This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens

The crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat so I was able to recline while the passenger in front of me did for 8 hours. My knees were forced against the seat for hours :(. Dude sitting next to me hasn't showered in weeks so I almost threw up.

Sorry my last review for prg to fra was for this flight. My prg to fra flight was fine but my second flight back to Washington DC was with a slow awful crew who wouldn’t come in a timely manner to take trash and take trash before serving coffee tea and was shoving other people’s bottles of water on me when we were not traveling together

Lufthansa was amazing. Definitely upgrade your seat if you can swing it - they take very good care of their passengers. Customs in DC is nothing short of a nightmare though. Stood in line waiting to go back through security for 30 minutes, had to RUN through and across two terminals to make my connection and only had 5 minutes to spare. Terrible. Very very poor coordination by the airport staff and CBP.

I was ver pleased with the service all the way through

Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.

That was no easy way to get on board in the plane was very hot and I couldn’t talk to the crewmember there super rude and they couldn’t fix the AC. They felt very uncomfortable for 3 1/2 hours flight. I would not use airline next time. Thank you.

Departure was delayed by 2 hours and passengers were sitting on the plane.

Overall good experience. Polite crew. Good foodandentertainment. Seats are small and bit congested though.

During the flight there was a medical emergency. We were diverted. Of course I'm thankful they cared for the health of that passenger, but they did a poor job of communicating with the rest of us passengers. In the end we arrived at our destination several hours late, with no direction of how to rebook missed connecting flights. It all worked out in the end. Those of us that needed accommodations were put up in a hotel by Lufthansa until we could make it to our final destination. But it was United Airlines Personnel who really helped us navigate the process.

50 minute of delay on a flight scheduled after 22pm is really annoying. This was even the only flight departing from Frankfurt Hahn on that evening so the delay was inexcusable

We missed the flight due to very slow security control and lack of last call announcement. We only found out at the gate that the gate is closed. Altogether 14 or 15 people missed the flight FR4500 from Cologne to Dublin.

Everything went according to plan. Check in, boarding etc all were very efficient.

What can you say Ryanair get you there,no frills Not so cheap anymore ..... but what is now days! Would use again as always. Good flight times for us.

Perfect timing, perfect departure, lovely crew on the ground and in the air.

Letting people wait outside for boarding in the rain and almost 0 degrees for a high temperature destination is very customer unfriendly

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.
