Cons: "The aircraft was extremely cold throughout the duration of the flight. Of all of the long haul airlines I've flown with, I find that American Airlines offers the least leg room."

Cons: "No one in the entire airport knew what flight I was talking about when I told them it was Iberia + flight number. People were saying I must have the wrong airport. I almost missed my flight because of this. Everything was through American airlines. It would have been nice to know this going in. Also it was tough doing transfers because once again, none of the departure screens refer to "Iberia flights." It was also tough to check-in. Instructions were not clear in terms of the booking number to use. The Iberia app had a lot of usability problems. The seats are too cramped. I'd have to take out a loan to be able to afford business class or 1st class. It's absolutely horrible for everyone in coach. Especially for long flights as this one. The food was subpar, but that is to be expected in my opinion. Would have been nice to offer complementary headphones. I wasn't able to utilize the entertainment because my headphones are blue tooth. Upon arrival, we had to sit on the tarmac for 20 minutes because there was another airplane in our spot."

Pros: "Friendly crew. Due to the apparent regularity of excessively delayed American Airlines flights, they had the staff at O'hare bring a cart filled with cheap canned juice and Diet Soda to lessen the blow of their consistently delayed flights."
Cons: "Like every other American Airlines flight I've ever been on, it was delayed. Including the American flight from Denver to Chicago. We pay entirely too much money to these airlines for them to deliver such painfully mediocre service and consistently delayed flights. I recommend that this airline do a SERIOUS audit of their Preventative Maintenance/Service division across their hubs. If I fly American, I would bet my entire checking account that the plane will be delayed well over 2 hours."

Cons: "Cancelled flight. Booked on another 2.5 hrs later. Seating not until the last moment. No human touches... all mechanical / perfunctory."

Pros: "Nice head rest (although it did not stay bent at angle, so could actually rest against it)."
Cons: "Think it is ridiculous that I had to pay so much to select a seat ahead of time, and it was just a regular seat. I can understand for extra legroom or exit row, but for a regular seat, that is ridiculous. Then there was a fee to change priority boarding, so I could ensure I was able to have my carry-on with me, instead of risk having it go underneath."

Cons: "I think every CEO of a company should be forced to eat their food. It was horrible. A fresh sandwich would be so much better (with add your own may/mustard) The air freshener from the bathroom was so strong that I was nauseous the whole flight. We were at least 8-10 rows away from the restroom. It sprayed about every 20 minutes. My tv screen didn't work. Made it a long flight. No one else around me had that problem"

Pros: "Original depart for London was 3:15, but when I called from Praque and my friend called from NY we were both told that depart from London is 2:15 and arrival is at 5 instead at 6. It was a mess!"
Cons: "Original depart from London was at 3:15 and arrival in NY was at 6pm. But when my friend called from NY about the arrival he was told that the plane will arrive at 5. I was told the same when I called from Praque. I have to stress that we mentioned the right flight #. When I came to the gate (exhausted) we departed after 3pm as originally scheduled. It was a mess! Otherwise the service was good."

Cons: "Purchased tickets for three of us weeks in advance. Purchased seat upgrades for all three of us for all four legs of our flight. Flight delayed for two hours. When boarding, one pass failed scan. They immediately printed another without comment. While in line to board my friend noticed they changed her seat from 4D to 36F. We returned to complain. They said that seat or middle seat in row 29is only choice. I said we paid for upgrade. They said to ask for a refund at LAX when landing at midnight. Asked passenger in 4D when he got his seat assignment - SAME DAY as flight, paid nothing for upgrade. I signed up for frequent flier program two weeks ago. Will be cancelling when card is received."
