Airlines lost all my bags and is not being helpful at all in tracing them. Value of baggage is over $25,000. I expect a full refund and expect to be compensated for the loss.
My check in baggage got misplaced with other baggage. I have been helped by fellow passenger and fellow indigo member to get back my luggage.

Emirates airlines does not inform there passengers of the required documents even at there counter in the start of the trip tell they don’t allow you to take your flight to the final destination. After that they say it’s not there Problem and you have to sort it out. Emirates is one of the worst airlines you can travel with.

I then told her that i was more than sure about what I was talking about. We get booked on another flight and my seat was the only one without a working monitor. We asked the suitardess to see o If there was anything that could be done They tried to reset it to no avail. Since we didn't say anything else, it was forgotten about. My husband shared his screen with me so that I wasn't totally bored on the flight. Not the way I wanted to start off my birthday but I'm glad that nightmare is over Delta really needs to retrain their employees on customer service bc it leaves a lot to be desired!"

My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. We arrived to the airport almost 4 hours before the flight and were still not assigned a seat and were told we would have to speak to the gate agent. Even we when spoke to the gate agent, they still did not have a seat. It was not until we had already started the boarding process that they called us up and told us that we were going to be sitting 5 rows apart, both in a middle seat."

Although comfortable for the ones reclining they are uncomfortable and at times painful ( taller people) and makes watching the screen impossible when fully reclined."

At no point in the booking process, when I paid over $800 for the trip, was I told that I needed a specific travel visa (Canadian ETA) to fly back into Toronto for my return flight. Subsequently when I checked in for my flight yesterday morning in Manchester, England, I did not have the required travel documents and had to be rerouted onto a flight into the U.S. at a cost to me of $350. The rerouted flight got me to Washington Dulles airport, where I then had to purchase a second flight to get me home to Cleveland, Ohio, at an additional/extra cost of $450. MY CAR IS PARKED AT TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT!!! I am having to now rent a car and drive there tomorrow (Friday) to collect my car, at another additional cost of $100 plus a 10-hour round trip. Due to the lack of information and communication on your companies behalf, I am down close to a $1,000 and will lose 2-days in work as of the additional days I am having to travel back to Toronto to collect my vehicle. I would appreciate contact from your organization to find the avenue I need to take for compensation of my time and finances. Regards"

Cons: "My wifes luggage was lost, no followup at all from Lufthansa (main) or in Seville which was our destination. We had to call to find out any information. Once the bag was found and delivered to Seville, Lufthansa personnel again did not tell us nor would they deliver the bag to our hotel as the driver had already left. We then had to wait another day to have the bag delivered to Granada. Terrible customer service, the bag was missing for four days causing us to spend time shopping for clothes rather than experiencing the city."

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

Pros: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Cons: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

We were boarded an hour ahead of departure from Rome for our 10+ hour flight, only to be held on the ground for a one hour delay.
