I was flying business class, and the French fellow passengers were super noisy. It was not a comfortable flight. And the crew was not helpful.
Boarding was confusing from staff telling going to preboard and than to group 1 Airplane was not cooling at the beginning

I always enjoy flying Copa. There are very few airlines where I can enjoy a comfortable sleep in-flight. The snacks weren't the best, but they sufficed. The in-flight entertainment was fantastic, and I crossed another movie off my watch list.
Some of the Air hostesses are not that friendly. Need improvement
baggage drop off was a bit much. I felt like I worked for spirit airlines since I did all the work.
The plane home was a lot nicer than the one i arrived on. Seating was more spacious and comfortable
They cancelled my flight with no reason affecting my travel plans and delaying it 24 hours.
Everything was horrible. They delayed my flight so I missed my connection flight and I lost my bags. I had to go to the same workers multiple times asking the same questions because everyone kept giving me different answers. One person closed down customer service because he wanted to go on lunch so there was like 30 people just waiting for hours because no one would relieve him.
Landing was technically perfect. What I didn't like is the pricey internet. Both flights with excellent crews. I'm 6 feet 210 pounds and could easily fit in the chair.
Last flight to get me home got delayed almost an hour, which was bad because I have to work in the morning.
We had to take a bus to the plane with a old woman and carry on bags, and at landing at the airport we have to wait one hour seating on the plane waiting for a gate. We came back from Australia Bussines class Quantas 16 hours traveling, then wait in Dallas 7 hours for connection...honestly waiting 1 hour more at the plane was the worst part.

Pricing, boarding time communication, over priced baggage and overall service is lacking, seating unconfortable
The airplane rattled near the left wing as if several screws were loose. Then after we landed in Fort Lauderdale, we had to sit and wait on the runway for quite some time. It was very scary and TOTALLY unacceptable!
