Emirates has left me stranded. It's ridiculous how they failed to keep us accurately informed."

It wasn't this flight but the flight from Tanzania to Dubai, the crew sprayed the plane and I would like to know what was sprayed as it was awful and what if any chemicals were sprayed on us. Perhaps it would be better to spray the plane before the passengers board the plane."
Cons: "There was only one flight attendant would didn't assist my friend when we asked her to please take my friend's food tray away. My friend Emily Bayne was having a major discomforting eye allergy attack. Emily eyes were burning, dry, turning red, and very itchy and she wanted to go to the bath room to run warms water over her eyes, however she had the food tray and so we push the attendant help button. But when the flight attendant came to see what we needed and we asked if she could please take Emily's food tray, she just said I will come back later for that. So I told Emily just go to the bathroom I will hold your food tray. Emily Bayne was seated in the middle and I had the aisle seat, 44H. While Emily was in the bathroom I complained to another flight attendant what had happened, she took our food trays and then told her supervisor what happened. The supervisor came shortly and assisted Emily by granting her request and providing her with two warm wet towels, and later 5 more. The supervisor and the other attendant that I complained to continue to check throughout the fljght to see if Emily needed anything else, which was nice and accommodating. The flight after that incident was good, as the supervisor immediately corrected the insensitive act of his flight attendant."

On Sunday March the 13th my wife Dyma Gharaibeh and my daughter Retal Aly were travelling to Jordan on ur airways for the 1st time from 15 year's to try such service and to face this experience. I've been always dealing with Lufthansa airlines throughout my entire life and heard that emirates airlines serves passengers good service and hospitality so i said to myself why not trying them to my wife and daughter this time and see there service and what they can offer. But as shown to me 1st and last time to even mention on my mind to travel on this kind of terifying service ever. They had a delay in the dubai airport for an hour they changed flights so that they won't be late, but by the time they changed the flights so quickly to go to the other plan to go to Jordan the luggage of my wife and daughter were on the other plan that came from Dallas, Texas. The horrible mistake that was made is that luggages EK 021286 & EK 021287 & EK 021288 & EK 021289 was still in the plan that was coming from dallas and no one even checked that my wife Dyma Gharaibeh and Retal Aly was the only two passengers on the flight that were going to Jordan. Which i call in very loud voice unprofessional by all means for a huge airways like Emirates that represents the whole UAE. They arrived to Jordan with no bags at all and they stayedfor whole two days with out clothes plus the stress they were in for having that offal feeling that they lost there bags . The big huge complain from me today is that my wifes brother wedding was yesterday the day they received the bags at night which they received the bags after the wedding was over. .. They missed the wedding dress in the bag for both of them tell me the feeling of you as a huge company that should be aware of every single problem that could happen to the customers that deals with you. You made that day from being an amazing day full of fun and joy for them to get dressed and going to the wedding of her brother and be like everyone in the wedding to not going to the wedding because they didn't have enough time in a day to get another dresses for both of them. This nightmare was not taken into consideration the office in Jordan didn't answer at all for several times i tried to reach them and couldn't because of there lake of professionalism. Even after the bags arrived no body even sent an email or tried to check on the case or even if we r satisfied or not. Very very very poor service. Hell of a NIGHTMARE..... Seriously one word shame on you as a huge big company like you to have us have this disgusting experience with you guys Seriously, there is not enough words to express the anger i have inside of me from Emirates Airlines and showed share this disgusting customer experience everywhere. . I think this will be my last time in my entire life"

When I called the ticketing office, they explained that everything was fine with the ticket, and I would indeed have a seat, but I would have to go to the airport. I even asked them about the possibility of overbooking but they said that wasn't a risk. (I am Star Gold so I didn't think that was possible.) When at the airport they wouldn't give me a seat and they bumped me leading to many hours of confusion, a connection through Tanzania, and a loss of a night of sleep. And lots of stress. I know they de-prioritized the people who booked on Kayak. This was a miserable experience and unless you do something to fix this I will never use Kayak again."

Please keep the delicious Turkish food I fear a down grading for economical reasons. Don't do it."

Champagne never arrived, even after I asked for it again. My half-full glass of water was taken away halfway through dinner with no explanation and never replaced. I asked for water five times before I was finally brought a bottle of water over 30 minutes later when they were being passed around to everyone. Meanwhile, the two flight attendants I asked for water walked by several times picking up trash... not sure what was so difficult about bringing me a glass of water."

I was told that TK were changing tickets and issuing refunds for a period of 7 days after the attack - and I was scheduled to fly on day 8. They refused to refund or change - all they would say are 'fare fules' - 'fare rules'. When I passenger has a concern over personal safety, and in the aftermath of a large scale lapse in security at their main hub, they should be more understanding and not stand by their arbitrary 7 day rule."

Crew was very polite and handled the situation in a friendly & professional manner."

I was unable to return to work today due to sciatica problems related to flight seating. (I checked with the flight drew. The plane was full. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

Cons: "In Dubai, British Air won't allow you check in more than three hours prior to flight time. Since you can't check in, you can't go through security. Since you can't go through security, you can't get to the actual terminal (where all the stores, restaurants, lounges, etc are). Therefore, if you arrive at the airport too early. you're stuck in the outer holding area prior to the check in area. Nothing to do. Nowhere to go. Still weighted down with all your bags. A real bummer. Once you're allowed to check in, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the real terminal (check in, emigration, security, train ride, etc). The flight starts boarding one hour prior to departure. This leaves about 90 minutes to make it through the entire terminal and get to the gate. Any extra time can be spent looking at all the things you could have enjoyed if you could have checked in earlier. Since nobody including British Air told this in advance, we ended up twiddling our thumbs for eleven hours in the outer holding area."

When we landed we weren't told about the 2hr 10 min. time overage, but my sister said the plane reversed course around Iceland for a while, then turned around again and got back on track, but the PHX cell lot flight tracking board never said the flight was delayed or running late. She waited for me to get out of the airport an additional 3 hours. Luggage took a LONG time to get to the staging area and we had no clue what the problem was. It seems a simple task to put the PHX luggage in one area of cargo, and luggage going on to another destination in another area so 1st off clients could get their luggage and leave. There was a lot of luggage on the carousel that didn't get picked up. Very poor on the ground crew's part. When I have been in the air for 10 - 12 hours, I want to get my luggage and get home. Customs was a breeze compared to getting my luggage. BA lost my luggage at Heathrow on the way to Prague, and on the return had problems getting luggage to the passengers WAITING at the airport. You need to address how you handle customer luggage."
