Flight was great except for lunatic lady and her mother sitting middle/window who went nuts when the woman on the aisle wouldn’t stand up right away to let them out even though the aisle was full. Police had to be called. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to fly.
10 hour delay with minimal updates. Couldn’t leave terminal and then ended up on redeye with a dirty broken plane. It is literally impossible to reach customer service via gate agent, app, phone, text or email.
Comfortable seating, adequate space available, nice to have USB port, polite crew.
Lady at check in counter helped me get a seat in the cut row all to myself.
Nice aircraft but no in flight entertainment was disappointing. I felt nickel and dimed to death having to pay for my seat, my carry-on and then my soda!
Well, Kayak should have communicated with Breeze that when I purchased the ticket, Kayak should have relayed that I had one carry on as part of my ticket purchase. So, KAYAK, tell the airlines!

Ticketing agent never said our flight was delayed. It went from a 2 hr to 3 hr delay to just cancelled….why…lack of crew. Breeze doesn’t even have a phone number to call. You have to “text” them or use Facebook messenger to get in touch with someone. If you’re trying to market a new airline, make sure you have crew to fly if you’re going to run flights. The plane was literally at the gate.
Eveeyrime I fly they are begging for bags due to cabin overhead space. What they should so ia take the bags that are clearly too big to fit wheels first on their side. And those of us who give up the bag should really get their bags first. When boarding, nobody wants stupid jokes about how hot it is on board. Give us some cool air. Im usually sick from the heat by the time we take off.
OKay. I sat in the back of the plane and it was really loud between babies and little kids, and adults who.like to talk a lot and loudly most of the flight.

I think Southwest can offer a whole can of beverage instead of such a small cup
it was a short flight, so no refreshments. Could've used some water since I was running from the end of one terminal to the end of another to catch this flight
Easier that prior flight. The airline attendants didn’t really do most of their job as I noted in prior email.
Would like to have screens on back of each seat for entertainment.
The flight attendants were really nice, and of good spirits. Gave all of the safety announcements with a bit of humor and friendly reminders. Easy boarding even as an early c group passenger. Aisle seats available in back of the plane. Coke products and snack mix available. Love the free bag check.
I like the boarding procedure. Handle the bird strike issue well.
The staff and attendants could have been more helpful with storing carry-ons above in the overhead compartments as well as helping passengers find available seats. There was no food/beverage service due to turbulence There was no internext connectivity due to turbulence The boarding process should be changed entirely and seats should be reserved or assigned to expedite the boarding process.
Delta staff was exceptionally helpful and considerate. However, the first two of three flight legs were delayed making connections tentative and stressful.
This wasn't my experience with Delta. It was just the Pegasus flight. Seats were very hard. Staff was kinda rough. Not very nice. Charged me for snacks. For a 4 hour flight I would've expected more.
I had a flight cancel and had it rerouted. When the rerouted they put me at a window seat instead of an isle. It was hard sitting by the window because the couple with masks on were making out. I get motion sickness which is why I need to have the isle seat.
I upgraded to first. Quick and easy boarding. Comfortable seat with power and a nice IPA.
They ended up paying for the bag twice, but the counter wouldn't take my baggage receipt. Left it to me to resolve. Not sure how to resolve the issue.
The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.
Flight was delayed due to needing a replacement flight crew. Delta changed the aircraft type in Detroit. One hour delay. But once in the air, good flight
I just can’t understand why are you sell to many tickets ???? We had to wait 2 hours before 13 people from our flight take money and go to next day flight!
The only real hiccups in the flight were things beyond Delta’s control - turbulence which delayed food service and a departure delay caused by some VIP plane which stopped all departures and landings for 30 minutes - and was never explained to us by the crew. Otherwise good flight. I would fly Delta again.
The plane was frigid, and leaked water from the ceiling all over me and my seat.
Flight was smooth. We boarded early and left Grand Rapids about a half hour ahead of schedule. We then arrived in Lakeland about 40 minutes early. Flights attendants (3) were welcoming and pleasant. Wish we would have at least been offered to buy a bottle of water. No beverage service at all.
I really liked the young man who checked me in and took my bags! He was so kind and was very helpful! I told my sister about the great service and him and she said that is why she flies Avelo Air.

Short 2-hour flight, we took off on time, ETA was earlier than stated, no interaction needed with stewards, no food, no entertainment on such a short flight.
Avelo provided exactly what I expected. They are a low-cost option with no frills but the experience was comfortable and the staff was great! I will be using them in the future for trips when cost is a priority for me.
Tight fit in middle seat but OK for short flight. Crew was more interested in talking to each other than helping passengers - strickingly dissappointing. DAB is a great airport. New Haven sucks! Excellent value for the .
Avelo is definitely a budget airline and you get what you pay for. The plane was packed and the seats were not particularly comfortable. Staff was very nice and both of our flights were on time. The one thing I wish I had known was that the staff does not show up at the airport desk to check your bags until two hours before the flight. We had a 4:30 flight and had to check out of our hotel at noon. Since we have lounge passes we planned to check our bag, go through security and hang out at the lounge until we had to board. But because we could not check our bag until 2:30, when the staff showed up, we could not go through security and access the lounge. Passengers with boarding passes and carry on luggage would not have this issue. I might fly Avelo again but would only do carry on or plan to get to the airport no sooner than two hours before check in. And I would not recommend a long flight on Avelo since there is no food or entertainment and the seats are not comfortable.
I always walk by a pallet of Avelo branded mini bottles of water on the tarmac, but I’ve never seen them in flight. Yup, not even water offered on a 3 hour flight. No wi-fi onboard. We just watch the flight crew on their phone for 3 hours every flight. At least a mid-flight trash pickup would be great. Better than my last flight, but they only could have gone up from there. Don’t use for business or ticketed vacation like Disney… too unreliable.
The stewards going to Tampa were amazing. A few of the ones coming back were cold and distant. The girl at the desk at boarding was actually rude.
Disorganized boarding. Mandatory to gate check bags. Curt flight staff. No space for cabin bag, even when I was in first class.
Very good I can’t complain one bit. Thank you American Airlines for making my flight enjoyable and safe!

One of our group members was struggling to walk. In Charlotte we asked for a wheelchair and she was accompanied by Desmond. I was impressed by his patience and attention. In Boston she received the same service. I didn’t get the name of the helper but she went above and beyond in assisting us. A great AA service
Like all of the flights I took to get down to Dallas. They were delayed
They are still charging me after taking 466 and 833 for round trip from AR to to Bradley airport from 19 to 21. Then poor experience. Am hurt and I will say it on social media. Please stay away from this airline. I see in my bank account they are still taking 644. Am trying to stop it. I used to fly United airlines and I suggest that if you don't want extra charges and good service you go back there. American airlines delayed my flight again and I was late for my meeting, no recompensation but charging me over and over.

When my flight was delayed due to weather, I was rebooked to another flight since it showed that I would miss my connection. It was a lot of work to get back onto my originally connecting flight which was also delayed. That part caused a lot of stress and frustration. The ticketing agent at the desk was not very helpful.
Unfortunately we had turbulence because of the weather and when we were about to land in Miami, the pilot brought the aircraft quickly up because another plane was in its way. The pilot was remarkable however we weren’t told until we started our second descent. Our flight was GOOD. The flight from Miami to Hartford was packed, so many people. It was late at night and we were tired and just wanted to be home. Obviously, the aviation staff preformed well.
