Great airline and staff. Thanks for comfortable, safe trip home. My best wishes to all United staff. Stay safe.

Cons: "Food was great, flight attendant were very friendly and helpful and eager to make sure I was comfortable, ANA rocks as a awesome carrier; my goto airline when it’s time to cross the pacific again"
Cons: "Seat was tight and uncomfortable. Good was typical airplane food, adequate, not great."
Pros: "boarding was super easy. the airline crew members are very polite and accommodating to any request or concern you might have."
Cons: "Less delays"
Pros: "Logjam Manila traffic, confusion at MNL, late for check in, but staff got me on the plane. Then my suitcase was busted open at Chicago O'Hare on the conveyor belt and ANA issued me a replacement on the spot. Two problems [ not their fault ] handled beautifully. ANA is truly amazing. Thank You !!"
Pros: "Polite, attentive, and amiable staff show they take pride in their top notch service. Entertainment options (movies, documentaries, travel guides) on screen are also a huge plus."
Pros: "One of my favorites airlines! Crew are nice and very helpful. I felt safe and enjoyed my long flight as always. My mom would not agree more. Thank you for your good service!"
Pros: "Crew was prompt and courteous Entertainment choice was good"
Cons: "1. The seat width is small for comfortable sleeping 2. Choice of non-Japanese food can be enhanced 3. Flight boarding was delayed beyond announced delayed departure also"
Cons: "Seats are way too small, incredibly uncomfortable to the point of painful ness. More luggage space"
Pros: "The flight was late checking in. The staff handled the situation well and kept the passengers informed."
Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful."
Cons: "This is not related to the flight itself, but EVA could do a better job of communicating useful information on its website. Because of covid 19, Taiwan recently banned foreigners from entering Taiwan. I was concerned that this might affect my travel plans since I needed to change planes in Taipei. A clarification of this policy on EVA's website would have been VERY helpful, especially since their phone lines were completely overwhelmed."
Cons: "I cannot think if anything. Having the eye masks certainly helped sleeping on the flight a little easier."
Pros: "The crew from Taipei to BKK were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The flight attendants paid attention to my mom who needed wheelchair to get the immigration. The airport staff in Taipei were very efficient in taking the passengers who needed wheelchair assistance to their connecting gates!!"
Cons: "Not sure if it’s because of the language barrier but l found one flight attendant to be rude in talking to some elderly passengers. However, the rest of the crew were pleasant"
Pros: "The crew was amazing, boarding was quick and easy, seats were relatively comfy"
Cons: "The food was legit terrible. Bad flavor, mushy weird and just not good"
Pros: "I had a medical emergency and the crew took very good care of me."
Pros: "They helped me with assigning me to a roomy seat. I am 6' 4". Although I did not think to order a vegetarian option ahead of time they had extras. I would encourage all flights to stock a few extra for people like me who go through booking processes where it is not clear."
Pros: "Special meal options: I enjoyed seafood meal."
Cons: "Departure was delayed and arrival at Taipei was also delayed"
Pros: "Friendly and helpful flight attendants"
Cons: "The airlines limits carry-on luggages and reinforce it to the extend that it annoys many passengers. Make the rules very clear to the people before we arrive. People abuse the wheelchair policies although they are physically fine."
Pros: "Flight is online"
Cons: "Flight Attendants performed acceptable. They pushed the table cart and hit me twice without apologizing."
Pros: "First time to fly on EVA, heard lots of good reports about the airline. It was not bad but I expected more. Was nothing close the service you get on ANA, Thai Air or even Philippine Airlines. Smile once in awhile EVA Attendants..."
Cons: "Food was the worst airplane food I’ve ever had. Entertainment and movie selection was not great. But it is geared more towards the Chinese market, maybe those movies are better. Crew was professional but cold as ice. Think I got one smile from a an Attended."
Pros: "Crew were so much helpful, really appreciate, my wife got sick, they have been amazing"
Cons: "Seats be little spacious"
Pros: "The seat was ok... not too narrow neither too wide. All crews were awesone"
Cons: "Plz improve the foods and entertainments"
Cons: "If they had gate number on bording pass from Doha to ahmedabad."
