Always good Thought the seatings were a bit tight for food. Made a mess with salad and oil.
On the flight from Montreal to Calgary the flight attendant we had was excellent. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she made the flight very comfortable and enjoyable.
I did the online check-in as soon as it opened, including all the required info. When I got to the airport to drop off the luggage, Air Canada system wasn't finding my PR card info, which took a long time to resolve. Every time I fly with Air Canada, there is always some technical glitch.
The AC check-in counter closed early and caused us to miss our flight. Our connecting flight arrived late, at 1300, so we picked up our bags and ran to the AC check-in counter, only to find it closed already, although our flight to Montreal was at 1435. We had already checked in online, so the AC staff knew we were coming.
Great overall. Quick boarding, attentive staff - great experience in premium class.
Everything was OK, except one moment. After online check-in, Air Canada have sent me two same boarding passes. I asked to resend, but it comes the same again.
Ground personnel in better mood. Sounded agressive wrt carry on bagage sizing.
We are extremely impressed with all aspects of flying with Air Canada.

It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
This experience was a complete disaster. At first the flight was delayed. No reason given why the flight was delayed. Once transported to the plane (by bus) and waiting on the tarmac, the flight was canceled. The next flight was 6 hours later and that flight was also delayed. Horrible experience and lack of communication from the airline.
I was very grateful for Lufthansa's role in organizing mobility support. The touchscreen on my seat was faulty: slow, stained (I couldn't get it clean), and glitchy. This made selecting movies extremely time consuming, and twice I had to start all over from the beginning.
Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.
The food not that great. Did not like the fact that we could not purchase upgrade at the airport
Flight LH760 from Germany to New Delhi, the food was excellent, the crew was fantastic, the seats in economy are usually tight these days, so I can say that the seats were Ok, the entertainment was OK because for some reason the sound is not very clear, overall I enjoyed this flight, compared to the flight (UA 962) I took with united from San Francisco to Frankfurt in this trip, that flight was horrible. Thank you Lufthansa.
The plane was over an hour late taking off... the plane was rather tired looking, seat cushion was thin and uncomfortable, the sound on my entertainment system wasn't working... crew are not friendly.
Excellent flight overall. Lufthansa Business service was excellent with great cabin crew and very good food and wines. The seat comfort was excellent. Only a slight reduction in score due to the 747-400 being a relatively loud aircraft these days.
Boarding and flight update was fantastic as I experienced about a 10-15 delayed for both flights. The food served onboard was great; the service of the flight attendants was excellent.
This is one of the best flights i had. Good boarding, good seats , good food, and nuce stuff and clean toilets I took the Tourist upgrade and indianischer food , the best.
I like the service and the efficiency. I am lactose intolerant and the lactose intolerant meal in business class was not astounding. Also, the business class fully reclining seats are not that comfortable.
