Cons: "Boarding was delayed and once in the plane more delay followed. Food was pasta (again!) while entertainment was non-existent. Flight is long enough to show at least a route map."

I had gotten sick in Egypt and I felt lousy (dizziness and headache). Despite my physical condition I thought the flight was okay. Crew were professional and airplane was clean. Beer to drink. Other than the fact I was sick, I enjoyed the flight."

Noticed same dramatic difference in passenger treatment between SFO and Frankfurt legs of the flight. They treat the mostly Indian customers differently. I go to India every year. It was same last year. My suitcase broken in transit. Reported. No call back after several days. I’m US citizen of German ancestry. I feel badly about lack of service for India bound passengers."

Cons: "Flight from Munich to Charlotte: I do not fly that frequently (just only about 1 or 2 times per year - usually with Lufthansa) so I had no idea that as an Economy class passenger I cannot use the Business class bathroom. I admit my mistake for violating this etiquette. There was no line formed so I just used it, but as I was leaving the toilet a stewardess grabbed my arm and sternly made me aware of my trespassing. She was very professional and I believe it was not her intention; however, she made me feel very stupid for not realizing that the Business class toiled is for the Business class customers only. Don't get me wrong, if I paid premium for my fare I would probably expect less crowded toilets too. In my opinion, this unwritten rule should be made more explicit to the Economy class passengers, as nobody likes to feel embarrassed by mistakenly wandering into an exclusive club they don't belong to. I know there are separating curtains, but they were open. I saw a line forming in the Economy section so my next instinct was to go a different direction, which led me to the Business section. I really needed to use the bathroom, so I did not think of the proper etiquette at the moment."

Pros: "This was actually a United Airlines flight connecting to a Lufthansa flight in Munich. The crew was friendly and thanked us individually for flying with them as we prepared for landing."

Pros: "The flight was short and well organized, boarding relatively efficient, snack was just OK, service was nice and crew was very accommodating and seemed happy. Mobile boarding options worked well."

Cons: "Lufthansa does not honor frequent flyer statuses of any of their alliance partners in regards to seat upgrades. Being 6'4", the ability to upgrade to economy plus/premium is important on long-haul flights. Everything else about Lufthansa is excellent, but I will not book with Lufthansa for long flights anymore because of this. I'll stick with United from now on."

Cons: "Flight was three hours late leav ing due to a mechanical issue. We sat on the plane while it was being repaired and refilled. I was too hot the whole flight..I think it's the design of the ventilation system on this particular plane. The person by the sunny window stifles. Food was about as bad as it can get. Then I was offered coffee and got tea. Crew never smiled. My headphone had a loose wire so the sound went in and out. Not like past Lufthansa flights."

Cons: "But then they deboarded the plane and everything went south fast. They didn't tell us what was happening or where to go or what to do. Instead we were directed to different service centers. We were told conflicting things. Sometimes they told us to exit the airport through passport control, but without any information on what to do next. They reopened the terminal but then redirected us to a service center. That center was overloaded and we ended up waiting in line for service/information for the entire day. Once I was near the service center they dissipated the line. They told us there was another service center in a different part of the airport and that this one we have waited for was closing. We went there and it was also closed instead they had beds without blankets or pillows limit the halls. Alia we were in line for hours before they offered any water or food. Food was really late. Information was the problem here. We were not told what we should do except to check with the service center. Eventually a few of us tried to get through passport control and check the service center out front. This worked much better. I was able to get a hotel and a standby ticket. That flight went much better but getting that far was a mess."

Pros: "Comfort, yummy food, exceptional customer service, but the best part had to be the amazing service when checking in at IAH.....the lady who checked us in delivered the best customer service I have ever received by an airline....I would love if she received some appreciation....she was super professional, courteous, friendly to my daughter, explained everything and made sure I understood, and then said "I'll see you upstairs Mrs. Manderfeld to help you further....at the gate" WOW! If only all airline check was like this!"

Pros: "Flight departed 30 minutes late (due to a delay with the inbound flight)but a short flight time enabled the delay to be recovered and we landed in FRA on time. A very long taxi (30 minutes) made connection time for my next flight to be very tight."

I suspect they would argue it allows passengers to have greater rest however in Y class the passengers are awake long before......could I suggest serving the snack earlier as it prevents a very rushed service as trays are collected and cabin secured very near to the actual landing?"

Cons: "Wihout question, the most uncomfortable seat ive ever been in. It was obviously a newer plane, long haul flight, and thw configuration maximized space for more passengers. Width of economy seat was tightest I've ever experienced, with the arms of the seats literally right at my legs, nearlt digging in. The leg room was very short with my knees nearly touching the back of the seat in front of me. When i put my tray down, it actually rested on my knees, and was not level because it pitched up due to longer legs (and I'm only 5'9). This was a long haul, 8 hour flight. I've never beeñ so uncomfortable on a flight in my life, and have never counted the minutes I could get out. Seemed obvuous that meal service had taken a hit when corporate looked for places to cut expenses, its one of the lower quality meals. If compared with an international carrier, the food was really sub par. Mostly really friendly crew members, unfortunately, one who really didnt seem to enjoy the job any longer."

Pros: "Boarding was efficient the flight left on time in spite of rain. Lots of air traffic departing JFK and we were delayed in the take off queue for an hour. The captain made up time and arrived Paris almost as scheduled. Food was very good for coach class and it was a hot meal."
Cons: "The coach seats even on this 6.5 hour flight were uncomfortable. The seat backs have no support. The aircraft was an older 767 and did not have entertainment screens on the seat backs. Thus there were no games or other interactive programs. It had the overhead monitors for movies. Hopefully they will modify that plane soon."