Pros: "The crew was very cheerful and helpful even though I was puking my guts out on a long flight with a lot of turbulence"
Cons: "It was an insanely long and pukey flight. The airsick bags have this seal that you have to tear off before you can open it which my son discovered a little too late."
Pros: "The crew was excellent. The plane was new."
Cons: "There was a limited choice in movies. Boarding and deplaning took a while."
Pros: "seats were awesome, so as the food and the occasional snacks were delightful"
Cons: "My entertainment screen wasn't working, but since I got a window seat I didn't complain. Long time for a 12 h flight without video or something to occupy myself, but at least the USB port was working..."
Pros: "professional and courteous staff. Food is even better than a Lufthasa flights"
Pros: "Food was good and so was the crew, entertainment was better than expected."
Cons: "Obviously the seat could have been roomier but still good."
Cons: "Display showed TV news, not boarding Info. Boarding Zones were announced only once, if you missed it stuck in security you have no way of finding out."
Pros: "I liked their customer service, food, and the flight attendants were friendly. They have a very nice shopping mall at Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar."
Cons: "They have less space to move your feet and after a while your left knee begins to hurt because you have been sitting in the plane for a long time. Whenever I asked to get a drink of water or soft drinks, it took the flight attendant 10-15 minutes to arrive with my drink. I understand she was occupied with other duties, but she should have made me her priority."
Cons: "Only one person in a three row and it was a great flight"
Pros: "Crew was amazing. Flight was on time. Seats were good per economy class"
Cons: "Food could have been better"

Pros: "Crew was amazing really .. best crew you may have... sear very comfort, the ICE is very amusing"
Pros: "For a 15 hour flight the crew made it comfortable"
Cons: "The restrooms were non functional by the end of the flight"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The flight was an hour late. Since the airlines only gave us a 2 hour layover knowing we would have to go through immigration and retrieve our luggage and recheck it, we missed our connection, then the airline tried to make us wait another 18 hours for a flight. We had been already traveling for two days. Airline offered no expedited support to get off the plane first or help through immigration, completely unacceptable!"
Cons: "They ran out of the selection for breakfast. The flight also departed late."
Pros: "Service and food"
Cons: "My husband had his backpack and a carry on when we checked in at JFK. He was not allowed. From Dubai to Manila, we saw a lot of passengers who had two or more carry on’s. The floors at Dubai airport are dirty."
Pros: "Great entertainment set up, a free hour of wifi and good food. The wifi was priced fairly. Overall, it was a pleasant flight that I even managed to go to sleep. I normally can't sleep on planes."
Cons: "The entitled passengers and other rude passenger behavior."
Pros: "Seat was not at all comfortable. Checked in bag was found damaged when it arrived at belt in kochi. Officials didn’t bother to lodge a report."
Pros: "Crew was very polite."
Cons: "Seat was uncomfortable. PA system was inaudible. Plane smelled unpleasant. Waited on the tarmac for 45. Waited for checked bag for 45 minutes."
Cons: "Seats are not very comfortable. Flight status did not show in the seat monitors."
Pros: "Nothing in particular."
Cons: "No inflight entertainment. Old plane - no facility to charge phones, not even a bag to keep things. flight crew could smile more."
Cons: "They had not reserved my vegetarian meal and crew was very rude about not being able to serve my meal. Prabir"
Pros: "Nonstop and quick way to get from Chicago to India. Good connections from Delhi to the rest of India's metros. Easy connecting flights with great support by airport personnel to direct you to the right place."
Cons: "The crew seems disinterested in serving the cabin. Other than the 3 planned meals they seemed genuinely irritated or uninterested in serving anything else or making themselves available. The food options on such a long non-stop were woefully inadequate and the food served was sub par."
Pros: "Their luggage policy allows one free checked bag and one carry on"
Cons: "Entertainment system and even the reading lights did not work for the entire 15 hr flight duration."
Pros: "Staff was very courteous overall. Food was ok. It used to be better in the past."
Cons: "entertainment was not working with few head phones on different seats. Ground staff can be more organised in traffic management at the time of boarding the plane. Different staff was giving different instructions aggravating the passengers and the staff members in return."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight was 3 hours late. No communication, no response from the crew, no help."
