Will defenitly fly with Turkish air in the future."

All the calls go to the call center that has no idea about how to track a bag. There are no managers to help and the customer service stinks"

Crew did not help. After a few hours we got some blankets. We had to sleep on the airport's floor. We had to buy food. We did not know what will happen with our connection flights that most of the passengers missed because of the delay. This was a nightmare!"

BA had to stop boarding to get us aboard the plane with the help of BA crew who are great."

My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American.
