Pros: "That we finally arrived."
Cons: "That we didn't arrive even remotely close to when we were supposed to."
Cons: "the flight attendant gets the order starting from the back and by the time she gets to the front there's no more selection for breakfast except for what is left that nobody like."

Cons: "No Comment."

Cons: "Seats don't recline far enough."
Pros: "Delta has great seats, friendly employees and engaged managers and pilots. Even their customer service Center reaches out to help on suggestions. I am flying to Portland for School over 40 round trips and I am saving $4,000 vs Alaska Air. Plus I get miles and discounts with the Delta Amex Card. I am very pleased."
Cons: "I don’t like harsh change in schedule fees but it forces me to plan. I wish the Seattle to Portland Eve flight landed in time to catch Portland Rail system at 11:50 PM"
Pros: "Great movie selection"
Pros: "Counter agent found reservation but not ticket number(?). She was very helpful and nice but Delta reservation system was a total mess. Barely made boarding even though we arrived airport plenty of time before the flight."
Cons: "Counter agent."
Pros: "Crew was nice and friendly, boarding was fast, on time and overall service was excellent"
Cons: "The plane was small so not a lot of space and didn't offer food other than one beverage"
Pros: "Comfortable seats."
Cons: "Flew business class and my 1st choice on the menu had run out. I ended up not eating."
Pros: "Getting to the correct destination."
Cons: "The fact that the lack of knowledge regarding international travel visas by the counter staff and supervisor meant that two days of the vacation were lost. Upon arrival in China the 144 hour travel visa was granted with no problem within minutes, but the U.S. staff was completely befuddled by the possibility. The interrogation was completely stressful and resulted in a reschedule of the original flight and during the second attempt at flying even an email from the U.S. consulate with a link to the Shanghai/Chinese government immigration site was deemed "not official enough". i will be expecting proper compensation. I was once given an $850 travel voucher for voluntarily giving up my seat, and was flown first class to Hawaii, given 4 star accomodation and then flown first class on to China within 48 hours. This was an involuntary bump from our chosen flight time, all because of a lack of knowledge about current visa regulations and international law on the part of the check in staff. We have been loyal Delta users for over 15 years, and this was the biggest blunder ever. Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father."
Pros: "Great service, polite staff"
Cons: "Incredibly tiny seats, even for my girlfriend, who is 5'6""
Cons: "horrible boarding management in SJC."
Pros: "Just not enough room to accommodate that many people for such a long flight. And felt neglected and grouchy by the end of the trip."
Cons: "Poor hospitality by alaska airline staff, especially by MrPavel at gate H4, 01nov2016, prior boarding around 0730am"
Pros: "Bags arrived on the belt quickly"
Cons: "Why is there not saying precheck to use after you've been funneled through customs? ATL is advanced enough to have kiosk for arrival, even for those confused and not with global entry, but then forces you to wait in security line instead of the typically faster tea precheck line. Every minute I'm in line, I'm not spending money"
Cons: "in Amsterdam any DELTA crew helm us, only KLM"
Pros: "plane was farily empty. Who doesn't like that, other than Delta, haha. Nice workers, smooth flight."
Cons: "Delta comfort was very tight. I'm 6 foot tall and my knees were hitting the chair in front of me the whole flight."
Pros: "Pleasant crew. Efficient loading and gate-check."
Cons: "No direction to passengers to put phones on flight mode- i had to request my seat mate to do so. No entertainment. Only mini pretzels served."
Pros: "Timing and Service"
Cons: "Space between seats too reduced"
Pros: "I am 6'6" 300 pounds ... So I regularly book first class for trips over 2 hours in length ... Delta remains my #1 choice for both value and overall experience in first class. The difference between Delta and all other domestic carriers is just overwhelming. United and American/US Air could learn a lot from Delta. I could have flown this trip direct on United, but chose to fly through Atlanta on Delta for less money and a better experience from the baggage check to the gate to the in-flight experience."
Pros: "the chick who worked the counter for the preboard flight counter was really REALLY nice"
Cons: "everyone on my flight was ugly"
Pros: "- took off and landed :) - negligible turbulence - captain's skill in landing in foggy Seattle weather was impressive. - coffee actually wasn't bad this time."
Cons: "- no individual displays - no individual air vent (this must have been a really old jet) - *very* cramped seats. I'm 6'2" and I barely fit in economy. The second someone reclines I'm in for an uncomfortable flight."
Pros: "Dish TV"
Cons: "Pilots were coming from an international flight that was delayed. They then landed at the absolute opposite end of the airport AND had to clear customs. When we boarded they said the pilots had landed. 60 minutes later they arrived, 30 minutes after that we took off. Missed connecting flight in Seattle. Poor communication during delay."
Pros: "Nothing. Flight was 5 hours delayed. Finally rebooked and still missed all connections because that flight was late departing. All legs of this trip on delta were delayed. Lousy service ast attempting to resolve situation. Given a choice, I do not choose Delta as a first choice airline to fly."
Pros: "Flight had a 5 hr delay"
Pros: "I enjoyed not having a layover."
Cons: "I do not like being charged to bring a bag. I feel like a 560 fee should include a bag."
Pros: "I liked the service of the crew members and the Margarita was super strong."
Cons: "The seats are really close together. It made it uncomfortable to sleep."
Pros: "Left on time, got in early, super easy flight. Baggage was quick."
Cons: "My flight from anchorage was delayed over an hour so I miss my connecting flight and had to stay over night in the Seattle airport..."
Pros: "The staff of Dekta were welcoming as well as helpful. The flight was professionally run and I enjoyed it."
