Pros: "The flight arrived a few minutes early."
Cons: "The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor."
Pros: "Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants."
Cons: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"
Pros: "Crew's hospitality, good music, good destination material, terminal info, good system overall"
Cons: "Less legroom, storage space, bad food, few movie options."
Cons: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."
Pros: "The staff tried to help me when it was evident we would not arrive on time"
Cons: "The connecting flight is too short of a time. We were late out of LAX and I missed my connection and had to sit in airport for 5 hours. Missed my grandson’s third birthday party. Just made me sad as Travelled from far to try to make it."
Cons: "Very slow service at checkin, was not even available when I arrived at the airport"
Pros: "The crew was efficient. Flight left on time. Food and wine served."
Cons: "No entertainment."
Pros: "Everything was clean and well organized."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 1 1/2 hours."
Pros: "Friendly crew."
Cons: "So many people on a 747!!"
Pros: "Food was excellent, service from staff was friendly, and entertainment options were great."
Cons: "Not a lot of shoulder room being in the middle seat. But it had adjustments options for a lot of other things which were good."
Pros: "Arrived early!"
Cons: "Boarding seemed disorganized."
Pros: "The entertainment options were good."
Cons: "Boarding was confusing and disorganized"
Pros: "She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks."
Cons: "Cramped seating."
Pros: "Decent meal (warm Pasta all'arrabbiata), nice little muffin for dessert and standard drinks (coffee & tea were a bonus, as they didn't serve any on a similar flight, from Barcelona to Amsterdam), friendly cabin crew."
Cons: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."
Cons: "Food and one bathroom out of service makes an awful flight"
Pros: "Cabin crew were very professional."
Cons: "Aircraft returned to gate due to fault and was delayed for 45 min."
Pros: "The time keeping was very good. We left on time and arrived early on both occasion. Good organisation. Excellent service."
Pros: "The flight crew was nice. Plane departed/arrived on time."
Cons: "I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""
Pros: "Flight crew; legroom even in cheap seats."
Cons: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"
Pros: "Flight was on time and quick and comfortable"
Pros: "From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great."
Cons: "The ability to state a seat or meal preference within the app would be good but otherwise all was good."
Cons: "Two hours delay in the start."
Pros: "good service"
Pros: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."
Pros: "Catering is ok"
Cons: "Seats comfort really old school"
Cons: "Terrible service in flight and customer service wise .. app functionality was below"
Pros: "Easy airport business"
Pros: "Flight was efficient enough and staff were friendly."
Cons: "It was delayed quite a bit and more on-time updates would have been appeciated."
Pros: "Loved this 747! Crew was professional and food was very good."
Cons: "We had a long wait (25 minutes) at the gate because we were early."
Pros: "Speed, crew, and reliablity."
Cons: "Food wasn't good, no entertainment or accessory plug ins, and seats were worn out! Not comfortable at all. Great leg room though."
Pros: "Crew was excellent"
Cons: "Economy was very tight! Seats were uncomfortable"
Pros: "Great Entertainment options and meals"
Cons: "A bit more space for legs and more courtesy from cabbin attendants"
Pros: "I missed the flight because we were delayed out of NC. And I had to get a hotel since there were no more flights that night. I’m still stuck in Denver."
Cons: "Better accommodations by United."
Cons: "The actual flight was fine. It was the delay, followed by what seemed changing info on when it was happening. Every 30 minutes it changed. Five minutes before the flight, the info board said it had been moved to 9:40pm and was changed from Gate 3 to Gate 30, a very long distance to get to. However t"
Pros: "Pleasant crew, smooth flight, on time."
Cons: "Food could be better. Seat was a bit hard."
Pros: "Clean modern plane"
Cons: "Switched to American airways so the booking reference did not work. Had to call them to get a new reference so I could check in. But could not get boarding pass. Food not too good on the flight."
Cons: "I didn't like that I couldn't select our seats ahead of time because this flight was a code share with United. Also, the United gate agents gave me the impression they didn't know what they were doing or what was going on. There was a security check and one agent checked our passports and then sent us to another who said we didn't need to go to her, but to the counter. At the counter, the agent said she didn't need us there. When I asked questions, she didn't answer my questions, but instead answered questions that I hadn't asked. For example, I asked to check our seat assignments to make sure that we were together, and the first response was that the flight was oversold but they were trying to keep families together. Not what I asked, and immediately caused me to worry that our family would not be seated together. I had to persist several times to get the gate agent to verify that we were assigned seats together, which had been the case all along. Why the needless confusion and anxiety? I don't think she did a good job of listening to me."
