Cons: Online check-in is the worst. The needed information properly inputted does not mean that you are checked in. Despite live chat support, the online check-in is not user friendly. It is the slowest, doesn't make sense program. It is not intuitive. Not a smart application but dumb.

Cons: The only food I ate all day were the two meals on Hong Kong airlines flights. On the flight from HK to BKK we were served a hot meal of Beef, rice and vegetables. At the time the vegetables tasted a little starnge but I was very hungry so I finished the meal. After arriving at my Bangkok hotel I started to feel unwell and by the evening I was repeatedly vomiting.

Pros: I saw Sanrio, the character goods all over like pillows and meals, which was good for Sanrio lovers.

Cons: seats 26A and 27A are terrible seats. The seat divider is 4-5 inches wide and protrudes in to the footwell. When the passenger in the forward seat places his seat all of the way back. It is almost impossible for the person in these seats to get out to the aisle.

Cons: We meet different problem in this flight. First, the boarding start late and we arrive late more than one hour. They could organize the entrance with range of number. The food was ok, but the beverage is poor, just half glass of wine or juice. no more. one small bottle should be normal fro lunch or dinner.

Pros: Boarding was in order which started from the last to the front of the plane which was excellent since congestion was reduced and smoother flow of traffic. The food was good and tasty. The crew was attentive to passenger’s needs. The pilots did an excellent job specially in landing and take off. The ride was smooth.

Cons: Cleanliness of the restroom which can be improved. The temperature inside the cabin was a little on the warm side.

Pros: The ride was smooth. Excellent landing and take off. Boarding of passengers was smooth. Congestion was reduced. Highly commended starting from the back to the front of the plane with regards to boarding. The food was good and tasty with ample serving.

I had a delay on another airline getting to my flight, but was still at the check in counter 45 minutes before my scheduled departure. And was told i was not allowed to take the flight. So ridiculous. Worst customer service imaginable.

Their needs to be measurement for seat sizes. It’s not fair to others and I know the world isn’t fair. But he was leaning over into the small guy seat. But if it was me I would have been upset to fly 16 hours next to him. Also he would drink down a beverage and ask for another one within a minute. While others haven’t been served yet.

Cons: My tv screen did not work well. There was a man behind me coughing all 15 hours. I would think that the flight crew would advise him to cover his mouth when coughing or offer him warm tea. Plane was dirty. No ports to charge electronics. Very outdated plane.

Pros: I booked thru a search engine more than 3 months before the flight but was not allowed to select my seat. I was seated at the last seat in the middle. The trip was long, more than 12.hrs and being in the aisle would have been comfortable. It is not my 1st time to ride the airline . .

Can't be single line for all passengers which creates chaos (people stand in 1 queue for almost an hour to board) 3. Cons: My seat was broken. I couldn't lean back for the whole flight when the seat in front of me came down. It was like a prison cell. U got stuck with several younger kids. One of them cried almost half of the flight.
