Flight got delayed; had to go through security three times.

Very happy with my flight. I would definitely recommend it.

Check in person said there would be lunch. We were first class passengers and lunch was chips.

So many hours of flying without salty food is a shame and the fact that they want to sell it to you seems like a rip-off

This airline makes you check in in one terminal and then you have to walk to the other terminal. Its messed up

Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.

Very good, despite we had a delay because of some problems at the airport.

No boarding announcements leading to the usual confusion and people trying to board before their group number.

I had bad experiences before now was excellent I am glad they have business class again

Last seat of Bussines Class it does recline but passenger seating behind kept pushing since they did not have space once my seat was reclined

I like the crew they're very friendly. I don't like. on five hour flight they not offered snacks. Any drink. Not even coffee

why did we have to go through security mid flight

Horrible. They canceled several flights and kept pushing us to different flights. We were 12 hours in the airport with no compensation and not even a single apology.

The fees for baggage were outrageous. $130 for carry on and $150 for check in for an international flight. The seats did not recline. We were not even offered water. Had we known all of this, we would not have booked Avianca at all.

I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.

Flight attendants to show up on time, offer drinks and food.