Pros: "Some of the attendants offered me one of the bigger seats since I'm a big guy."
Cons: "The main flight attendant wouldn't allow it since I didn't pay for it."
Pros: "The efficiency and professionalism was excellent. Both legs of my trip went great!"
Pros: "Good service from crew. Fairly quick boarding process."
Cons: "Aircraft seemed fairly new on inside, but didn't have power outlets. Small uncomfortable seats on a long flight that is almost always full."
Cons: "Baggage fees, food fees WiFi fees"
Cons: "2 Hours late"
Pros: "Smooth flight, friendly crew"
Cons: "I can’t rate the food as this flight didn’t offer any."
Pros: "Was clean and nice"
Cons: "Everything was good"
Pros: "United representatives were friendly."
Cons: "TSA at Denver was the worst I have ever experienced in all my years of flying - they closed down lanes despite incredibly long lines winding around the entire floor of of the security areas, their staff was rude and the lines moved incredibly slowly - mostly because they seemed understaffed and unconcerned with anything other than themselves."
Pros: "Crew was the best!! We were taken care of."
Cons: "Snacks were very minimal"
Cons: "Long lines at the terminal that's primarily United; overbooked and needed volunteers to give up their seats which caused a 40 minute delay; uncomfortable seats and waited for 45 minutes on the tarmac because apparently they can't connect to the gate in the rain"
Pros: "No layover and the guy was nice to sit all 3 of us together."
Cons: "Unorganized for boarding, unorganized for check in, no snacks, no meals available on flight or at the airport due to it being a late flight."
Pros: "Very late - no communication from gate agents."
Pros: "The ticket staff. The only thing about the Harlingen airport is that it needs more than a couple of exray machines ....the Valley is woefully behind in staff training and technology. It took forever to get through the short lines...it was too long of a wait."
Cons: "The way that a couple of young AA men who were biligirent, combative and vulgar upset about their seat assignments. I told one of the young men to stop using vulgarity and no way to treat the lady that was doing her job, she continued treating them with courtesy and they kept mumbling under their breath God knows what. So young and already so bitter. They were towering over her and took a confrontational stance...she finally called security. I would not allowed them on the plane. I commend the young lady there in Harlingen."
Pros: "That we made it with no major issues."
Cons: "Delays to land, taxi, and no TV, no outlet in the plane. Very old plane."
Pros: "Trip too short for anything"
Pros: "The in-flight crew were very nice and no one got beat up. our flight was delayed but we got put on a later flight without issue."
Cons: "No entertainment and no free wifi and the seats hurt my beck and back. The girl who checked us in was abrasive to us and everyone in front of us in line, but maybe she wasn't trying to be, that was just her personality. Our flight got delayed which meant we missed out on seeing an old friend I hadn't seen in years, but at least we got there."
Pros: "The updates I received on my phone for delays and change of gates was faster than the agents would/could announce."
Cons: "When workers were walking the aisle, it was hard to get their attention."
Pros: "Despite delays, united employees went out of their way to make sure I made my connection and got to my destination on time."
Cons: "Many delays in and out if lax due to construction. All four of my flights were delayed. The initial and the connection, both coming and going"
Cons: "seat comfort, or rather discomfort"
Cons: "The employees were verbally rude, borderline abusive. The airline was completely disorganized, changing our gate 3 times. Literally the worst airline experience I have had in years."
Pros: "Comfortable seats, loaded/unloaded quickly, free online entertainment was great"
Pros: "Our departure was delayed by a pump problem of some kind. Then the pilot aborted a takeoff because of another error. Needless to say, we were a bit nervous."
Pros: "Wife is legally blind and asked for help deboarding plane. Flight attendant refused. A passenger in front of her helped her. This is terrible service."
Pros: "The newer express jets (4 seat rows) had more leg room for Economy seating! Free wifi and movies."
Pros: "It was simple, straight forward, and easy. Encountered no problems, and the crew was great."
Pros: "Attendant was nice."
Cons: "Unexpected, unannounced delay put us into Chicago 30 minutes late. I was scheduled to have a 45 minute layover, now down to 15. I was given no support getting to my next gate, that plane was not held despite the fact that I ran across the terminal to catch it."
Pros: "Everything when they pretty much as planned. Plane was on time, the crew was courteous"
Cons: "Flying is just the low of a trip to Mexico. Seating is cramped. Security lines were long. When we finally got to the gate for our connecting flight to Mpls. There was no plane it was delayed about half an hour. No biggie just the way it is traveling during the winter holiday season"
Cons: "I didn't like how the flight attendance wasn't so friendly, I felt as if I was a bother to them."
