Pros: "Gate agent gave us extra legroom after our trip to Australia in the crying baby section. No one's fault, but a difficult 14 hour flight. Thank you again for your kindness."

One of the middle lavatories could not lock! This plane should have been better serviced by ground crew before it departed Doha! Infotainment system is confusing, keep it simple and add more up to date movies. Even then, I will still fly QR over all else."

We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

Pros: "Seats were nice, flight was efficient, arrived early."
Cons: "Gate agent spoke so ridiculously fast and swallowed so many sounds that it was virtually impossible to understand most of what he was saying. Most importantly we all missed that our roll-on bags wouldn’t fight in the overhead bins. As a result many people pulled their bags on and fought and struggled to force their luggage above, only to give up. The on-board agents recognized early the problem and then proceeded to allow many other passengers to stroll by them with their large roll-on bags, only to delay the boarding process and frustrate everyone. When making their safety announcement the flight attendant was clearly competing for fastest speaking human and rushed through at blazing speeds. In all my 30+ years of travel, I’ve never heard anything like it."

Cons: "5 hour delay missed my connecting flight because of this neither airline offers a refund or anything since I booked them separately.... Now I have to spend more $$ and time thanks"

Cons: "Disgusting Food. Extremely uncomfortable seats: unable to recline far enough, my knees on back of seat in front of me, unable to sleep at all the entire trip. This was American Airlines, not British Airways. Cheap headphones kept falling out of line in port. TERRIBLE FLIGHT, Never Again!"

Cons: "Isles for walking are way too small! I mean you can’t walk normally. I am 5’11” 195 lbs. not big but I have to move sideways down the isle. This is a very dangerous situation in a emergency situation. Something needs to be done. The seat space between the seats is another story"

Pros: "Mostly really friendly crew members. Plane seemed new, first and business class looked lovely."
Cons: "Wihout question, the most uncomfortable seat ive ever been in. It was obviously a newer plane, long haul flight, and thw configuration maximized space for more passengers. Width of economy seat was tightest I've ever experienced, with the arms of the seats literally right at my legs, nearlt digging in. The leg room was very short with my knees nearly touching the back of the seat in front of me. When i put my tray down, it actually rested on my knees, and was not level because it pitched up due to longer legs (and I'm only 5'9). This was a long haul, 8 hour flight. I've never beeñ so uncomfortable on a flight in my life, and have never counted the minutes I could get out. Seemed obvuous that meal service had taken a hit when corporate looked for places to cut expenses, its one of the lower quality meals. If compared with an international carrier, the food was really sub par. Mostly really friendly crew members, unfortunately, one who really didnt seem to enjoy the job any longer."

Pros: "Attentive and caring flight crew. Speedy and efficient boarding."
Cons: "Food was not that great. Entertainment Monitor kept freezing which was a bit annoying."

Pros: "The flight was early to arrive. There was also a rather frightening bit of turbulence, and the pilot explained why it had occurred, which I found very reassuring."
Cons: "The food was definitely below average. It's virtually all carbohydrates.Other airlines provide you with a printed description of the menu options, so it's easier to make a choice. "Chicken or pasta" doesn't give the passengers any idea of what they are actually choosing. This time the chicken dish was served with pearl couscous, so it was basically pasta as well. The salad I was given was brown and wilted, and while the cabin attendants were kind enough to give me two salad that were in better shape (after meal service), I just think that quality control should have prevented a inedible salad from being served in the first place. I am also extremely opposed to American Airlines Transatlantic luggage fees. Since I was moving abroad rather than taking a short trip, I was not pleased about paying 100 USD for a second bag on top of an already expensive flight."

Pros: "Flight did not take place because of cancelled return flight. the whole itinerary was cancelled."
Cons: "because of cancelled flight I had to schedule a new itinerary directly through American Airlines. The cost increased from $947.50 to $1,873 plus airport parking for 17 days."

Pros: "Everything went as expected. Overall a smooth flight and friendly service."
Cons: "Well, it's never comfortable to try to sleep in economy class, right? But I knew that going in, and that's what I chose."

