Will not be using your site or BA ever again."

Then we had to go through security again. By the time I made it to my gate the flight said it was "closing." We took off about 15 minutes after that. The "hot box" snack had goat cheese and I'm not a fan."

Cons: "Late departure blaming weather but there was no weather issue where they referenced (we all can check online these days guys -_-) RUDE crew, ran out of food (to purchase no less) by row 18 on a 38 row plane, almost missed connecting bc crew made no effort to help get people with tight connections off the plane first. I hate this airline. I am legacy Continental with 14yrs of business travel experience. United, you suck."

Cons: "The lady in the seat next to me was so overweight that I couldn't sit comfortably for the entire flight - I had to lean out and it hurt my back!"

Cons: "The plane was absolutely filthy. The window was had a coating a head grease and dirt. It was disgusting."

Cons: "United ruined our checked car seat. They spilled jet fuel on it and it stinks. No response from them on a compensation claim! Be on guard!!!"

Cons: "While going inside the flight they told me there is no room for Carryon and gave me ticket to book the luggage. When I went inside the Flight there is lot of room to carryon's, why they have to lie this BS."

Cons: "Worst airline food I have ever had. There were supposed to be two choices for dinner, when they ran out of one, they just shoved the food at you with no apologies. It was the worst fried chicken ever, and breakfast was worse. The two male flight attendants never smiled, had attirude, and were overall jerks."

Cons: "I missed my connection due to long lines in customs and security. United was unable to get me another flight out that day and I ended up taking a bus back to Milwaukee instead."

Pros: "The crew kept us up to date on the ATC delay."
Cons: "Weather in the DEN area and Eastern Colorado generated a ground stop in DEN delaying our departure from ICT for about 2 hours. Even with the overall delay in DEN my SMF flight was long gone putting me on a late flight into SMF. This of course lead to a short night's rest...just another day of travel on the airlines."

Cons: "My connection to YYZ was cancelled and I was not even rebooked to the next flight. I needed to buy a ticket on Air Canada in order to get there. Every time I fly United I find myself asking "why in the hell am I flying United?""

Pros: "Nice people. Glad the plane was repaired rather than flight cancelled."
Cons: "No airconditioning on ground. Long wait in hot Chicago. Plane returned to terminal because of faulty screen. Deplaned. Two hour wait for repair."

Pros: "The flight was great. Fast. Efficient. State College, PA is a lovely part of the world. Unless you're a wayward young boy but otherwise pretty good."

Pros: "Even though it was a long miserable flight with no entertainment at least the crew attempted to move me to another seat the plane was full so it was either stay where I was or go to a middle seat"
Cons: "Maintenance should be done especially on minor things like headphone jacks on Long flights passengers pay for those upgrades pretty frustrating when they do not work"

Pros: "The O'Hare bathrooms, which I shaved in? Everything else about the flights and the airports were awful, like of course"

Cons: "I was put up in a hotel by your company and the hotel would not take cash for the deposit they require. I do not own a credit card so I had to find a relative to fax a copy of their card and their personal information to be able to get the room that you are supposed to pay for. Since when do businesses not take cash? It is not my fault I had to be here because your equipment failed. I did my part by purchasing the ticket. I am not happy that I am treated this way because I only have cash to pay for things. Maybe you need to work out a deal with the hotels you use to accommodate such a scenario as this."