Cons: "The auxiliary power went down before we took off. However, the flight captain assured passengers that procedures would be followed to assure our safety. We waited on the plane for 10 minutes and then took off. Thanks to staff for following safety procedures."
Pros: "The crew were excellent. Kept us updated throughout a long delay."
Cons: "We should have reached our destination at 7:40PM. We finally arrived about 9:50pm. We were held at the gate for about two hours while a mechanical issue was solved. The plane was not equipped with WiFi/internet and the entertainment was poor. Expected better from Delta."
Pros: "staff was friendly"
Pros: "This was my shortest flight for the day, just over 2 hours and it was a bigger plane, had monitors in the seat backs, served drinks and snack."
Cons: "I think entertainment should be free. There should be a charge for wifi, because people can survive without their computer/phone for a few hours. But, if you have already put the monitors on the plane, how much extra money per year would airlines lose by offering a free movie...?"
Pros: "the attendant in first class was fantastic."
Cons: "They didn't land due to fog, making me miss all my other flights. Bags were not put on redirected flight to Beijing. Bags still missing 3 days later. Trip has been put on hold till bags arrive in Jakarta."
Cons: "Delayed due to weather that actually apparently wasn't that bad. Sat on the Tarmac for over an hour. When we finally got in the air I asked for water and she said they were running low and she would come back later. She never came back. Had to buy my own hotel room and their "discounted" rate was a room for over a hundred dollars. I had to call the number 6 times because i kept getting disconnected. Then waited on hold for 15 minute before I got anyone."
Pros: "Electricity plug at my seat"
Cons: "Crew was late getting to gate so that delayed boarding"
Cons: "Well organized loading, consistent beverage service"
Pros: "One of the few non-stop flights between Seattle and Philadelphia. Convenient times for my travel needs"
Cons: "There are 9 boarding groups some of which have no one in them. I don't understand why. Seats don't have screens for entertainment so you have to use your own device to. Make sure you have extra batteries since there is no power to charge on board."
Pros: "I had nice leg room as I was in the exit row"
Cons: "There weren’t any USB chargers which was confusing because the flight was 5+ hours long. There were no media options either, or blankets and the plane got cold."
Cons: "For a customer-based service, I found it disturbing that one of the flight attendants was abrasive to passengers on this flight."
Pros: "Boarding and service was nice"
Cons: "We were delayed an hour because the plan was in the hanger! Why? We were all there, didn't American know the plane should be at he gate! No escplanation as to why the plane was not there other than it was in the hanger! Airlines need to let the customers be flexible especially when are!"
Pros: "Movies and plugs"
Cons: "This WAS the worst flight I have ever been on! First no pilot then no gas. Then turbulence the entire flight basically. AND THEN when we landed we couldn't even get off of the plain because there was no one to help us off??!!! Also they were out of food. It was just over all horrible."
Pros: "I did not like have to stay in a hotel room when I could be sleeping in my room I'm on medication I don't even have my medicine with me because American Airlines had engine trouble in Dallas we went back to the Terminal 3 times before they ever got it fixed slit throat me late getting into Seattle and I missed the flight to Yakima I don't feel that this was my fault I didn't nothing to delay the airplanes and I walked as fast as I could to the terminal on in Seattle so I didn't have such a pleasure to little trip but your airline get put me up in a hotel but it's still not does not change the fact I have my blood pressure medicine and about 10 other medications but my blood pressure is the biggest and I will think twice before I fly Alaska Airlines again"
Pros: "I got home"
Cons: "No tvs"
Cons: "They cancelled the flight and put me to fly the next day"
Pros: "I had my first experience in the Admiral's Lounge at O'Hare and enjoyed it very much."
Cons: "My traveling companion's tray table was disgusting when she folded it down for beverage service. She asked for a wet towel and the flight attendant was snarky but went to get one without even looking or asking to see what the problem was. Her entertainment console wasn't working so they reset it but instead it reset mine (two seats over) they did this again and I let them know it was resetting mine. I was told that I was not in the seat they were resetting for ...I inquired if perhaps they should try to reset mine and see if it would, in fact, fix hers..it did. When she slipped off her shoes the carpet was soaking wet. This was a really crummy, crummy flight."
Cons: "See above comments"
Cons: "3 hrs on tarmac then weather canceled flight then hoax shutdown JFK"
Cons: "Charlotte to Seattle flight: The food served in first class smelled awful. Seated in premium seating just behind first class was unfortunate due to the atrocious odor that lasted for 3+hours. There was no option for food service for the rest of the plane. Which was unfortunate as I was very hungry. Due to inconsistent notification that the plane was delayed / on-time (kept switching the notification) we opted to not get dinner in the airport..... To which the plane was was an hour late yet we were told to check in every ten minutes to see if we were boarding. There were no blankets. The plane was incredibly cold. The suggestion I received from the flight staff was to turn off the vent above my head (which I had already done.) I had brought a jacket and was wearing pants. On a 5.5 hour flight, the crew served beverages 45 minutes into the flight (per usual) and handed out a pretzel pack. They didn't come back through with water or beverages again. On other airlines, they promote water at least once an hour to keep swelling and dehydration down. Since I am a pretty frequent flier, I bring my own water. Still, coffee would have been nice. Suggestions: increase beverage service to at least twice / 5.5 hour flight and provide blankets upon request. Food choices and entertainment would also be good. Don't cook stinky dinners in first class and allow it to pollute the rest of the plane."
Pros: "From Seattle to DFW, we had the best flight! Brand new plane with individual entertainment screens!"
Pros: "Staff was good."
Cons: "Lost bag for 24 hours, no entertainment on a 6 hour flight."
