I'm a somewhat larger person and I fit, but I know a lot of people who would literally not be able to fit on the toilet without touching both of the sidewalls or risk getting stuck in there. The boarding process at San Jose Del Cabo was the most ridiculous setup I've ever experienced. There were numerous flights boarding out of the same gates and at least 3 or 4 lines for different destinations forming on a ramp just outside the gates. There were guys with signs trying to herd people into the correct lines and then loading the people onto buses which took you out to the planes. The planes were loading from both the front and rear doors and people were getting tangled up inside because of the haphazard loading process. Very easy for a person to end up on an incorrect plane!!"

The seat was ok, but I found the pillows to be very small and flat. I needed multiple pillows. The head rest was not adjustable, so I also found this to be uncomfortable. Usually when I fly AA, the headrest is adjustable. My final dislike was that the beverage selection was limited. I'm quite sure there was plenty of alcohol, but what about those customers who do not drink alcoholic beverages? I asked for hot chocolate, there was none. I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."

Cons: "I had a problem getting a boarding pass that was a carryforward from a problem that I had had on the flights from the USA to Frankfort 2 weeks earlier. On those flights, I was denied boarding on the flight from Amsterdam to Frankfort because of miscommunication between Delta and KLM. Apparently, the staff who dealt with that problem did not note that the issue had occurred, so it looked like there were "out-of-sequence" segments on my initial flight and I was not allowed to check in electronically. It took several calls to KLM and Delta in Frankfurt to try to resolve the problem and finally it was determined that it could only be resolved at the airport. Other than a very nice KLM representative, the other people I talked to seemed unwilling to engage in helping me and sent me along to someone else. Although the problem was ultimately fixed, this was not a great customer service experience."

Could the zones instead reflect both location of seat and area of plane, so that those with window seats at the back board first, then middle seats, then aisle? That way if aisle seats fill first, seated people are not stepping back into the aisle to accommodate others needing to get a seat in that row, while everyone on the gang way must wait for the aisle to clear."

Hard to get through on 800 number, and 1 day before trip answer was still to do it in Frankfurt. Economy plus was $1000 more/person, and even then no guarantee I could choose a seat far in advance. Then, at computer kiosk in Frankfurt, they had a wrong diagram of the plane,as we ended up on what turned out to be a no-recline row which I would never get. I'm 6'2", 230lbs, and wasn't able to sleep on that flight. Had I been able to reserve a seat behind a bulkhead or in exit row 2mos in advance, I would have been fine."

However, the amount of food served was unacceptable. This seemed like a budget flight. Very different from the flight to Europe on a Lufthansa plane. This was on a United plane. Will make me think twice about flying to Europe on a United plane."

There was some kind of extra security feature where they wanted to check our boarding passes - which is fine! however, the way the boarding crew handled those operations was embarrassing. Basically no organization of the lines, and when it was time to board, they could not handle the organization of people that had already been checked security wise (and ready to board) - and people that weren't security checked. For instance, I had my boarding pass ready (had already been security checked) and was ready to board. But there was no indication as to which line to get into, so when I asked, I was demeaned - and told to go to "zone 3! You are boarding group 3!" There was no way to know where this was, and just before (when I was getting security checked on my boarding pass) the woman told me to "just stay in the line that I was in - because boarding would take place soon". There was no way to know which lines were zone 1, 2, 3, or still checking boarding passes for security reasons. Once my zone 3 line reached the point to get scanned to board, eventually people had also been in the wrong line and were ready to board, so 4 lines of people who were just as confused as I was, started to merge. This is going slowly of course, people in zone 1 (who thought they were in the zone 1 line but instead were still stuck in the boarding pass security line) were upset because zone 3 was boarding and they weren't - and this is while the staff is getting angry at people NOT boarding - because they are stuck in these other lines. It was quite disorganized and I think the staff could have handled the entire process better. Not sure if I ordered the wrong option but food could have used an upgrade."

And even if he has a gun, he would say NO, and your job is not to trust his words, but to check his bag instead...)."

Cons: "I was in a row of thee sits, the two sits next to me were occupied by two small children, and the mother sat on the next row, the children needed to be sited next to their mom, and I was forced to exchange my sit with her. The noise was unbearable with them being separated"

Cons: "Need individual TV screens. No one came for "Call to attendent" button for 30mins. i canceled it . Just needed water. United and Lufthansa need to look at Singapore airlines. They operate very professionally."

Cons: "8 hour delay."

Cons: "landing was little jerky and food smell made me nauseated."

Cons: "They canceled my initial reservation, without contacting me, costing my time, aggravation, and the price of a very expensive international call in order to get a less desirable flight home."

Cons: "We had requested for Asian vegetarian for all the 3 family members. Only 2 were given Asian vegetarian during first half. For the second half, my daughter was given meat sandwich! We are vegetarians due to our religious beliefs and our request for Asian vegetarian meal was totally disregarded. At DC wheelchair was not available even after waiting for several minutes. The staff said she had called for wheelchair 4 times and asked us if we wanted to wait more or walk to the shuttle that was waiting. Since we didn't know how long it would take, we decided to walk to the shuttle. This was a United flight that Luftansa had tie up with and it has been very disappointing experience. I used to like Luftansa and have recommend it to my friends in the past. Even though my tickets were with Luftansa, the experience was nothing like before. I plan to share my experience with friends and family and probably think twice before purchasing tickets via Luftansa!"

Cons: "No entertainment on a 11 hour flight. Old airplane, poor service"

Pros: "On time, no problem flight. Seat next to mine was empty."
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Entertainment was good... Kept me engaged... Crew were reasonable with their service"
Cons: "Food tasted horrible. I have travelled in multiple airlines in the past including British Airways, Emirates, South African, Delta and more. Food is by far inferior to any of the other airlines."

Pros: "Friendly crew"
Cons: "Didn't start taking us for boarding until 15-20 mins before the flight. Then had to take train to board plane outside.....not a big deal, but didn't board until after we should have been taking off."
