Flight Staff: Always great! Checking back vs carry-on: I typically check my bag since so much time is spent stowing the bag, it's heavy, maybe not enough room. Delta is charging $45 to check bags. Yet, the people who have multiple carry-on bags are then asked to check their bags and are offered this service for free. This does not seem fair to a person who is trying to be proactive in improving the process . Boarding: Boarding is always slow and exhausting. With the exception of First Class, Economy, why not board the zone in the back of the plane first??? Seats: Why cross the seat belts? I get that it looks nice, but people waste so much time moving them or sitting on them and then having to move. Seats: On both my flights the seat did not recline. Not a big deal. Smell: There was a horrific smell like the restrooms on my first flight. I thought I was going to be sick. Most flights do not smell great. Does Delta use air purifiers or anything?

They took all carry-on luggage from Groups 6 -9 - I was group 5 and waiting in line to board - they made me check my luggage too. That then went to baggage claim and delayed departure from the airport. There was overhead room in my seating area - Delta over reacted. Also, had a gentleman next to me that took up 1/2 my seat.

The flight was delayed and oversold. I volunteered to give up my seat for compensation. Thinking I could get a good night's sleep instead of arriving home at 2 am. It took over an hour to get the new reservation confirmed, three different gate attendants, and two red coats. It took even longer to confirm the overnight hotel, and when I arrived, the line was 45 minutes long, with two people checking in, and at least 15 people slowly, very slowly—no food except frozen convenience food, no coupon for food from airlines. Slept, headed back to the airport, and that flight had an equipment change and a gate change just as they were about to board. It took an additional hour to board as they cleaned the plane from storage.

Comfort Plus seat 11E seemed smaller than prior flights. The movie selection is good. Watched most of the most recent Tron movie. I'll watch the remaining part later as my movie is saved in the Delta Seatback Experience.

Service in business class was not impressive. I ordered coffee with dinner and then watched other people get 2 refills before I got my 1 cup of coffee, and only after I pressed the attendant button overhead. Furthermore, the seats in the forward cabin need maintenance on this 737-800: the upholstery is detaching from the seat frame, at least on the backs of seats 1C, 1D.

this crew didn't care much. bumping carts into seats more times than i care to remember

Easy boarding with an extremely kind attendant. Seats were spacious and we had 3 seats for 2 people so we could stretch out. Comfortable air flow and very attentive and hospital attendants. Bathrooms and food were the only negative. Bathrooms were so small you could hardly get in and close the door. I don’t think an obese person would fit or a person with a movement disability. Food was the trending food for flights, nonexistent. We spent $40 getting sandwich and snack at airport for our 6 hour flught.

Awful. Flight was continuously getting delayed and gates kept changing without any reason. Flight was delayed for more then 3 hours

Seat back monitors and outlets were dead and not working.

The flight was delayed but we got to our final destination.

We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.

Flight was delayed 5 hours. Updates kept changing. Sears were extremely cramped. Very little leg room. Flight attendant was rushing through with drinks and hit me in the knee either the cart and didn’t apologize. They gave a 15 dollar voucher in airport which doesn’t buy. Much and it was so late that choices were limited.

Always pretty good as far as I see it. Staff was friendly and process was quick to get on and off.

The flight was delayed because they closed several flight ways because of air shows, fire works, etc.

Smooth flight, especially take off and landing, and great crew on board. Really loved the stroopwaffles!

My window shade didn’t work. So I missed coming into my city. ☹️

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

Good. The wife was not working but then it got resolved.