Pros: "Unable to Rate food & entertainment (night flight) I can, however, rate comfort since it was the worst crammed in seating ever!! They talk about the increase in violent behavior. Perhaps American Air could step up to the plate and offer a bit of comfort for hard working passengers. How? Easy to figure out!! Give us leg room for crying out loud."
Cons: "Crammed seating... No leg room.... Volunteered to check carry on... (Big mistake) had a longish wait for bags.."
Pros: "A comfortable flight with good snack and drink selection. The crew really tried to take care of us, but with no in flight entertainment it was a long flight."
Cons: "No inflight entertainment. We ran into luggage issues at our conncecting flight in Seattle after being strongly encouraged to check our carry on baggage in Philadelphia."
Cons: "3rd flight with AA this year. Luggage damaged for second time."
Cons: "The crew was talking very loudly so I couldn't sleep. It's a red eye flight! People are trying to sleep!!"
Cons: "Broken seat and terrible gogo video experience with an attendant crew that was dysfunctional together for food/beverage service. I prefer to not fly AA."
Pros: "The young woman running the admirals club front desk was excellent Friday July 29"
Pros: "Crew was apologetic"
Cons: "No automated safety briefing after 2 hour delay at gate due to congestion at seatac."
Cons: "2 different attendants spilled drinks all over me and my carry on"
Cons: "Never made it because first leg was canceled"
Pros: "Flight was canceled due to maintenance problem, American claimed rebooking was someone else's responsibility. I had to talk to 4 people before they rescheduled me for the next day. American's gates/terminals at LAX are also a pain--you never know if your flight will depart from the hinterlands of Tom Bradley terminal, or Terminal 4 or 6, which can mess you up with parking/security screening/scheduling. I will try to avoid flying American in the future. I didn't get any vouchers for the cancellation, either. BD"
Cons: "The flight to Seattle was late on 30 min And then we were waiting 30 min for the luggage. There was no display on the back of the seat - only common display for 3-5 rows. No current info about flight status."
Pros: "Great service. Lots of legroom"
Pros: "The standard seating had good leg room."
Cons: "The seat didn't have enough padding for a 5 hour flight, I don't think I'll take another long flight on an A320."
Pros: "Was called ahead of time to e alerted to flight delay. But I'm still never flying American again due to the rudeness of the crew."
Cons: "We're asked at the gate to measure our luggage. We did, and while it fit, the material of the bag made it look bulky (but upon touch, it was clearly not a full bag). When we said that it fit; the woman literally just scoffed, said "no" rudely, and walked away. We were polite, so why the rudeness?!! Never again AA."
Pros: "Pilot on return flight got us to our destination 30 minutes early (unfortunately there wasn't a gate for us to pull into so we waited 30 minutes on the Tarmac)."
Cons: "Departing flight was delayed over eleven hours because a flight attendant was ill. They actually had to fly in a flight attendant all the way from Texas to cover this Seattle to JFK flight! So our flight departed a whole day later and we missed a day of our vacation (we arrived at 7pm instead of 7am). I understand things happen but this was not weather related or a mechanical issue. This is simply poor personnel management. They should have a back-up plan if an employee falls ill. One that doesn't involve flying in an employee from another region of the country, let alone another state. The inefficiency continued on the return flight when it took a whole hour for the luggage to come out! Will avoid flying American again at any cost."
Pros: "Nothing...I had to be rerouted to Chicago to Seattle!"
Cons: "The fact that through no fault of my own, I arrived in Seattle much later than expected and my clients were not particularly happy with the delay."
Pros: "Nothing!!! WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD TRAVELING"
Cons: "This was the worst day we have ever had flying. Spent 12 plus hours at the airport! Got on and off planes for 6 hours because of mechanical problems. 7 hours later they canceled the flight due to crew fatigue. The customer service was horrible plane was dirty it was an horrific experience. Alaska booked us with American Airlines. I will never travel American ever again. I'm considering using a different booking site. The experience was the worst I've ever had. Kayak Alaska and American are getting bad marks from me!!!!"
Pros: "The plane was luxurious and comfortable, even in coach. Great flight."
Cons: "They must have switched my gate four or five times and delayed my flight a whole hour"
Cons: "Flight was about 20 mins late"
Cons: "Out of certain food items that should have been available"
Cons: "The flight was delayed over two hours!"
Pros: "Flight attendants were friendlier than on the earlier flight"
Cons: "That I had to pay so much for an upgraded seat which I needed due to recent shoulder surgery."
Cons: "There was no flight entertainment for a cross country flight! The only option was to stream via my personally device. This would have been fine if there were outlets to charge personal devices at each set!"
Cons: "Very conjusted seats"
Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "Our flight was delayed twice. We got to Seattle three hours later than we were supposed to."
Pros: "The cabin crew were friendly and efficient. Personal entertainment provided on every seat back."
Cons: "Boarding could be improved if airline would start boarding passengers seated in the rear of the plane first."
Pros: "Quick and easy commute from desert to PNW"
Cons: "My seat was right next to the toilet. On this red eye flight it was terrible trying to sleep but randomly having a bright light on my face because someone opened the bathroom door. This is terrible design."
Pros: "Comfortable seats, smooth flight. The European cookies were a nice touch. The crew were very friendly and gave my girlfriend a blanket when she completely passed out on me. Arriving in Seattle, the plane quickly and efficiently de-boarded all passengers."
Cons: "Our first scheduled flight timed out and was cancelled, forcing everyone to de-board. We had to sleep on the airport floor and arrived at our destination very late. The flight times were poorly arranged, as we had to wait 14 hours to get on the next flight. Also, I purchased two boarding passes for both myself and my girlfriend and somehow I ended up in a later group than she did after checking in."
Pros: "The flight was fine."
