We are extremely impressed with all aspects of flying with Air Canada.
Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(
It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
They delayed all our flights and lost our luggage flying to Tokyo, Japan. Worst experience I have had with any airline. DO NOT BOOK.
They did great as being my first time flying with them I will consider flying with them again on my next trip.
1. Nowhere to sit at the gate D4 2. No control of lining up in different zones 3. People pushing in during the line up of zones. 4. Certainly not in a dignified manner.
Both meals (chicken option for dinner and omelette for breakfast) were lacking in good texture and taste.
The experience with air Canada, was not really good, first they try to charge for the seat again in the counter after being paid in advance, second we have to wait for a hora inside the plane before departure for mechanics problems
It was great. Although when I got my luggage it was broken.
Flight was delayed going and coming from my destination for over 5 hours. All I was given was a $15 meal voucher that wasn’t even able to cover my lunch or dinner.
This is one of the best flights i had. Good boarding, good seats , good food, and nuce stuff and clean toilets I took the Tourist upgrade and indianischer food , the best.
I like the service and the efficiency. I am lactose intolerant and the lactose intolerant meal in business class was not astounding. Also, the business class fully reclining seats are not that comfortable.
Food was great but they didn't clear my meal tray for 3 hours. You'd think they could check though the cabin now and then.
Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Still waiting to hear back when it will be delivered.
I wasn’t allowed to board with my children. I was charged outrageous costs for basic carry on size luggage. The entertainment screens were outdated and not user friendly.

Overall excellent service and Frankfurt Airport was very efficient and clean
I’m glad the bus waited for me to connect me to my next flight since we were delayed. Flight was good.
Entertainment system is old. Food can be tastier Need to provide toothbrush and toothpaste at least when asked.
I pre-ordered my meal and did not receive it. The seats are very old, uncomfortable and dirty. The crew was excellent and made my stay on board comfortable and enjoyable.