Cons: "Flight was canceled"
Pros: "My mom is disabled and was flying alone. United was amazing. As soon as I pulled near the curb someone was there with a wheelchair. I parked the car and he waited for me. He already checked her in dropped her bag off and was waiting for me. He said that he was going to take my mom through security and bring her all the way to the gate. I was so relieved because I was not able to travel with her but felt she was in good hands."
Pros: "The flight was very smooth and on time"
Cons: "Nobody told us the flight operated by United Airline was cancelled, until we found it when we checked in a night before. We had to make international calls to reschedule it. Our original was a direct flight from MUC to ORD at noon, we had fly to FRT first at 10am. It would be a very mess if we checked in at airport next day. Who would be responsible for the situation if the trip was operated by two airlines like UA and Lufthansa? Certainly not customers. Since the change, we had to cancel some our plan and spent three more hours on the return trip."
Pros: "I liked that I was able to get a reasonably priced ticket last minute. A fight is a flight, I mean everyone was pleasant and I got to my destination safely."
Cons: "The wifi is awful but I'm sure y'all already know that"
Pros: "Crew member was excellent."
Cons: "As the ground staff had trouble loading the luggage in to the booty...plane was stranded on the runway without AC... caused unnecessary delay. We missed the connection."
Pros: "It was a quiet and smooth ride."
Pros: "Everything else was fine."
Cons: "Once we boarded the flight people started getting text messages that there was mechanical issues and there would be a half hour delay. Crew didn't even know. Then pilot said there would be an hour delay because they had to wait for a "deadhead" pilot. That should be unacceptable."
Pros: "Nice people working."
Cons: "The weather! And air traffic control!!"
Pros: "Pittsburgh International Airport's wheelchair service was excellent (provided separate from United Airlines)."
Cons: "I was traveling for the first time in crutches. As soon as I approached the check-in counter, the lady at the counter asked me rudely "Are you checking in any luggage?". I first told her that I requested assistance getting to the gate and asked if it would be by a wheelchair or a cart. She didn't answer the question, and repeated the same question. Since I had one carry-on size bag, I asked if I need to check it in, or if I can bring it with me when they help me get to the gate. To which she replied in a very irritated tone, "I'm asking you if you need to check it in! Can you bring the bag on-board and put it away in the overhead bin YOURSELF WITHOUT ANY HELP?", hinting that no one will provide any help... At this point, I went ahead and checked in my bag. Thank God the wheelchair service is provided by a separate vendor, because he was wonderful and helpful. While we waited to board, the flight was delayed a few times. I could not hear the announcement from where I was sitting, but I noticed people started to make a line by the central info counter. 4:42pm, I received the cancellation notice via email. Because of my injury, I was unable to wait in line for long, so I chose to sit and wait next to the counter, until the line got shorter. 1 hour later, the line was growing even longer. 6pm, I re-booked a new flight for the next day via iPhone app, however, it was still showing the old boarding pass that I was automatically re-booked for. I still had to talk to someone from United to confirm, also to ask for wheelchair to get back to the main building, so I continued to wait. At one point, one of the United employees moved to the side counter to make a call re: another flight that arrived. I went and stood right in front of her and said "Excuse me, I have a quick question about wheelchair service". She looked at me right in my eyes, but she started talking to the other person on the phone. After she hung up, she ignored me and went back to the center counter, leaving me confused as to what just happened... At this point, I did not even want to make another attempt to ask for help. 7:20pm, the line went down to 3 people; a gentleman with a bad knee, another gentleman with a bad leg and myself on crutches... Am I the only one to think there is something wrong with this picture? 7:40pm, I was finally on the way back to the main building with a wheelchair service, which by the way is run by a group of amazing people. I am not complaining about the delays and cancellations. I understand it happens. I am not expecting that someone like me with temporary disability automatically receives first place in line. I do, however, wish United was more aware of some people who are in need of assistance, while being fair to other passengers. I cannot imagine how difficult it is for people with disabilities to travel with United Airlines."
Pros: "flight was excellent"
Cons: "Monitor kept running commercials and a show i couldn't hear very annoying"
Pros: "That it was direct form Cleveland to LA and it left on time and arrived on time."
Cons: "Wifi did not work. Chairs are so tight and hardly move back enough. Why can't they have some form of lumbar support?"
Pros: "The flight was on time the morning after DIA was shut down due to a blizzard. The crew was courteous and the flight was comfortable."
