Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "short time, smooth flight"

Cons: "Quick and easy. Great crew."
Cons: "Arrived early. Sat for 15 minutes on the tarmac with at least two other UA EMB145s waiting for our gates to open up."
Cons: "Long delay."
Pros: "Didn’t make this flight."
Cons: "Didn’t make this flight."
Cons: "Our flight was “delayed” 12 hours! Notably not cancelled and rebooked because then they would have to compensate us, I believe"
Cons: "Food and charging for entertainment"
Cons: "Single-handedly some of the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat in. I’m not sure if there’s any cushion but my rear end was killing me after 2 1/2 hours."
Pros: "Attendants were nice"
Cons: "Made me check my carry on to destination when lots of people had carry one same size as mine"
Cons: "Flight delayed over 2 hours & little done to compensate travelers. No in-seat entertainment on a 2.5+ hour flight. I expect this from a budget airline, not United."
Cons: "Small old plane without any entertainment."
Pros: "Absolutely nothing."
Cons: "Getting in so late the rental car offices were closed"
Pros: "Entertainment had good choices. I was very comfortable in the chairs. The crew was overall friendly."
Cons: "Wish the entertainment came with tablets already installed instead if for purchase. Would be nice to have gluten-free options for snacks. Since my first flight was delayed and I barely made it to my connection, I had no time to grab something to eat at the airport. And being celiac, there was only a nut and fruit mix. Not enough to substitute for a meal. My biggest complaint however is with 3 hours left of the flight, i turned on the call button to request a beverage and nobody came. I waited 45 minutes, having to turn on the light 3 separate time because it automatically must have timed out. I couldn't get out of my seat due to seat belt sign. I looked back into the rear galley and 5 attendants were back there talking. Tried to get their attention. Nothing. Finally, I got up and went to get my own drinks. Being a server at hotel in waikiki, I understand that customer service is very important. And though I understand that they may have been busy and unable to answer my call, I could see that clearly was not the problem. They were just standing there and chatting. Very frustrating. Though they were friendly, they just simply weren't paying attention. I have to say in all honesty, I will not be recommending nor flying United airlines again."
Pros: "The plane took off and landed safely, and pretty much on time."
Cons: "Smallest cabin seats I’ve ever been in. Oversold plane. Bored, uninterested flight attendants. Free DirecTV for some passengers, $8 for others. Peanuts and water/coffee grudgingly served, but lots of enthusiasm for opening a United Credit Card. I will pay more for a different airline next time - just for normal sized seats."
Pros: "The flight was on time."
Cons: "The staff had no meal for me despite me having ordered one. The entertainment system wasn't working and neither was the wifi to allow you to watch on your own device. Old planes with uncomfortable seats. Really poor airline."
Pros: "Good, everything on time, good friendly service"
Cons: "space between seats!"
Pros: "My flight was delayed multiple and had to get a taxi to LAX which we even missed that flight because the gate attendants waited so late to make a decision. We are still traveling as we speak and are looking to arrive in Raleigh after 3pm. Which is 8 hours later than our orginal flight."
Cons: "2 hr late can't make to next flight lost one day"
Pros: "Flight was on time. Process of going through customs in Halifax instead of Newark was very efficient. I didn't order food or use inflight entertainment."
Pros: "At least we didn't crash and die"
Cons: "I've flown with United before, and I've only had nothing but trouble. Decided to give them one last try, since their flights were a few bucks cheaper. Big mistake. They canceled my return flight last minute, and scheduled a new one over 24 hours later. Thus causing me to have to book a hotel last minute, as well as now being AWOL, since my Leave paperwork only lasted until my return date. Had to explain to the chief why I won't be at formation. I'm saving myself the trouble and never flying united again, even if I have to spend more money. United isn't even reimbursing me for the hotel. They basically told me to go f**k myself and file a complaint. They can eat a d**k."