Cons: "The email i received was from Alaska Airlines but what I didn't know was that it was for an American Airlines flight. Normally this is not a big deal, but in Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport the two airlines are in different terminals which required a fair amount of time to travel from one to the other. Had I not arrived at the airport early, I may have missed my flight. The confirmation email I received was labeled as an American flight, but since I received it from Alaska, I assumed I had reserved an Alaska flight. Also, the confirmation email I received from Kayak had me listed as a passenger on an Alaska flight. I'm assuming I originally booked for an Alaska flight, but later on in the confirmation process I was somehow changed to an American flight via Alaska. While I don't see this as a problem for Kayak, I think this is a situation in which your feedback could be useful to help avoid confusion for passengers in the future."
Cons: "The email system set up by Finnair to communicate that my flight had been changed was poor and, therefore, I was forced to spend 24 hours in an airport as a result. Will not ever fly Finnair again."
Pros: "Nothing good about this flight"
Cons: "Over 2 hour delay caused a missed appointment in Tacoma"
Cons: "United, along with American, is a horrible carrier, and the next time it files for bankruptcy, needed to be allowed to remain our of business. The employees don't care about service at all, it's no longer part of their culture."
Pros: "Team worked well together."
Cons: "Could not figure out how to plug in ac for my device. An educational label would help."
Cons: "Lufthansa canceled the flights and blamed united airlines. The united airlines would not help and finally ended up having to stay in Frankfurt and now have to leave for Lisbon tomorrow and then onwards."
Cons: "Flight was already scheduled to get in late--around midnight. Didn't get in until ~2 am."
Pros: "I would suggest upgrading to a bigger seat for this 4.5 hour flight."
Cons: "Cramped seats"
Pros: "The crew was very nice...excellent choices in entertainment...and I appreciate the perk of Preferred Boarding in group 2."
Cons: "We had to deplane 2X for maintenance issues. It was frustrating because it caused a 3-hour delay...however, we do appreciate the safety aspect and would rather be safe than sorry. You also ask us to rate food, but they do not provide food...what do we rate...the soda choices, the teeny bags of snack mix."
Cons: "The Capt. Lying to Us and after 40 minutes sitting on the rap being held. The Captain came on and said the delay was Dorothea baggage boys loading the plane aft heavy and incorrectly loaded they had to totally remove every bag and reload the entire baggage and move most of the bags to a forward compartment . Many passengers wanted off but they crew refused Another reason not to fly United I am cancelling my return flight an returning on another airline! United is e worse airline in business today. Do not book on United Everett Johnson Bellevue, Washington"
Cons: "Roundtrip flight to Seattle with a layover, first flight went without incident, so far so good. On the flight back (during a layover) literaly 5 minutes till boarding the plane, the pilot is ready to go, the people are standing in line, United decides it wont make enough $ on the flight and gives it to an Ontario flight. We are canceled and now have to wait 4 additional hours in the airport. Was told it was air traffic control that messed up, not United, which was not even possible and an obvious untruth. Was offered a complimentary bottle of water for the trouble. Classic united."
Pros: "No charging docks on plane as military duffle bag open with clothing hanging out on arrival ~ not sure if anything stolen but the threat is very real and it's unacceptable for military bags to be delivered in that manner"
Cons: "No room in the seating, nor in the overhead."
Cons: "Boarding was a mess, another oversold United flight. I was forced to gate check my carry-on by the time my group boarded, though there was plenty of overhead space once I was on the plane."
Pros: "I enjoy all of the amenities United offers and the staff service overall."
Cons: "I didn't like the difficulty with which I had to use such amenities(wifi) a 6 hour flight overall isn't comfortable."
Pros: "Crew helped make the best out of out nearly 2 hour weather delayed flight."
Cons: "SFO to SEA is always prone to weather delays. Wish United would fly more from SJC."
Pros: "Lining up in groups"
Pros: "Large plane very comfortable"
Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 hours because pilots weren't there. Complete bs"
Pros: "The check in was very easy. The staff was friendly."
Pros: "Though a little expensive the snack boxes had a good selection of items."
Cons: "There were no complementary movies or tv shows or even music."
Pros: "Nice big plane and great staff"
Cons: "45 minute delay"
Pros: "Crew was a little more enthusiastic. There was wifi on the flight. I fell asleep for half of the ride, so we had a smooth ride for the most part."
Cons: "Asian style snacks need a little help. I was assigned to a middle seat again and my back started aching from the seats. Just little things though."
Pros: "I just missed my flight by a few minutes. The crew was very helpful for booking me in the next flight."
Cons: "No entertainment at all."
Pros: "The crew was very helpful. United took care of my hotel when mechanical issues caused a missed connection. I really appreciate them taking care of that."
Cons: "Mechanical problems resulted in a 3 hr delay. When I inquired about Overnight accommodations, the flights delay had been incorrectly listed as a weather delay... I worry it might be common practice to incorrectly list the cause of delay to improve their stats. This could also cause a problem for people on the landing side when they need accommodations... luckily, a CSR got to the bottom of the discreptancy for me."
Cons: "Delays caused missed connections in not directions and terrible rerouting plus lost luggage"
Cons: "I was seated next to a morbidly obese man that smelled of feces so bad people many seats away had to cover their noses, overflowed his seat, taking up half of mine, and was watching disgusting pornography on his phone for half the flight, not that I was looking, but it was a bit hard to not notice, he wasn't trying to hide it. The power outlet under my seat did not work, so my phone died, and my armrest(left) was missing it's headphone jack so I couldn't use the in-flight entertainment, not that it would have mattered anyway, the fat man beside me was so huge, his fat covered my armrest so I had no access to the remote. The guy on my right, in the window seat, while not fat, wasn't small either and hogged two armrests, leaving me with none. I had to hold my seatback with my left hand the entire flight because there was nowhere to put my left arm without either holding it straight out in front of me, or laying them on the fat mans stomach which was folded over the armrest to my left. At one point I called a flight attendant and asked if they had any kind of a pillow or something to help my situation because the position I was forced to sit in was horribly uncomfortable and did not support my back, she looked at me confused, said they have nothing like that, and immediately vanished without any suggestion of a seat change or anything, just confused stare and then bolted away. All in all a pretty traumatizing experience, worst flight of my life."
