We were in transit from Lima (flight at 1.10am) and we were in stand by in our flight from Panama to Washington. We wait from 4.30 am to 18.30pm in the Airport. The company give us 2 x 15 dollars for eat during the day and a personnal travel voucher of 400 dollars each. Do they buy food one time something in the Airport ??? And one of us live in France so the voucher is not usable. More than 24 hours travel !! And our place were near the toilets, with 8 children around us. The boy behind my seat stamped his feet on my back all the flight. Really Wonder full ! So we are totally unhappy with our travel. Thanks Copa Airlines....

I upgraded myself to Business Class at the last minute so I had a DREAMS window seat. Seeing as I've never flown Business before everything was novel and fun for me and it made the 7 hour flight much more enjoyable for sure.
It was reasonably comfortable trip considering its duration (7 hours). Crew was very good and friendly, seats very more comfortable than other planes. Only negative comment would be that the bathroom light did not get its full brightness 🙃

i think the flight was late because they were so strict about measuring everyone's personal items to try and charge them $119. It was really petty and made us late.
Purchased a business class ticket and got a economy seat with center seat blocked they call it business. 3100usd ticket on a flight where economy costs 500usd The biggest scam insult have had on a regular airline. Avianca should be in the low cost category and kicked out of Star Alliance. I want the difference to be credited. Ets see what Avianca does. No reply so far. Avianca = low cost airline. Beware

I enjoyed it! In that case, I should have been offered this choice. On my first trip to Miami, I was asked to pay $320 for my luggage just for getting it totally broken. I cannot accept this situation at all!!!!
My whole return flight itinerary, 3 flights, got canceled without any warning to me because I missed one of the earlier flights 3 weeks ago
The connection time is too short to pass through customs and once you do clear customs the connecting flight is in another terminal that is not close.

Worst airline ever! The guy weighing my bag had his foot on the metal plate and when I called him out on it, I got this stupid little smirk. La is a scam and so is Spirit Airlines. All the flight attendants looked like they hated our flight just as much as we did.
On my first leg, Guatemala—Fort Lauderdale, the crew did not offer snacks or a complimentary beverage; they only offered purchases. The seats are awful, very hard, not reclining, and not spacious, even after the upgrade I bought myself.
Very dissatisfied with spirit airlines after buying my ticket's they cancelled our flights with no reasoning.
Spirit airlines was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were hard.. the constant up selling (from lack of food or even water to $15 for wi fi ) was annoying. Not a recommended airlines
The seats were comfortable and not as tight as i would have expected. Would have been nice to be able to recline my seat, which was not available. Some form of free snacks and drink option would be appreciated as well, even just a water and small bag of crackers would have been better than nothing at all.
Seats are uncomfortable and too close together. Also, you missed my connection in Vegas on the way back and I ended up sleeping in the airport, flying back to Burbank instead of LAX and I got home 12 hours late.
Amazing flying experience, even in not the best of weather. The staff made us comfortable and the flight was actually pretty smooth.
Loved staff help @ kiosk, staff on airplane. Commitment to punctuality. I sat in a "blocked" row, where the middle seat had no passenger & loved it! I appreciate not having to pay for water, which I've experienced even on international flights. Only negative was how dirty the bathroom was for a 4.5 hrs flight. But I don't think flight attendants monitor this.
It wasn’t a bad flight just very uncomfortable seating wise.
It wasn't crowded, leg room was better for me (6'2"), less coughing on board, steady flight. Return flight is already delayed by 1.5hrs and that's not good.
