Crew completed ignored our aisle when giving snacks and coffee
The WiFi on the plane was out. I also thought movie options were lacking.
They changed my seat assignment from window to middle. I have a physical need to sit by the window because of spinal issues. I unboarded in pain, I also was placed between 2 very large men. I am very disappointed and now dealing with the physical aftermath.
These Delta 717 jets are ancient. No entertainment and you have to pay for WiFi that barely works and goes in and out the whole flight. Delta should be ashamed flying this garbage.
The crew were awesome and ready to help as much as possible. The gate agent in Atlanta was tremendously helpful. The delays were ridiculous. Getting home at 4am when I could have driven home faster was unimpressive. Being delayed for countless hours through the night wasn't a great travel experience.
The staff and crew were wonderful. The delays were atrocious. The missed connections problematic. Getting home at 4am and having to go to work at 8 am, not a great situation. The gate agent in Huntsville was amazing. She helped everyone efficiently and with excellent problem solving skills. Her communication was helpful, timely, and thoughtful.
The captain was running late from landing from a prior flight. We all boarded then had to sit and wait for like an hour for him to arrive. I don't understand why you would have us board knowing that we would have to all sit and wait on the captain for an extended period of time.
The internet that was free was terrible, the turbulence was pretty bad - uncontrollable I know.
My business class seat was inoperable and unable to recline for 10 hour flight.
The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great

The counter person at the gate was rude and demeaning, to the point that I wouldn't fly this airline again.
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.

United was excellent. We had very good experience flying the carrier. Certainly. We will opt to fly them for sure. Lufthansa is out.

Absolutely horrible. We missed both of our connecting flights from Frankfort due to the new border control lines. Lufthansa had us running and walking around the airport trying to rebook. They were not prepared to offer us a hotel room for the night, but finally relented when I said I was done with Lufthansa, most were not so lucky. I also put put of the blame in Kayak. You need to update which connecting flights you are offering to allow for more time to deal with the mess that is border control in the EU.
Cheapflights did not forward the payment for seat assignments, and my partner and I were separated and given center (B and E) seats. Will be requesting a refund.

The entertainment system was not working, they tried restarting it couple of times but it did not fix it. We were told to contact Lufthansa costumer service after the flight for some kind of reimbursement. When costumer service was contacted I was told no reimbursement for entertainment system malfunction per policy.
That was the last time I booked Kayak. The connecting flight got canceled and the trouble shooting terrible. Next times, I will book the airlines directly. Good bye
I want to highlight the crew members and their excellent work and professionalism. They work hard to make a long trip the most comfortable as possible, the food and drinks they offer are pretty good. And they are always asking if you need something else. I have had experiences with other airlines where you have to basically beg for a bottle of water. This is not the case. Highly recommended!!!
Way too crampled. Charge more and put in less seats.
The seats on Lufthansa’s international business class on the A350-900 is the worst product in the market. Our chief purser was AMAZING though. She is the best FA I have had in many years.
Many issues arose with the plane and after 3 hours of delays, we had to return to the London airport as the plane was unfit to cross the ocean. It was highly concerning that this aircraft was in operation with so many problems.
You're asking 2 different questions. The flight from Los Angeles to London (and from London to Faro) was on British Airways. Those flights were awful. The app didn't provide detailed information, the WiFi that I paid for didn't work, the form I had to fill out to re-enter the UK was not communicated clearly so I nearly missed my flight. British Airways is significantly behind every other airline I've traveled in every way. American Airlines flight form London to Los Angeles was great. In the future, I will avoid flying British Airways when I can.
Premium economy was not what was shown, no leg riser, seats were broken and do not recline more than economy, food, we couldn't eat it was so bad, no menu 1 item and it sucked.
British Airways is very good... Taxiing after landing took 35 minutes, can't really blame the airline but the terrible infrastructure at JFK.
Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours
Waited until boarding started before saying there was no overhead luggage space on the plane.

The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
They ran out of headphones so my 3rd daughter couldn’t use the onboard TV the entire flight. They also rain out of food, so my 1st daughter didn’t get to choose her entrees or snack (chicken or cheese) because by the time they got to the last row they only had chicken left. Luckily she is not a vegetarian.
Spending 10 hours on a flight with no video or wifi access due to issues per stewardess was not enjoyable nor acceptable. Will follow up directly with the airline as well

Frankfurt to San Francisco The Site would not let me Upgrade luggage ( paid extra at the airport Had to pay for seats but did not receive those seats Had to pay extra to check in at counter (since I could not upgrade on the app) $25 a person. Unfriendly staff- bordering on rude Check in in San Francisco (to Frankfurt) was smooth, courteous and no extra charges for seats or check in
Missed this flight. $5000 to rebook next day. Horribly rude staff in Frankfurt. Everyone we encountered was either not helpful or outright mean.
Condor's computers do not work. They do not leave enough time to catch a connecting flight. Condor had to book passengers on a different airline to make their destination. They lost my niece and nephew's luggage. The bathroom had pee all over it before the flight took off.
Awful!! We got stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor acknowledges that the lines are really long but says it is not their problem and would only rebook us in two days. We are stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it cost us $500. Condor stated that they gave us a 1.5 hour layover which was more than enough time and in the next sentence said, yes we know the lines are a problem.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
Premium economy meant only extended legroom and when the passenger in front of me leaned back, I lost the little space I paid for. Food was not great. Movie selection is okay. Feels somewhere between a mainstream and a budget airline.
The jet is quiet but the food is uneatable and the new seats are horrible .One cannot find comfort on them. When do airlines learn that there is a better service for your clients. Go to a flying wing design save fuel offer a human seat where your arm does not interfere with your neighbor . Provide food that tastes good and offer free drinks