Pros: "The crew and staff were patient with so many situations out of their control. The Huston maintenance are on top of their game."
Cons: "1st plane was taken out of commission because there were loose/missing rivets from panels 2nd plane was taken out of commission because hot air was was coming through the vents and causing sensors to go off 3rd plane was taken put of commission because there was issues with cabin pressure. 4th plane had a row of oxygen masks down. The flight was delayed until a tech could come in and service it. The flight was further delayed because there was a missing receptacle in one of the lavatories."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Flight was super delayed. Missed our connecting flight. Ruined my plans and trip"
Cons: "Seats, no signs indicating to dl app b4 flight. No charging station to charge personal devices if using to watch entertainment on a long flight"
Pros: "The seating was way to tight, the leg room cramped absolutely most uncomfortable. It was over booked and people were left behind. It was also very bumpy ( I know not your fault) so therefore seatbelt lights were on for most of the flight"
Cons: "Most everything"
Cons: "We are two active duty members flying to take our son to our parents for us to get ready to go on deployment. When we arrived there the line was almost an hour and a half just to check bags we almost missed our flight. When we got to the counter ans told him we were both military flying on orders and asked to be tsa checked he had no clue what we were talking about so this kind woman helped him do his job, needless to say he was a manager. Once we got out tickets the seat assignment said see agent so we did. He hands us our tickets and we are a plane length apart. Let me mind you we both just left our child for a 8 month deployment overseas. We asked the guy if it was possible to get seats together wouldnt even acknowledge we were speaking to him. So we tried again he held his hand in my face and told me he serviced me and to please step back. Ive been bawling 2 hours straight from having to leave our son. So we stepped back. Then in the line this couple comes up and they were looking for seats together, i kid you not he gave them seats together! I will NEVER EVER fly united every again. Thank goodness for this kind gentle to switch me seats on the plane because i was crying i had to leave my fiance after i just had to say goodbye to our son for 8 months!! I was so shocked!!! I will tell every single person i know to never use united! You guys should be ashamed of our company! I will inform every active duty member i come across!"
Cons: "The airplane was dirty. There was stuff on the window, the tray table. I get you run a tight schedule but if I didn't have Purell and a Kleenex I would have been really disgusted with the food and coffee or pop splatters all over the window and tray table."
Cons: "All my flights were delayed due to weather in airports that were not a part of either my destination or point of origin. Not a single United employee apologized. There was no one to talk to on the 800 number, no one in the airport. No offers for any sort of vouchers or compensation was offered. The United website did my give accurate updates for when the flights would be rescheduled and there were two representatives in the airport to handle several hundred customers. When I finally did get on a flight, the flight attendants pushes the beverage cart right past my seat without offering anything. I asked one of them if I could have a cup of water and her reply was a very curt 'no'. Rude flight attendants on top of everything else? And the final straw came when a mechanical error delayed my flight home and I missed my ride from the airport and had to pay for an expensive cab ride. The airline representative I spoke to once we landed told me "you should be grateful you even got home. I don't care if you have to spend money on a can, you look like you can afford it." There are no words for how absolutely unacceptable your employees behaved, and how unaccountable and disorganized your airline is. I don't care if it costs me hundreds of dollars more, I will NEVER give your company another dollar."
Cons: "Everything. United is the worst everytime. I will never fly them again!!"
Pros: "The ticket agent boarded military service men and women with priority. For the delayed flight, free in-flight entertainment and wifi was offered."
Cons: "The flight was delayed taking off two hours. Once boarded we sat for an additional amount of time. The flight attendant offered the option for those that wanted to deplane at some point and when asked how much longer we would be sitting she said it was another 30 minutes waiting on 15 people."
Cons: "See above."
Pros: "Seats are small and cramped."
Pros: "Had a lot of leg room"
Cons: "I wasn't assigned a seat and the line to talk to the agents was long with only one guy and the he didn't help anyone til it was almost time to board. Probably one of the most stressful flights"
Pros: "Was in first class and food was good however I don't think the crew knew when to set the alcohol off to a few people"
Cons: "What I didn't like about the first class was the fact of the crew gave out a little bit too much alcohol to a few people and at which point they became belligerent and bumping into people and Isles just a little to satisfied with that and would hope that would change in future"
Cons: "Man at security made me check my bag even though it fit in the test structure. My suitcase handle was then ripped off and the fabric was ripped when I picked up at baggage claim. Additionally, another person on my flight had the same first and last name as me and we had been assigned the same seats. Luckily there was another seat but it was obviously a bit mistake on uniteds part. I really dislike united. Their employees are stressed, rude, and entitled. There's no need to say things like "hurry up" or make people check bags when they don't need to...I used to fly United a lot but I will now make every effort to not fly this airline again."
Cons: "Router tracker"
Pros: "Flight was excellent."
Cons: "Same as above. In the future I will be bringing my own snacks."
Pros: "I liked the distance between my seat the seat in front of me. Hands down, this is one of the most spacious planes to fly on in economy class. I also appreciated the attendant giving me the entire can of club soda rather than pouring it over ice. Staff was communicative, and the pilot provided us periodic updates on our speedy progress and early arrival. Cleanliness of the plane was also well appreciated. Even the bathroom towards the end of the flight was in satisfactory condition. Above all, I loved that there wasn't a television in my face the entire flight. Nice to have a break from seeing screens."