Cons: "I purchased a business class seat and did not get a business class seat. In Philadelphia the agent would not give me the available seat because I was not on an upgrade list. He said I would have to call american. I tried several times. (I also called british air and they said they could not help.) Each time i tried American the message said they had high volume call back later. I reported this to BA and have not yet had a response."

Cons: "Terrible delays entirely their responsibility. No attempts to accommodate. Single worst travel experience I’ve ever had."

Pros: "Amenities were about on par with other international airlines. The entertainment console was wonderful. The trip was more quickly than expected."

We were there 2.5 hours before our flight and had to rush to make it on time due to the awful lines for the checking our bags and general disorganization of American Airlines. The staff on the plane missed our row when offering drinks near the end of the flight and were not careful about bumping elbows and shoulders as they frequented the aisle. Also couldn't sit by my family which was a huge bummer."

Then it was discovered a preflight mechanical check hadn't been done. So we all sat for another HOUR waiting for the mechanics to arrive and do their work. The flight attendants were unpleasant and rude."

Received multiple calls from Avianca but all in Spanish until fifth one in English hung up once we confirmed we understood there was a delay. Staff communicated different directions. Only one cafe to wait in. Substitute breakfast served was underwhelming. Plane was incredibly dated with life vests strewn about/not tucked away. Upon deboarding, incredibly unclear that we had to completely exit and go back through security, meaning we had no time between flights for the restroom or to buy water."

US and Polish emigration didn't ask me a word .In future did I'm have rights ty o refuse answer personal questions foreign Clerks ?"

First come first serve seats approach not a good strategy as a customer approach. Charging extra for regular seats to choose online...not a good approach. Not having vegetarian options a big mistake. What do we eat?"

When I hadn't been served a meal (apparently was overlooked as I was in a middle seat), it was almost impossible to get someone's attention, and then there was no acknowledgment or apology of the problem. Boarding was also disorganized; not as clear as it could be who was supposed to be getting on the plane when. Also leg room in coach is really cramped for a long-transatlantic flight."

This is my 2nd bad experience with United in 30 days (other flight was canceled causing us to miss a wedding) and my husband and I won't fly again."

Insufficient charging stations in United gate area in Newark. Lots of folks wanting to charge phones and other electronics, but only one charging kiosk for hundreds of folks waiting to board two flights."

Cons: "Everything was great except a stewardess that was flying on the plane not working got her suitcase then her carryin and her purse and literally was holding up everybody behind me while she was getting it all hooked up. The stewardess that was working when we got to the door said she was sorry she should not of done that. Hook it up when your off the plane I guess. Otherwise it was great."

Cons: "Flight cancelled and no alternative to deal with cancelled flight"

Cons: "There were 20-30 empty seats in economy+ they wouldn't let anyone move into them wife and I sat apart with all their bad press how bout a little good will!?"

Pros: "They at least had the option for live TV on one of the flights, but wanted $8, when Southwest gives it to you free."
Cons: "The gate agent also just seemed and unpleasant in general. The leg room is the worst in the industry, it's absolutely terrible"

Pros: "The flight attendants were friendly for the most part."
Cons: "On both flghts we requested a bassinet for our 3 month old. We were told on the phone if one was available we were able to have it. Both flights had bassinets but we weren't allowed access to them. On our first leg the bassinet was in economy plus and we were economy. On the way home our fight was downsized to a smaller plane and the airline was too busy trying to cut 25 people off the fight they weren't able to give us a seat where the bassinet would be. We asked several flight attendants and got different answers from each one."

Cons: "I sat between two oversized men and was uncomfortable the whole flight"

Cons: "I wouldn't know since I wasn't on it and I'm still in the airport waiting for my flight. I have to try to get comfortable on the floor right now."

Cons: "I have alloted enough time for my next flight. Your airline crew in PhX did not extend any help in my problem even i asked them very polity in two instances. For me not to miss my flight i left my baggaes in the conveyor and I have to disturbed my friends in sfo to get my bags. I want to be conunmpensated with your poor service. Im expecting your respond"

Cons: "No wifi or video system on plane"

Cons: "I never took this flight since the San Francisco flight got delayed that when I got to the gate to board the Washington flight. The gates closed on my face literally. Awesome trip.! (Sarcasm included)"

Pros: "I liked that you guys had free movies. Good ones at that."
Cons: "I didn't like the snacks."

Pros: "They boarded is quickly"
Cons: "Plane was delayed on runway for over an hour. When the passenger next to me asked the lead flight attnd about her connecting flight the attnd was extremely rude and of no help. Any ? was answered with "well just look at your united airways app". Then later I asked what gate we were coming in on and her reply was "the capt just said it". I replied saying "sorry I didn't hear it" and again the flight attnd answered "look on your UA app". I don't usually fly UA so I didn't have it. Overall she was short, snarky and rude with ever reasonable question asked. No one was rude to her but her attitude was shocking. I travel quite often and have never seen an antd speak or act this way to passengers. I understand things get stressful, but I def won't be flying UA again if this is the way they allow flight attnds to speak to customers. She way beyond rude and lazy and I hope the girl she was training doesn't pick up those traits either."

Pros: "Our tickets had no assigned seats so we checked in at the gate. The attendant was very helpful but could only offer us middle seats sitting apart from one another. When we scanned our passes at the gate we were surprised to learn she found us seats together with extra leg room! What a treat!"

Pros: "Good"

Pros: "My flight was perfect, I really enjoy it and we arrived early."
Cons: "Just clean the table tray"
