Cons: "The seats were awful and uncomfortable. Payed 100 dollars extra for even more leg room and barely had any. Such an old plane for such a long flight. The seats in the first row barely fit a female with hips. The in-flight entertainment was staticky and you could barely see the TVs. Overall, one of the worst flights I have taken on JetBlue."

Too high, expected JetBlue to not jam pack all the seats like the exit aisle.... for long flights, not again."
Pros: "The general experience was mostly the same as usual except for the extremely long delay caused by weather (out of the airline's control)."
Cons: "JetBlue staff at ATL never once updated passengers on the delay. The overhead space filled up too quickly during boarding and I was forced to check carry-on without time to secure or gather my effects. JetBlue baggage claim staff at JFK were then purposefully misleading and evasive."

Fix the technical issues before departing the airport. We had no entertainment and inflight wi-fi due to technical problem. Imagine up in the air for almost 6 hrs on a cage!!

Pros: "Crew did the best they could keeping us aware of the extensive delays flying in to LaGuardia. The captain made himself available to answer questions from passengers at the gate early on and I thought that was a great gesture."

Cons: "So, because I was 3 mins late to the gate, they made me spend another $320 for a fligh next day. I'm still in Panama city. Its unbelievable how the plane is still there, with the corridor that takes the passengers to the plane still attached to it, and they can look me straight in he face and tell me they cant reopen the door. While I'm stressfully paying an extra $320 and knowing I'm going to lose 1 whole day of my vacation in Rio because of one little detail that could be solved by opening the door and letting me in, I see the plane there sitting in the same spot for another 15-20 mins without moving. Worst company service ever. Unbelievable. I will never fly with these people again."

Cons: "My parents fly from IAH to MIA, in Houston was lightning pretty bad. They was landing more then 1+ late. Copa airlines do not approved them for another flight to get home. They need to purchase another tickets $300 per person"

Cons: "Honestly everything was perfect transportation wise. The only issue I had was that my bag was broken in the process. The strap was almost ripped completely off and it made the rest of my trip a little inconvenient because I had to catch more flights and I had to check my bag. This made hard for me."

The people from the Avianca counter in Miami is the worst. Also, when I arrive to Lima, got my luggage an one of them was terrible broken with the things that were inside. They literally don’t have a tracking system. And their only response to us was that we could go ahead and leave a bad review on the website and that’s it. I’m not kidding! I can’t believe they are still in business. It’s just a terrible company."
