We were delayed 2 hours because the crew was late. They need better planning by the crew, we had to sit in uncomfortable seats waiting for them.

Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor

Because the plane was delayed from Madrid to LAX, we missed our connecting flight to Malaga. Iberia offered to book us a hotel room but I needed to be in Malaga that evening. I ended up buying train tickets to Malaga from Madrid. I also feel Iberia should compensate me for the cost of the train tickets because they didn't meet their travel obligation.

This is where i leave an airline review. Test test test!

temperature was too cold there should be free blankets, seat are very uncomfortable, entertainment is limited.

This was a short flight. We sat in business class so we we were served a warm meal, which was nice. The flight attendants were very attentive, professional, and kind.

It was good but I did not appreciate not being able to check in online

The flight was delayed over 4 hours. Business class is just slightly upgraded economy.

Delayed and missed connections on leaving the states and returning Planes were old and small- very uncomfortable. Meals were good but very infrequent service for even water/drinks. No explanations for 3+ hour delay
