I have to congratulate Kayak (and Dylan the Chatdeal agent) because because when we decided extended our trip in Florida by two days, there were many direct flights oprions back to Boston available on the Friday we wanted to fly on the JetBlue website, but once I canceled the original JetBlue flight on their website, those direct return options disappeared immediatley! I think it's a game JetBlue plays. . Luckily, I checked Kayak and they had a direct flight that wasn't appearing on JetBlue's website and so I booked it, and we were able to fly home direct through the Kayak booking when JetBlue was offering nothing (even though I have been a True Blue member for 20 years, and also am a Mosaic member). So much for loyalty- their algorithm for booking is like a shell game. JetBlue used to be a good company but now they're worse than anyone. Also I was originally booked this trip to Florida, two months before the departure date, I booked the trip on JetBlue's website and then after the payment part, they said there was a problem and that I needed to do the booking again, so when I immediately went to rebook , the price had gone up 30%! I called them and it sounded like they had heard this so many times before and the guy told me to check back in 10 minutes and the price would be back to where it was when I was booking- it but it never was. How could the price go up 30% in one minute two months before the flight???? They're playing a game with their customers. Anyways, I booked a cheaper flight then at a less convenient time. So fast forward two months the night before the 7 AM flight, they sent me an email at midnight when I was sleeping to let me know that my flight at 7 AM had been canceled. The only thing they offered was a flight that night from from a different airport (Providence) to a different airport in Florida (West Palm Beach) or a flight two days later. No compensation, nothing. They couldn't of tried to get another plane to the Boston airport? They had all night to do it. I passed on their ridiculous options and flew with Delta and it was a great experience. Of course, I had to pay a lot more booking on the same day, but JetBlue doesn't care. I put in a lengthy complaint with the agent who assured me someone would get back to me by email within three days and I haven't heard a thing. JetBlue used to be a good company but now they're among the worst. The only thing they still have is decent legroom, but the corporate bean counters will probably start taking that away too.

We were made to wait in the airport for six hours for a flight that was ultimately canceled.

Friendly crew, efficient boarding and flight arrived early. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

Horribly rude check in at airport, worst in 25 years of flying. All over a simple issue they could have googled to resolve.

1) No pilot available for 1 hour 2) no room for most passengers careyon in overhead—-> stowed below 3) when we landed we had to wait 45 min. Before docking at gate as gate was not ready

Good. No issues except a slight delay. Crew came in late.

The flight was two hours late due to a computer fault and resulting maintenance. Nothing was offered as compensation beyond bottles of water during the time we were deplaned and waiting in the terminal.

There was a fowl odour coming from the lavatory the entire flight

WiFi was not eorkig (again) And the plane was from 1990 with the screens which were.not touch and most didn’t even work and if lucky could tune in tv

They changed our boarding gates at the last minute! No one at gate told us! It was finally announced over loud speaker but the person spoke very broken English and couldn’t understand!! Just went to information board to confirm. Had a “ medical emergency “ they called it and we couldn’t use bathrooms ( I understand) The flight attendant allowed the teenager sitting in my row to move to be with friend? Would have loved the same from my husband at back of plane! Why did attendant ask me twice to push my bag under the seat and NEVER once said anything to man in aisle across from me?? His was laying in floor!! Rate food? What food? Just drinks were offered for a price. Should be against the law to charge $5 for water. No… not the best flight.

Customer service online / on the phone are horrible. Flight crew is great but gate agents and customer service are terrible

It was cancelled a few hours before take off. Spirit has yet to confirm I will be refunded for the trip

There was absolutely nothing good about this fight. They delayed us for over 2 hours to give our plane to a flight going to Tampa. By the time we got to norfolk conditions were too bad to land so they took us to Charlotte to refuel so they could fly back to Fort lauderdale. There was almost no communication from the pilot, no wifi, no chargers, and they wouldn't even give us free water when we were stuck in Charlotte refueling.

This flight cancelled. I am in the airport right now and my kids sleep on the floor. We are waiting for information in the line 4 hours and rude woman from spirit airline offers us flight to Austin on 23 February. No water no food offer. The offer to book hotel and they will refund 150$. The nearest hotel 450$ per night. So I got flight to San Antonio 02/22 at 7am. I hate this company, they are rude and no empathy. So many people with kids were there. And I don’t sleep and it is cold here. I don’t have warm clothes for me and my kids. And I don’t have money for transport from San Antonio to my Austin.

It was the most turbulent terrifying flight I’ve ever been on. I will never fly spirit again.

The flight was delayed for unknown reasons while other airlines weren’t. It was very frustrating.

I was not informed via text about flight delay and gate change. There should have been a notice by the original gate letting us know that there was a change. A half hour before original flight time we realized there was no one there and were told that the gate was changed so we ran across the airport (I was traveling with my aunt who is in her upper 60s) to try to make the flight and then saw that the flight was actually delayed an hour . If you can do something for us to makeup for this we would appreciate it. Thank you

Less than acceptable. Family members had flights cancelled with no reason. Multiple hour delay, gate changes, poor communication, less than satisfactory. I will never fly with spirit again, which is a shame because it’s a budget friendly option but quite frankly with all of the hassle and hoops that come with flying spirit. Completely unacceptable.

No complaints with pricing so don’t expect a lot of extras.