Cons: "Upon arriving to the gate we were delayed 15 min. As the last few people were boarding the gate agents announced there was not more overhead space and we would have to check all bags from now on. I’ve seen this done before but I was very irritated because it seemed as if the gate agents were a little rough with the newly checked bags. As I felt like I didn’t have a choice I checked my bag reluctantly knowing I had a gift for a friend inside and continued boarding. As I boarded I was highly irritated to see more than 5 available overhead spaces for carry ons. I asked the steward why they made us check bags when there was still space and she barely stopped to answer and just said they have a monitor up front that tells them when it’s full. Clearly the monitor was wrong and common sense would lead me to at least take a look before LYING to paying customers. I was very hurt to see the gift I had just bought for my friend was broken when I opened my bag at baggage claim."

Cons: "I was not able to select a seat 24 hours before flight"

Cons: "The set I paid for I didn't get that and service was not good at all"

Cons: "My daughter is in a wheelchair. She was a carry on (I e I carry her on board). The staff knew this but failed to notify the airport. Hence, we had to deplane without a jetway. I didn’t. The steep stairs made it unsafe. Had to wait a long time for a handcranked lift. No one really knew what they were doing and they wanted to put her in an adult wheelchair in spite of my identifying safety issues. My daughter was scared and upset. Epic failure on AA’s part. Communication breakdown on many levels. Shameful."

Cons: "NO HEAT IN PLANE FOR 2.5 HOURS, VERY VERY VERY COLD. TOO SMALL OF A PLANE. OVERHEADS DOORS WERE BROKE, NOT ABLE TO STOW BACK PACKS. AA IS CHEAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT PRICES ARE SOOOOOOO HIGH"

Cons: "My flight was delayed 4 times from Columbus to Chicago due to an ATC issue in Chicago. On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse."

Pros: "I like the service, how they were polite to me, and made me feel welcome."

Pros: "Boarding was very quick, they called the groups quickly with no lag time in between."
Cons: "I think this was the most cramped airplane I have been on. It was so uncomfortable and I would think that they would take this into consideration since it was a red eye flight."

Pros: "Wide selection of movies and other entertainment."
Cons: "This was not food that was served in the Economy class. This was pure junk. I understand that airlines are saving on the service in Economy but a minimal quality should be maintained. I recommend to prepare some sandwich etc. and other snacks and to take it on the plane."

Pros: "I loved not having to change planes."
Cons: "It was VERY cold on the plane."

Cons: "It was ONLY this leg that was messed up. The AA staff in PHI had no idea where the incoming plane was. Got snippy with other customers asking about it. First said it was delayed 50 minutes and then they were surprised when passengers were disembarking from them. Then the plan couldn't leave the jetway because it was stuck -- which was blamed on the City of Philadelphia and we ended up being nearly 4 hours late."

Cons: "Missed the flight due to accident on the road. AA was more than helpful in trying to reroute me BUT British Air did not want to cooperate so my trip is now cancelled. This is my 3rd dealings with British Air and they are THE WORST! I will never buy British Air tickets again. Being less than satisfied for the 3rd time is enough to lose my business forever."

Pros: "Customer service at American Airlines was amazingly good. They figured out the mess that the third party agent, WEBJET.COM made and fixed it."
Cons: "The third party agent, webjet.com, was horrible. American airlines contacted them several times about canceling the ABQ-ORD flight and they never responded. WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."

Cons: "Horrible service and was never notified so I was not able to make either of these flights."

Cons: "Significant departure delay, contradictory information from initial airport check in to gate staff, beverage selection is okay but prices for more than the basics are astronomical."

Pros: "the plane, a 380, had comfortable seats, fewer occupants, more and easier access to bathrooms, did not like the larger plane I flew on going to Australia, it held 700 persons could physically reach the lights and when on, they didn't disturb anyone vegetarian food was delicious and nutritionally sound and varied love the soft blankets"

Pros: "The food and drinks were great. Flight left on time and arrived on time."
Cons: "This flight was actually on an American 777. One of the older models. For an almost 9+ hour flight, the in-seat entertainment systems need to be upgraded. The seats did not have USB charging capabilities, the selection of movies at the seat consisted of about 8 choices, and the screen size wasn't much larger than that of an iPhone 6 Plus. This was supposed to be a British Airlines flight, but it really was an American flight. I expected to be on a BA aircraft, which would have probably been upgraded."

Cons: "Never got to board that plane due to delay of my previous flight."

Cons: "It was a standard boarding. The standard ride. I have nothing to complain about"
