Tight and not so comfortable business class seats . Crew below average. Very formal, no smiles, and kind of confused when serving meals. AZUL used to be much better on all above subjects. That's is what monopoly does to its customers.

When you buy your ticket, there is a message for a free cabin luggage and a bag. While boarding, they push you to dispatch you hand luggage. When you enter in the plane, you realize that the place to accommodate the hand luggage is empty. In the arriving, you take a long time waiting for your hand luggage which should fly in the cabin.

No entertainment available on this flight. Only crackers and juice were served too.

Pontualidade continua sendo o ponto forte da Azul. Quando ela não desmarca o vôo, é claro. Na ida foi tudo bonitinho: tv, wi-fi... Na volta eqtos não funcionavam. Importante é chegar bem.

Por cinco minutos (55 min antes da decolagem) fui impedido de entregar a bagagem pois o check-in estava "finalizado ". Tive que ir de Viracopos para Congonhas. Após embarcar aguardamos por mais de uma hora de atraso para decolar, ao inves de chegar às 9h, cheguei às 16h no RJ, perdendo o evento que era às 15h.

Não teve viagem alguma, a 123 milhas faliu e eu desisti da viagem.

All the service was very good. The only thing was that the flight was delayed. We didn't miss the connection, but other passangers were about to.

We only had 1hr connecting in Ft Lauderdale. Kayak should not have allowed this short a connection time, as FLL requires a change of terminal (exit the airport and get on a bus), so we missed our connecting flight home to San Diego.

Made the Atlanta to Pittsburgh trip many times, with Delta no issues

Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

On 2 different flights the wifi was horrible and there was no drink or snack service.

Mario was great. Made a night flight on a small aircraft pleasant and memorable.

Food service was bare-bone. Better bot to have any at all rather than hand out premade coffees and cookies to random few passengers.

Horrible. First delta flight was delayed. I ran to my connecting flight and arrived to the gate 13 mins before departure. I told the gate agent “I’m here”, she told me flight was closed while giving my already confirmed seat to an stand by passenger. I said again “madam, I’m here with my confirmed seat” and she said “no you’re not here@ and gave two stand by people a boarding pass and let them board. I asked “madam, why do you do that?”, and she repeated “you’re not here”. That was very rude. I’m disappointed of delta. It used to have a good customer service. Things have changed, but not for good.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

I was surprised to have such bad service since I feel Delta usually does a good job for long haul flights, but this experience was quite bad. Onboarding was chaotic, the flight was uncomfortable as the cabin temp swung from very cold to steaming hot, and the attendants were rude and inattentive.

TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

La aeronave estaba averiada, 4 horas adentro con diferentes problemas técnicos pero igual querían volar.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

Alimentação mto escassa. Pelo menos deveria dar a opção de comprar e o Wi-Fi pago.

A Gol precisa aprender comfazer desembarque. Está anos luz atrás em organização. Os comissários são muito atrapalhados.

Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.

Kiwi service was terrible they actually didnt make the reservation and their system showed that the reservation eas complete so I had to buy a ticket in the front desk at the moment at and exorbitant price.

A Gol melhorou muito desde a última viagem que fiz, muito bom, aeronaves bem conservadas, tripulação cordial. Gostei.

The only poor experience was the flight the day before was canceled. I have flown enough to change as soon as notified. That was a huge plus for AA. Obviously I paid out of pocket for a hotel. Not AA choice , it was mine. I had resources. Other friends on the same flight were more affected. I know everyone is doing their best and the ability to change my flight was a good move AA.😀

American Airlines is awful!! Will never fly with them again. Connection flight left early leaving 22 people in Charlotte with no way to get to Key West for 24 hours. Would not provide hotel or any other accommodations. Bags were delayed two days.

The usual wait at Columbus once you land to get to an open gate (20 minutes) and then the usual 30 minutes for your luggage to appear.

There were 3-4 delays on this flight—we almost missed our connection.

It was great. It was just a commuter so I splurged on first class and it was wonderful. Wish all seats were this spacious. Enjoyed it and will do it again.

There was a delay due to mechanical issues that took an hour for the person to show up to fix it. It made me is my connecting flight. The plane itself was very cold. Besides that the flight crew were all great.

Not sure about entertainment as I didn't use any, so maybe there should be an NA option on this survey. Otherwise everything was just as it should be. Of course I wish planes were more comfortable and had seats that would tilt back further.