Pros: "I MISSED IT BECAUSE UNITED DELAYED MY FLIGHT"
Cons: "UNITED DELAYED MY FLIGHT TO SAN FRANCISCO SO I HAVE NO IDEA."
Pros: "good entertainment through the united app"
Cons: "United had only available flight to Harrisburg which is over three hours from Binghamton."
Pros: "Everyone that works there"
Cons: "No free WiFi"
Pros: "I really liked the price for the exact time I wanted to travel!"
Cons: "A bit cramped."
Cons: "Very crowded as usual but ok"
Pros: "On time, no delays."
Pros: "Being up in the sky so cool."
Cons: "Don't lie to customers and tell us there is a 10 minutes delay, when we can all see that the plane we're supposed to leave on hasn't even arrived yet. Give us honest delay times so that we can make choices about using the bathroom, getting a bite to eat or stretching our legs."
Pros: "They were kind enough to hold the flight as it was the only one today to Tucson!!"
Pros: "My son was under 18 and was flying alone. He missed flight because boarding was complete and he was 5 min late. His next flight was delayed and he didn't get back to Tucson untill 9 p.m. I, parent did not get to escort child to the gate because my pass did not have fast pass stamp. Very poor experience and airport staff was not helpful."
Pros: "The crew were nice and even if they were stressed didn't show it one bit."
Cons: "With a flight based out of Denver, I'd have expected you to be a LITTLE more prepared for the inclement weather, and not be delayed over 12 hours with thousands of other people."
Pros: "Crew professional, a little bag of snacks and one cup of beverage so nothing outstanding, but then again nothing substandard than anyone else does nowadays. This flight arrived and departed right on time, as all of United flights did for me and right near Thanksgiving travel time too."
Pros: "The staff was efficient, funny, friendly and honest. Smooth landing and good service. Thank you!"
Cons: "A baggage cart rammed the plane, which damaged something which could not be repaired there at the gate. New, delayed, flight had smaller capacity than the original flight, and I was bumped off the flight. Did not get to my destination until 24 hours later."
Pros: "I like how polite the staff were."
Cons: "There was literally one person who controlled the flight, from check in to guiding the taxiing plane. It was so bizarre"
Pros: "The only thing that was enjoyable was the economy plus seat that I was in."
Cons: "On the flight from Tucson to Houston we experienced United's personal entertainment where you could use your iPad to watch movies. On the reverse flight, this flight that I'm reviewing, this amenity was not offered. As far as boring goes, the TSA in Houston was rude in the boarding sign said pre-boarding only so we were waiting and I almost missed the flight because the sign never changed."
Cons: "Over 3-hour delay. Various text messages including one that indicated the flight was leaving 5 minutes earlier; then it was delayed again!"
Pros: "Super crew, slightly more comfortable"
Cons: "Economy seats are never great."
Pros: "Quick loading and easy flight"
Cons: "Little cramped on the smaller plane."
Pros: "The flight was late and I missed My connection flight because of it. Unbelievable and unreliable flight and a horrible start for a vacation. SO sorry I took United!!"
Pros: "staff on board was curteous."
Cons: "The flight (UA4807) kept delaying from 3:22 to 5:15. I eventually made it to Chicago and then I spent an hour waiting for my oversized luggage because the ground staff sent me to the wrong carosel. Why did I get charged $25 and another $100 for my golf clubs?"
Pros: "Crew was friendly and got us to our destination safely."
Cons: "Flight was delayed and boarding gate changed."
Pros: "Courteous staff."
Cons: "Feet were so cold on the entire flight."
Pros: "The flight crew was very friendly and polite. Brought the drink cart around a couple times to make sure everyone was satisfied beverage wise."
Cons: "With it being a smaller plane there wasn't a whole lot of room for a 6'3" guy to sit comfortably for a long stretch. Although understandable for the size of plane it was my only dislike of the flight so overall a very good job."
Pros: "Very smooth from boarding to landing"