Cons: "There were signs on our tray tables indicating that charging stations were under our seats. They weren't working. Although the flight attendant came on the intercom with the pilot stating the charging happened in a wave around the cabin, this was a lie. Both my neighbors in my row had devices plugged in the entire 5+ hour flight and they didn't charge a bit. It's disappointing that a small half ounce bag of peanuts is too much of an expense for the airline nowadays. Given the amount of time in the air, I believe a full meal provided by the airline would have been closer to meeting basic needs of your average metabolism. United fell far from expectations on this aspect."
Cons: "I had a carry on but they said the over head compartments were too full. So they grabbed the bag from as I was boarding. They then lost my bag. Now United is refusing to send my bag even though it has been found by the airport lost and found police in a city that was not my destination."
Pros: "Overall flight N/A good"
Pros: "It was a modern plane"
Cons: "Very cramped. No snacks. Food cost money. Tv cost most. I'm a skinny person and I had very little room to be comfortable. I enjoying flying but this flight was very uncomfortable"
Cons: "While the tv on the plane is something that I could see people enjoying, the controls are located right where an arm rest is resulting in flipping channels changing contrast and all other things I had no idea what was going on, as nobody passed that information."
Pros: "Crew was great. Plane was clean. Pilots provided rapid updates"
Cons: "Waiting to leave because of engine problems"
Pros: "There was a really awesome guy flight attendant working this flight. I liked his personality. He actually talked to people."
Cons: "We never heard the reason for the delay, which I thought was odd because it was 30+ minutes of wondering what was going on. This flight had wi-fi, but I couldn't figure out how to log on, so I didn't use it."
Pros: "I arrived."
Cons: "It was an hour after boarding before take off. Another 15 minutes on the ground after landing waiting for a gate at midnight on a weekday. I understand that circumstances occur beyond the airlines control, but this has been routinely occurring on my trips with Frontier. Absent compelling reasons, I will not be flying with them again."
Pros: "Cheap tickets"
Cons: "You must experience the rigid, non-reclining seats packed impossibly close together to get the full Frontier experience. Nonetheless they often have the cheapest airfare so what is a budget traveler to do?"
Cons: "The captain of the flight was running late. We had already boarded when we found out that the captain wasn't going to make it and that they were on hold with scheduling to try and find a replacement. Half an hour later they had us de-plane. From there we waited around for another 2 hours before a replacement was able to make it. They had us board again, and then we were waiting on ground crew to come push us back from the gate for another 20 minutes. It was a disaster. We got into Seattle almost four hours later than we originally should have. The attendants were short with all of us. Granted there were quite a few people who were being nasty. I understand that it wasn't in their control. But customer service is. They all fell short."
Pros: "Staff was friendly and flight was quiet."
Cons: "I once loved Frontier and used them exclusively. Now, however, their new seats destroy my spine before taxiing from the gate. It is the most uncomfortable airline I have had to use... ever! I feel like their planes are so overpacked that, were there ever an accident, just getting out of my seat would pose a challenge. I willl avoid them at all cost in the future. It is no fun fkying in those seats for 3hrs then trying to enjoy your destination. Never again!!!!!"
Cons: "Crew not that friendly. When boarding first flight attendant seemed annoyed that I asked her about my seat. ** there is a fee for about everything on frontier. I would rather pay additional for the tickets on other airlines because the process to check in luggage, get to the gate, and have the Benicia of not being charged for every little thing is WORTH IT. You end up paying more to fly frontier by the time you are done paying for the extras. I prefer the one stop shop. Convenient and no drama."
Cons: "Was not aware of the cost to carry on a bag or pre assign general seats. Would avoid flying Frontier in the future unless no other options were available."
Cons: "We were part of the week when Frontier had a horrendous problem with on-schedule flights. We were two hours late for a 2.5 hour flight. At the gate, attendants were very poor at communicating. Couldn't hear them on the PA. Several people asked me "do you know what zone they are currenly loading?". They board weirdly - instead of back to front. When we got on (seated near the very rear) there were people seated everywhere. Slowed down loading, which slowed down departure. (2.5 hours late) Rows too close together, absolutely no leg room. Seats are the bare minimum - wouldn't recommend a long flight. Not sure I will fly with Frontier again. Will have to pony up the dollars for a better airline."
Pros: "The announcement (although I didn't take them up on it) to offer two domestic round trips if I'd sign up for one of their Mastercards. It's probably not a bad deal for someone who likes to have lots of credit cards and doesn't mind annual fees, I'm just not one of those people."
Cons: "My inability to access their e-mail offers to set things up ahead of time and at lower costs than paying them at the airport check-in, above and beyond the baggage charges themselves (Seventy bucks), especially for my carry on ... COME ON! I've become used to Southwest's far more enlightened policies, which I obviously prefer. Since it also has flights between Seattle and Denver, I'll look much more closely at staying with them the next time I make this trip."
Cons: "I am never flying Frontier Airlines again. Hidden fees everywhere that make the price much, much less of a deal than it looked when I did the price comparisons against some legitimate airlines. Frontier charged for carry-on bags, tried to charge for seat assignments (all of the available seats & not just the desired ones), charged for every beverage including sodas. Frankly I was surprised they didn't charge for water! Seats didn't recline at all & were like sitting on a metal folding chair for 5 hours. Food tray was about 3 inches wide, could barely put a plastic cup on it let alone a laptop or anything like that. Deceptive pricing combined with crappy accommodations - a combination I will avoid next time."
