Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty

I don’t like mushrooms and that’s all they had with pasta

I Love Delta but one of the flight crew training in courtesy snd hospitality.

Could have been on time and not missed my connection

Wifi on this flight was very sketchy and not available for most of the trip.

Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.

Everything went smooth from check in, thru TSA, then boarding, and a smooth flight to ATL.

No snacks not been water was offered I fly weekly and have to select Economy or extra comfort per business rules but will choose American at least they offer mid seat class passengers water. on short flights. The WIFI was awful on the plane as well. The thing I can not figure out is why you treat business class people this way we spend more money that your one trip first class passengers cumulative than others maybe look at the company name of the people flying and treat us better as there are thousands of us flying weekly and choose what airline we want to select.

The staff and the boarding procedure were all amazing . The one flight was not equipped with WIFI which now adays seems odd. All in all the experience was good
