No meal service in first class since flight departed at 9:48 pm CT. Only a bag of mixed nuts in first class!
Delayed, missed connecting flights had to book new ones out several thousand dollars and caused to miss next flight several more thousand I’m sure before it’s over…
Same as above. American Airlines is an absolutely the worst run airline I have ever used. There was no one at the gate in the first airport to help us. Whiplash from the emails about the flight time and no one was able to give us a definitive answer. Had to cancel our flight to charlotte, never even got to make it there. Big thumbs down to American Airlines.
At the boarding gate i was informed the airplane suffered a downgrade and therefore my business seat wasn’t available anymore. The company wasn’t open for conversation and simply changed my business seat for a coach seat. After boarding the whole experience was terrible: the food made me throw away 1h later, when i felt sick i called for assistance and nobody showed up, the flight attendants were rude and hit me 3 times without apologizing. Never felt so humiliated and disrespected during a flight.

Pros: "Flight was delayed. booked another flight through Dallas with a 150 minutes layover there. That almost wasn't enough as we had an unscheduled 1 hour stop in Austi . In Dallas I had to run from one flight to the next. The only reason I made was because the connecting flight eas also delayed. In rhe end we landed at SFO (instead of OAK) over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all..."

Cons: "The airline is so outdated and behind the times of their competitors, their in that they don't have in flight entertainment unless you download their app and give them your email address. On top of that when I originally booked my flights, I had made sure to have 1.5 hr for a layover between my connecting flights. Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

Cons: "Iberia does not have a check in counter at lax. All flights are operated by American, but ticket issued by Iberia. American could not locate my ticket and as a result I missed my flight. Iberia's 1800 number would not cooperate to release or rebook my ticket until a full day and 3 trips to the airport later when I made a manager speak to an American airline rep to explain and resolve what should be done with my unused ticket. Unbelievably inefficient and rude."

The flight was operated by AA, and they told me I wasn't on the flight, but after many phone calls LATAN assured me I was booked on the flight. When I got to the airport, I was not allowed to board my direct flight from GRU to LAX, instead I was sent to Miami then Charlestown , I took me an extra 12 hours to get home. I lost a day of work. Who's going to reimburse me for that ???"
Cons: "The first class flight attendants were VERY RUDE to the passengers getting on the plane, especially the male flight attendant. While serving drinks, instead of saying things like "pardon me", they would say "move" (as was said directly to me) and get out of the way" (as I herd him say to another passinger). Very disrespectful way to treat a person, let alone a paying customer! Btw...I am a middle class 5' 11" tall college educated male."