Pros: "Left late but made up some of the time. Staff were nice."
Cons: "Left late, then sat on the tarmac for almost 30 mins to take off. Cramped again and not happy about the extra fees (see above)."
Cons: "Behind, plane troubles, and very uncomfortable seats. Not worth the money"
Pros: "The crew was professional and curtious."
Cons: "If you're going to charge people for things like carry on, and seat assignment there's no chance you'll ever be my go-to airline again. If you are going to charge that much, at least give me a free cookie, include a tv on back of my seat. Most of all, give the the option to recline my seat!"
Pros: "The price was good."
Cons: "But not that good."
Pros: "I like that it is inexpensive because I would not be able to fly otherwise."
Cons: "I've ridden Frontier several times but never have I ridden on a flight that doesn't even let you put your seat back. For a 4 hour red-eye, this was a huge disappointment."
Cons: "First time flying Frontier. Great advertised rate round trip Sea to Denver $140 vs next best AK at $170. Receive email to pick seat, Suprise... They cost $9-36 each way, no mention of free seats if you just show up and go open seating. also Suprise# 2 carrying are $40 each way. I choose $18 seats and had a carry on so total trip ended up being $140 + $126 in a frontier gotcha money an increase in fare of almost double. I did find out about the seat chafe scam before checking in and asked to just go open seat.....uhh no. So how much would the Alaska Air trip have been....$170 plus $0 for assigned seat and $0 for carry on so $170. So fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.... Their will not be a twice and I suggest Kayak add some notes to fares to avoid future bilking by Frontier."
Pros: "charge for carry on, no let room"
Pros: "The return Flight arrived early and the Frontier employees where all very nice."
Cons: "The most uncomfortable seating I've ever experienced. I'm not a big guy and I was squeezed in my seat. At check in I HAD to pay extra for a seat, prices ranged from $40 - $13. This was not just to upgrade but any seat, I thought I was purchasing a seat when I bought the ticket? Also if you have baggage you have to pay whether you check it or it carry-on. If I'm going to be charged to check my bag I will then have an expectation of receiving a service. Baggage on both the arrival & return took longer then on other carriers. After paying for all the hidden fees, this flight was only about $10 less than a carrier with better seating and up front pricing. I can not recommended Frontier."
Pros: "Arriving to my destination"
Cons: "If I wanted to pay $200 more for my flight not this "good deal" I would have flown United and payed up front so it was budgeted. I have never flown Frontier so I didn't know I was going to be getting taken both coming and going just for a seat reservation! Bags! Checking in early! NOT A DEAL"
Pros: "The flight attendants were nice. This is the best I can say about Frontier Airlines."
Cons: "Whoever designed the seats does not understand the human form. They were TORTUOUS to sit it. I had to take my emergency anti-nausea pill, the seats torked my body so badly. I was in so much pain after I arrived at my destination at both ends, I needed medical help. Charging extra for every little thing was insane. They didn't even give you a basic drink without drooling into your wallet. I have never been charged for a carry on bag before. Checked luggage yes, but never carry on. Both on the flight out and on the flight in, they missed the boarding gate, so we had to wait a long time while they lined it up with the airplane. A frightening lack of training here. Flying sucks. I understand that; that's the way of the system now. This went so far beyond the basic suckage of the regular flying experience, it was unbelievable. Frontier will NEVER be getting my money again. Probably the most expensive flight for the least comfort and amenities you could find."
Pros: "Cheaper tickets"
Cons: "No professionalism by gate staff Poor boarding timing Small plane and tight uncomfortable seats No direct flights unless you're flying from Denver. High prices to check bags No snacks or drinks"
Cons: "1: We have paid to be part of TSA Pre-Check, but Frontier does not put this info on their boarding passes. What's with that? 2: We waited along with everyone else on the flight for over 40 minutes for our to arrive. Really? Really?"
Pros: "it was a seat at least"
Cons: "The air on the plane was not working. People over heated as we were landing and they had to call an emergency crew in to take care of the passengers. The airline did not explain the charge for carryon witch added another 70 dollars to the round trip flight. There was no food or drink with out paying for it, including water."
Pros: "Beer was cheaper on the flight than in the airport."
Cons: "Flight was late to board, chairs where uncomfortable and my seat keep being kicked from behind"
Pros: "The attendants were friendly, and I sat next to a great gal."
Cons: "The small trays were ridiculous. No beverages and having to ask for a free water seemed below average for airline amenities. We sat on the runway for 45 minutes "waiting for the processing papers." Still made it on time, but it was not a good way to start."
Cons: "My mother did not get one of her bag back when we arrived in Seattle"
Cons: "Uncomfortable seating"
Pros: "They took my bags"
Cons: "They lost my skis It took 30+ minutes for anything to disembark. They loaded another plane before moving any of our luggage to the"
Pros: "crew was nice"
Cons: "my bike and my girlfriend's bikes as well as the vast majority of our luggage were lost in transit and we are currently stuck in loreto mexico waiting to locate our things. hopefully this can be resolved quickly as it is becoming very costly and interrupting our travel plans."
Pros: "Overall, the flight was fine, but..."
Cons: "...I still can't believe we need to charge $2.00 for a can of soda. The airline is still making plenty, and this just makes me feel dirty. And thirsty. But not so thirsty it outweighs the dirty."
Pros: "Rude crew, terrible seating and a horrible experience all around"
Cons: "The seats on their new planes are terribly uncomfortable- they don't recline, the tray tables are tiny, there's no entertainment. We waited on the Denver tarmac for 2 hours. They don't have any free snacks or coffee, and my bag did not make it with me back to Seattle. Because of the additional fees for baggage and seats coupled with discomfort and charge for beverages and snacks, and my delayed back my "great deal" on Frontier wasn't so great."
