Flight was not on time and it was very annoying flight. Keep changing gates.

It was delayed but the landing was the smoothest in a while that I’ve had.

Second time in 3 days I walked off the plane late. This time - almost an hour.

Everything went well. The flight was slightly delayed however we landed on time.

Good! But your flight crews don’t need to ‘eat the mics’ when making announcements. If they held the mics 3 to 4 inches away from their mouths, we could understand them so much better. Otherwise, all is well.

spirit delayed my first flight 9 hours and then cancelled my flight back home. Very disappointed with their service.

They canceled the flight at the last minute! No customer service. Unable to get another flight for 3 days!! Spirit was NO help at all!!

They cancelled our flight (and others across the country) because crews called out sick. It was a miserable experience.

It ran smoothly even though we were in a high season.
