This was my first time ever taking a JetBlue flight and will sure be my last, especially when I paid 100 dollars more for this flight than what United was offering- I should of took United."

Cons: "The flight back to tampa from san juan was a complete nightmare! We arrived at the gate 15 minutes before and was extremely upset to find out that the gates were closed. The pilot and the attendants saw that we were banging on the door and yet they just stared at us. The plane wasnt detached from the terminal which is why I didnt understand why they couldnt let me in unless they sold my seat. An attendant finally came out by the name of Chanel (the AD Lead). All she did is rebook me for 2 days later and told me that that flight might get cancelled due to the hurricane. She wasn't even trying at all to help me. She had a rude attitude and told me that she will be back to help me. Yeah right! She came back 3 hours later! I could not stand to even look at this unprofessional employee. I paid extra to fly jetblue as I have been told they have great customer service. Pshhhh.... I myself had to call jetblue and spoke to melinda (customer service supervisor) she was trying everything in her power and it really showed. An attendant came and started checking the next flight out of puerto rico to ft. Lauderdale. Melinda put me on stand by for the flight and ecen spoke directly to the Natalie who was checking guests on the flight. Two seats came available for me and my husband to get back to florida. We then rented a car and drove 4 hours back to tampa. I was just completely disgusted on how Chanel handled the whole situation. I told her that I had medical treatments the next morning in tanpa that I could not miss but yet she did not at all seem to care. As a lead I thought she would at least put me on stand by to go to ft. Lauderdale. That wasnt even an option for Chanel. She was completely worthless and had a stupid look on her face when she saw me get on the plane to fy. Lauderdale. Something she could have helped me with instead of saying she would be right back and left me for 3 hours later with no help. Jetblue, I say this in the kindest of ways, please fire chanel. People like that will only cost you guys more in the future as you will loose so much clientel due to the unprofessional conduct and customer service she gave. Hire more Natalie's and Melindas who help you regardless of the situation and not Chanel who didnt care and was a bother to her to put in the same type of customer service that Melinda and Natalie gave me."

Pilots also didn't communicate on a timely manner. They were told of a 1hr delay after pushback but neglected to tell pax. I was not happy to say the least. How could I forget having to stand in a second line to pay for my additional bag after the 1hr wait to be checked in"

I was disappointed that I was garanteed to receive my luggage but then not to have received it."

After an announcement that a new aircraft "might"arrive but we may have to fly the next day, I had my travel agent book a flight with Southwest. Late, cramped and smelly

Checking and personnel good. One of the meals was bad and nothing was served served for almost 8 hours. Cabin staff made a lot of noise, hard to sleep.

Food was good.

Finally checked COVID docs when at baggage drop or check-in rather than at boarding one by one with an understaffed crew and asking for print-outs, baggage loaded on same plane as owner of said baggage , almost left on time, friendly cabin crew staff (yays across the board)

I would've liked to be informed of the cancellation of the original flight instead of arriving very early in the morning and finding out, then another hour on the phone holding for British Airways and a two day journey home...not okay. That extra two days cost up nearly 500 USD in additional expenses, including another covid test and two nights lodging. We got lucky that British Airways even helped us...they almost referred us back to Kayak for rebooking, but since the cancellation happened less than 24 hours from the flight they rebooked us. Again, no notification from Kayak or the carrier about the flight...not okay. In the future, I probably book through Costco travel or direct with the carrier. It was unpleasant to learn through a negative experience that Kayak dropped the ball on this one.

On July the flight was schedule for 9...pm then delayed for two hours because of a fire, other passengers said, in London. At around 11pm, we were asked to line up for boarding. We stayed on line for an hour and fnally to be told the flight was cancelled. We were treated less than animals by British Airway. No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!!! No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!! We slept on benches at the airport. To be fair to you, I will not recommend British Airway to anyone."

Cons: "There was no food provided on the flight from Sofia to London. Food was available to purchase but only with a credit card, while I had just cash so I could not buy food on the plane at all. The worst was the transfer between flights-security lines at Heathrow were long, my carry on luggage was checked a couple of times. I got to my gate 20min before takeoff, but the boarding had finished and the gate was closed. I missed my flight. How could BA not figure out a way to get me on that plane? I was just a transit passenger, I will never fly through Heathrow again. Lufthansa is a terrific airline, they always figure it out how to get you on the plane even if you late in transfer."

Unfortunately, these dumbos haven't figured out that no matter what the gyrations they do, I still want to be able to pick my seat beforehand. Nada. Not possible online. And forget calling aer lingus 800 number. called twice and was on hold for 30 min each time, they dont bother answering. 2. At airport, I was willing to pay extra for a good seat because of the issues above, so they said they would help me out. Ha - the manager who purportedly was helping me out gave me a seat up front next to a shrieking infant and behind a bassinet (he knew exactly what he was doing but didnt care). They really lie and think we're idiots. 3. Same thing for flight from dublin to prague. This time last row next to toliets Dont fly aer lingus if you dont book directly with them, same for british airways I looked at BA's website - they do let you book a seat in advance but you must pay something for every single seat. Crazy. There are no free seats"

Short flight. Got in, got out. Not much more to say. Job done.

