They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced."

Didn't even know if I was going to get on flight until last minute."

Cons: "It was a full flight, anyone in loading zones 7-9 were required to check their carry-on luggage. We were in loading zone 6, so not required and preferred not to due to our full day of air travel that would continue into a 3 hour car trip. My husband reached the gate, his ticket scanned, and let onto the plane. I walk up next, my ticket is scanned and then the personnel at the gate said in what I can only describe as the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, ill-tempered tone that he would need take my bag. He grabbed it out of my possession, shoved it into the luggage sizing rack and even though it did fit inside the lines, he said it was "too close" and would need to be checked. Not wanting to cause a scene and quite frankly speechless by this man's attitude, I did not object.. It was not until I was seated on the plane that I noticed more than a dozen items of luggage larger than mine and that the vast majority of people that had 3, 4, 5 carry on items when the maximum is 2: one personal item and one carry on luggage item. It was both the lack of respect and the lack of consistency that lead me to have an extremely "poor" boarding experience. Serious retraining needs to be completed and boarding attendants should not be able to harass airline passengers."

Cons: "Walking through TSA in San Diego there is an agent picking people out and telling them there bag is too big to be carried on ( the same carry on bag I've used for years ) and making people go pay to check them. However some people are being allowed to check their bag at the gate for free. No one at the airport working for them had any good customer service skills. Wont fly with them again"

I missed my flight because even though I got to LAX two hours before the flight, I had to wait on the baggage check for two and a half hours. The attendants were texting and talking and not servicing the passengers. When I told American attendants and supervisors that I was going to miss my flight unless they got me through they were clueless and didn't care about me or any of the passengers. The entire American staff were the most disorganized and careless flight personnel I have ever seen. Them they put me on a standby flight, where I was number eight and five minutes later was number eighteen, so I missed that, too. My wife is one of the top Public Relations people in Los Angeles and we both have tweeted and posted on social media extensively about this horrendous experience. I require a full refund from American Airlines for my airfare, and if I don't receive it from you will take you to court. --Eric Red"

Cons: "Our plane was delayed leaving Grand Rapids. Once in Houston there was no gate available causing another 10 minute delay. All bags were required to be checked plane side so once we finally got off the plane it took another 10 minutes to get our bags. Many passengers had tight connections and had to rush to their next flight. My connection was already tight as it was - and I had to go to a completely different terminal very far from where I was to catch it. Five of us were on that flight connecting to San Diego. We finally made it to the gate. The plane was still there but the door was closed so we were not allowed to board. It was the last flight out so we were stranded in Houston overnight. This caused me to miss a very important medical appointment this morning - and to have to cancel client sessions leading to a significant loss of income."

Cons: "Seats on plan were horribly uncomfortable. Food to the point of a scam expensive. Airplane lost baggage with over $1,000 value. Including seeing glasses gone. Trip ruined. Rest of luggage was soaking wet like they left it laying outside in the rain. Horrible horrible company."

Horrible service. No information. Just rude comments and refusing to help. Will never attempt to fly with them again."

Pros: "The crew was very pleasant. I was sitting in row 3, which was great! But because the plane wasn’t full, many people who didn’t pay the extra $30 ahead of time to select seats were invited to move forward. Lucky for them, but kind of aggravating to me."
Cons: "I paid $75 extra to bring my pet onboard. I had to push her kennel under the seat, and she never made a peep. But babies are allowed to ride for free with their parents, and scream for most of the trip!"

Cons: "The seats were very very uncomfortable. Didn't expect that they wouldn't recline at all. Not even an inch. Never realized how big of a difference that made. No complimentary juices or water, so that was a little inconvenient. Don't know that I could handle that again for a 4 hour plane ride."