Pros: "I got to my destination in one piece and on time."
Cons: "Frontier's new seats have minimal padding, don't recline, and have pull down boards that are too small to fit anything more than your cell phone. Additionally, they charge $40 for carry-on baggage. There are no free snacks (or even water). The spacing between the seats is so small that I (5'11" man) had my knees jammed into the seat in front of me. The seats are also narrower than standard airplane seats as well. Also, be sure you're there more than 45 minutes before your flight, or you are S.O.L for checking any baggage or even checking in if you haven't managed to do so beforehand online (which is difficult, since the website has malfunctioned more often than not)."
Cons: "It wasn't clear that the normal carry on size has to be paid for, but the "allowable size" is a purse."
Pros: "Easy boarding. large overhead space for carry on."
Cons: "Charges for carry on and luggage were very high. I will take this into account before I fly on Frontier again."
Pros: "The crew were friendly and helpful"
Cons: "(a) Disorganized boarding and departure process led to delay (b) Being nickled and dimed for too many things I didn't want to pay for (like my carry on) (c) No wifi (something I would actually like to pay for) (d) really uncomfortable plane. Even the $30 premium seats are terrible and don't recline. If I had known about carry on and seat assignment fees I would have just flown on a different airline because there would have been no difference in price."
Pros: "On the flight home there was a very friendly flight attendant."
Cons: "They charge you 35-45 dollars for a carry on!!!!! Charge if you choose your own seat and charge for all food and drink. The most uncomfortable seats and flight attendants are kinda bossy and not too friendly."
Cons: "The flight was cancelled and then delayed about 4 times. I didn't receive any notifications about the new updated time until I showed up to the airport."
Pros: "very nice stewardesses."
Cons: "20 minutes late in leaving."
Cons: "More crying kids"
Pros: "The crew did a good job considering the difficult policies that frontier forces them to adhere to."
Cons: "Where to begin... There was an endless amount of hidden fees and tricks to scam you. The check in process tries to trick you into paying for your seat after you already bought the ticket. It is very unclear that you don't have to do this. Also you have to pay $30 minimum for a CARRY ON BAG! This is even more if you wait to do it until you get to the airport or have an overweight bag. Checked bags are hugely expensive as well. Water is the only thing you can get for free and that is probably only because theu can't legally charge you for it. Honestly, fly any another airline if at all possible."
Pros: "Check in and boarding went smoothly."
Cons: "Frontier charges for carry-on, seat selection and all drinks and snacks, their seats don't recline and they have no in-flight entertainment."
Pros: "To begin with, the charges for carry on baggage, soda, or a small snack was surprising. My flight with frontier vs another airline only saved me about $10-15 dollar. Frontier certainly made me feel silly for trying to save $10 by charging for everything! Also, the women announcing the boardin order did not enunciate their words clearly so most of us passengers were clueless as to what was being said. After boarding, the flight attendants spent much of their time in the galley loudly discussing their disgust with the customers on the flight. I was not comfortable asking for any assistance as I felt they may also start discussing me. The pilot was good and navigated us through choppy weather with ease."
Cons: "It seemed like a reasonably priced flight, then you charged $40 for a carry-on bag! And you don't even get non alcoholic beverages as part of your price, that's crazy! I will not be traveling on Frontier again!!"
Pros: "Crew was good and friendly and pilots did a good job flying the plane and communicating with the passengers"
Cons: "The seats back of the first three rows were terrible, more like non reclining jump seats with little room and a mini tray table fit for the overpriced but miniature size snacks and beverages served."
Pros: "The man next to me was quiet. The flight was on time and we were on schedule."
Cons: "They charge for carry on?! And they didn't tell me until long after booking my flight, and checking into your seat had a fee as well. And then your seat doesn't recline?! And no tray table? That's a joke. Stewardess weren't overly friendly and then a can of soda costs $2?!?! Soon as I got to my seat it was covered in gross crumbs and I sat in something sticky. The floors were covered in gross things too and there was some type of vomit remenants on the mess back pocket in front of me. Incredibly gross, waste of my money, never using Frontier again."
Cons: "Crowded seats. Small table. No leg room. Limited refreshments."
Cons: "Everything about this flight was completely awful. The 1st of many horrible things was that they forced me to pay an additional $60 at the gate because my personal item was a couple inches outside of regulations! It fit easily under my seat and it was never a problem with every other flight I have ever flown with. They let many other people by with larger personal items but for some reason singled me out to be charged and they were extremely rude about the fact too almost gloating they were completely awful. Then it just kept going downhill from there. Their seats were so incredibly uncomfortable they are basically a plastic chair with unbelievably thin cushioning. They charge for everything except water, they have no in flight entertainment (no magazines, t.v.s, nothing), and their entire staff was not friendly. They are an awful airline to fly with and that will be the last time I ever fly with frontier. I usually fly with delta and united and they are so much better. I think frontier's business motto is: "Lets trick them into trying us with cheap fares and then slap on hidden charges and provide awful customer service." They were so awful and definitely take advantage of their customers."
Pros: "The flight was well timed"
Cons: "The baggage fees were ridiculous the seats were not clean the staff were too busy gossiping than tending to passengers and as pregnant women I find it unreasonable not to have any complementary snacks I was starving my entire flight and refuse to pay for a few pretzels after paying so much for baggage"
Pros: "Staff on the ground and in the air was very friendly."
Cons: "I paid $35 per seat for extra legroom but the front row passengers directly ahead of us used the source under their seats preventing stowage of my own bags there. Also, those seats reclined where ours did not virtually eliminating any value of the $70 total I spent for the comfort and convenience of the extra space."
