No water for a 5 hour flight entertainment not working seats with little room for knees when person in front of me reclined kept bumping my knees.

I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.

I don't think anyone actually reads these comments, so I won't spend much time on this submission. If you want to talk, you know how to reach me. The D/FW manager of Avianca (self-identified), Juan Calderon, insisted I buy an onward ticket from San Salvador even though I have diplomatic status in El Salvador and live here. It cost me $1,393 and Mr Calderon would not let me make the ticked flexible so I could get a refund. He went out of his way to be rude to me. He gave me seat 32K -- windowless window seat in the last row and did not offer to let me upgrade even though there were plenty of seats. I have flown well over a million miles in my life and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I would like a refund on the ticket I was forced to buy. Just awful!

There was no food or drink service, couldn’t even get a glass of water for free. It was a long and expensive flight to not offer food or beverage on the plane.

They could offer food and drink without having to pay extra for it,

Every food and beverage has to be paid and the seat was not confortable. They even gave water.

Flight attendants to show up on time, offer drinks and food.

Wasn’t able to take the trip and no one could help me with a refund or rescheduling

Avianca is the worst most uncomfortable airline I've ever been in, the seats are incredibly small and offer no support, the worst experience I've had traveling ever, do not bother with Avianca

Horrible airline, upgraded to sit on seats made of stone. Staff were rude and on top of it they charge an arm and a leg for luggage 🧳 never again

The seats are the worst I upgraded to premium big mistake and it seems like no one likes there job very unpleasant

Overall good but we had a minor scare when a wind shear caused the plane to re take off on the first landing attempt. The crew handled it well and we landed safely on the second attempt

Inept company. Won't fly again with them if I can help it. Plane was the wrong size and they couldn't board 20 people.

I am disabled and was unable to get any assistance from Volaris. I had to wait in line at front desk for 45 minutes, I am by myself, and unable to stand. When I got to front desk check in, they had no assistance for me. I did however, have wheelchair assistance when I arrived in Mexico City. Thank God for that!

It was horrible, our flight back was overbooked and had to take a flight 12hours later in the day but to LAX. Volaris is horrible.

It was a no frill flight. No food or amenities unless you purchased. We brought our own on the flight. It was a bit tight to the seats in front. But the flight was smooth and quick. Great crew. Had to depart going down a big set of wiggly stairs in the dark and across the tarmac. Did it with a little effort but again the flight itself was great. The flight was delayed by over an hour. Made for a long day and late hotel arrival. But no issues.

The flight was delayed without prior warning, first a 40 minute delay, then another 30. Flight was supposed to leave at 13:20 and ended up taking off at 14:50. Once on board I logged into the WiFi entertainment, it asked to purchase a code for 2 dollars which I asked the crew to get. They declined and said it wouldn’t work and no other explanation. Horrible experience. They even charge for water

I didn’t like anything, they were the worst airline I ever used, charged 40 dollars if you flight as USA citizen, if you want food you have to pay for it, seats are uncomfortable service is the worst

Allow for not applicable in your survey if there is no food or entertainment on a very short flight of only one hour

Notsure if it was an issue with the airline or Guatemala Int airport, but boarding information, times posted, and boarding to aircraft where contadicting n confusing - relied on gate airline staff n fellow travelers.

The flight was cancelled 2 time as. The airline was stranded me in Guatemala with no solution.

Boarding was long and messy. No food was offered on the flight. No entertainemnt. Clean flight however.