Cons: "Out flight was cancelled after you delayed it for 3 hours. At 2:00AM we finally figured out what was going on. We were stranded in the Philadelphia airport.There was very poor, if any communication. At that late hour, all hotels were booked. We were forced to stay in the airport, with no place to rest. Some passengers got pillows and blankets provided by Frontier which we repeatedly asked for, but were never provided. It was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences of our lives! We are still waiting for our full refund! 3 of us had booked round trip to Orlando, paid for special seating, paid for carry-on bags We expect a rapid response before this goes on social media"

Pros: "The baggage claim girl in Atlanta was Wonderful she was very pleasant to me and my boyfriend and expressed a genuine concern about my unfortunate circumstance. Mariah (Frontire baggage claim girl) did everything she could to make sure I got my Bag back and called as soon as it arrived Thanks Mariah !!!!"
Cons: "They lost my bags I was flying to Atlanta from Phoenix and my bag ended up in St Louis ... i would assume that if your going to make me pay for my checked bag it would atleast make it to the correct destination. The crew wasn't as pleasant and friendly as I'd like them to be but did there jobs (I guess) then we had to sit and wait for a gate .... the only reason why a gate finally opened up was because people started asking for snacks. Overall there was nothing special about this flight I was upset that I didn't have my luggage from the beggening of my trip but the day before I left my bag was recovered . The ticket was inexpensive but I'm not sure if it was worth the hasstle Then I had to pay for my bags coming back as well. Suggestion maybe have a 50% voucher ad a courtesy from sending a bag to the wrong destination."

Very disorganized and took 1 hour to get through the line--and that was at 4:30 a.m. The seats on the plane were very uncomfortable; they charge you for everything, even a bag of pretzels and a carry on bag. I think next time I'll take another airline even if it means a connecting flight."

Cons: "The website didn't seem user friendly to me. I had to call Customer Service to be able to check in. I wasn't able to get my boarding pass on my smartphone very easily. My suitcase was 15 lbs over and I had to pay $75.00 on top of the initial $25.00. There were no complimentary drinks. And the flight was delayed and the personnel didn't know what was going on and wasn't able to inform us. The online seat assignment was confusing to figure out."

Cons: "The seats were the most uncomfortable thing ever. They are hard plastic with a thin pleather lining and don't recline. I could not get anything close to comfortable the whole flight. The "tray tables" are so tiny, they could never hold anything remotely close to the size of a tray. You can't even have a cup of coffee on it and rest your book or tablet next to it. They don't serve so much as a free cup of coffee. And we each had to pay $30 for our carry-on, which pretty much wiped out the savings of a Frontier flight. Our checked bag arrived about an hour and 15 minutes after we landed. The experience was just awful overall. It's just not worth the lower price, believe me."

Pros: "I didn't even know there were air carriers who required checkin online and arriving to airport 2 hours in advance - I feel Frontier should have a huge RED warning in Kayak "check this airlines policy! They aren't the norm." Maybe their low cost model requires that most of us can't follow these and will incur fees. Also says in terms & conditions that they can bump you for any reason as flights are overbooked as a business policy. Frontier doesnt "participate" in TSA Pre - despite press reports that it would be added in Sept. (never even knew a carrier had a role except merely printing the Known Traveller number) anyway my flight cost, bc I paid to choose a seat, had a carryon & two suitcases, was similar to other airlines. I guess I appreciate a barebones model for those who need it, and the flight itself was short & perfectly fine...but frankly this airlines terrifies me and is way outside the norm - it should NOT be grouped with other reputable lost cost carriers like Southwest."

Cons: "The flight was changed from arriving on Sunday evening to a red-eye that arrived at 6 am monday morning. My husband and I would not have booked this flight if this had been the original timing. Also, the "first class" is a joke. We paid extra because of previously mentioned schedule changes hoping to get some sleep. (We both had to be at work Monday) The seats were not bigger, any more comfortable, and do not seem to have any additional leg room. The flight itself went smoothly. However, I will try to avoid taking Frontier airlines because of the delays, outrageous schedule rearrangements, and lack of comfortability."

Ended up spending $125 more than United Airlines flight. I will NEVER fly Frontier again!"