My baggage was lost and there was no Iberia customer service desk at Heathrow. I can't imagine how I'm going to get my luggage given that no one was available to help any of us (there were many) whose bags simply did not show up, and this was after two hours of waiting.

Small plane, but short flight. On time . Could have a bit more organize boarding process since it uses a bus but the rest was fine.

Iberia abandoned its own passengers by delaying an earlier flight. About a dozen of us missed out international connecting flights and the plane was still on the tarmac in "delayed" status. Uneeded headache for Iberias own screw up. Booking through Kayak added extra layer of complexity when trying to make changes.

Sitting in the middle seat in economy for 7+ hours the OKAY score is very generous.

The flight was hours late and caused me to miss my connection to Boston. Iberia was slow to fix things at the airport and ended sending me to a low-budget hotel. This was a bad experience overall and I will likely discontinue using Kayak again going forward.

Pros: "The crew were friendly and helpful and the flight arrived early, even though we left a little bit late - as such - I was very happy with the flight. The onboard entertainment system was wifi based and there was a USB charging port in the seat too - modern aircraft."

Cons: "We never made it to this part of our flight because our Budapest to Madrid flight was canceled due to faulty AC system. We were boarded In Budapest and about two hours later they made as deplane after sitting in the hot plane for two hours. It was around 10 PM and no food was available at the airport, so I could not feed my four-year-old son ."

Pros: "The Iberia crew person named Ms. TENORIO was excellent. As an American with disabilities, I felt safe, protected and assisted throughout the flight with my various requests and needs. The rest of the crew was also .efficient and pleasant. Finnair&Iberia are tops."
Cons: "Logan Airport in Boston, Terminal E was so upsetting. There was NOBODY to help me. I arrived early because I am disabled. There should be somebody there at all times. Very distressing-=- me in a wheel chaiir with 2 suitcases and ZERO assistance. I felt helpless and sad."
Pros: "The seats were good and for once I felt like I had enough leg room. The entertainment consul had a good selection of movies and tv programs."
Cons: "The attendants were not very attentive and I eventually had to ask for a customs form since I never received one. I feel like long international flights should offer food without having to pay for it, whether or not it is a "discount" airline."
Cons: "Few minutes late. Which caused us to miss our main flight. Still have no luggage. Why would flight like that be scheduled so close together. Impossible to accomplish after going thru customs."
Pros: "When I got off a previous flight, I had missed my connection. I was greeted with someone who had already booked my next flight. Also, the seat was fairly comfortable for a 2 hour flight."
Cons: "As great as it was that they booked my connecting flight, I wish I could have my luggage. It has been over a week and I believe that it is because I had such a short layover from my first flight to this one."

No one told me beforehand so I waited in line at the BA line for about 20 mins and was told by the ticket agent to go to Iberia instead. Also, two medium delays. Not major but I did feel like I spent more time on the plane than I should have"

Pros: "The captain and the entire crew handled an accident very professionally. Seats in economy class were much more comfortable than the ones on my previous, rotten BA52 flight."
Cons: "We get to the runway, wait 10 minutes and go back to the terminal. The captain announces an engine failure. Maintenance inspects the leaking engine, do something and declare it fixed. 2 hours delay and my nerves a bit shaken during take off. We arrived safely."

Cons: "The temperature on the flight was VERY hot and uncomfortable! Seats were very cramped and uncomfortable. Not at all an enjoyable experience. Flight was delayed and passengers were bussed to another aircraft for outside boarding. Connecting in New York was very rushed and stressful due to the delay."

Cons: "This was return part of my journey. The LHR to MAD leg of my journey was extremely painful. I was unable to pay online or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time online or on the phone. Even in the 3rd row it was difficult to fit my thigh length in the seat pitch. I had to sit with my legs splayed and with one leg in the aisle. My leg was constantly hit by luggage, pax, and cabin crew. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. With the short seat pitch emergency evacuation would be very difficult for me and the other pax. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years."

Crew then stopped all people from going up to the security check point except those headed to London! But I was going to miss my flight to JFK also. This process was so poorly managed!!!! The crowd became very angry, some people even started pushing, yelling and becoming violent. I feared for my safety. I pleaded with a crew member to let me through, and eventually she did, but the process was frightening and chaotic!!!"

I spent good money to sit up there and I would expect to have control of the air because I had a 11 hr flight in a 90 degree plane. It was really a uncomfortable. Also I didn't like that their was no sporting events or cooking channels to watch on my flight and the movie selection were horrible."

No TV so not the greatest flight. Staff not very helpful at airport to accommodate a seat change to be able to sit with family."
Pros: "Upon boarding the flight attendant looked at my seat # and directed to to the correct side of the aircraft. I found this to be very helpful, since on the trip over I was in the wrong side had to bother people to move so I could get to the correct side of the aircraft. Travel can be very stressful, this made boarding quicker and easier."
Cons: "I got fever after I boarded the flight. After the lunch/dinner , probably 30 mins after it I asked for Hot water or some hot tea as I was feeling cold. Both the flight attendants told me the service is closed. If this is your hospitality, ba**s to you from next time."

Cons: "The guy in the same row as me took off his shoes and used the remaining seats between us as a bed. I thought it was rude and disgusting and showed a lack of spacial awareness. Blankets were not very soft. Also, one of the flight attendants was really struggling to push any of the trolleys, running into the arm rests of the seat."
