Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).
The flight was very nice but the food selection for the people in the last rows was limited to vegetarian meals only. I think vegetarian meal should not be offered as a main selection.

0lane 2qs on tim3. Very bad food. No free wifi, only for texts. Entertainment poor and hard to access.
At boarding, the locations where we had to have our passports checked prior to boarding were very unclear. Occasional staff wandered around telling people, but in busy area of the terminal this was not obvious. It was also located well after the check in desk in terms of walking to the gate. The Premium Economy service was attentive and warm. The only big draw back was lack of restrooms, and no division or even curtain between PE and Economy.
We had seats between the bathroom and a screaming baby, and did not have enough room to lay my head down on the tray table. Not ideal.
Very nice crew and great food. Easy to board just wish the flight could be shorter or seats more comfortable or more room to walk around when you get cramps in your legs from sitting so long. Crew was great and attentive and really was good food.
My experience was wonderful. The professionalism of the crew was exemplary 🙂. The meals were wholesome and tasty. I have no complaints
Everything was smooth and great. I didnt like that they talk so much on the interphone during the flight.
Even though I paid extra for more room, we were very cramped and the seats were hard. Also, when we checked in they did not post the gate we were to arrive at even though we were half an hour away from boarding. The agent did not know either. Actually, the flight from Porto to Zurich did to have the gate posted, and there were very few agents in the boarding areas who could help us. I would never fly Swiss Air again.
In overall it was a good experience, the only down point was that the entertainment screen was working properly.
An international flight on an apron is pretty unusual in my 40 years of traveling. Departure delay. Luggage despite over an hour connection did not make it to the flight. Actually still in Germany. My luggage was not moved until I reached my final destination despite knowing it to be left in Germany upon my arrival in Chicago. The service left me a little off, both going and returning from Europe. Light on in the cabin even during a night flight and lots of traffic no matter what. Maybe passengers want more service? As a frequent traveler i just want to be able to sleep, the food will be better at the destination anyway. So since the cabin crew woke me up I asked for a cocktail, I did not get the best response although sitting in row 20 premium economy. I usually fly premium economy or business and my 2 flight to Europe in 2025 with United both had luggage delays and other minor issues. American flights to Australia, Canada and Europe went smoothly and Premium plus feels very much like business light. Is United Club becoming a waste and Silver/Gold levels another waste??
After a delay at the gate, C3, at Ohare on Sunday, I left my Blk ski coat on the bench at the gate, lost! Please review my lob claim, thx.
Always wish for more healthy, gluten free options. We have to bring our own.
This flight leg was fantastic - super comfortable and a great selection of things to watch on the TV. Staff were excellent, really above and beyond.
Not enough veg food available for passengers. I actually did not get the veg food and was told it was over, and I starved the entire flight duration.
The LH flight was great except for the delay at boarding. It should be announced well in tme.
Could have said yes to a glass of wine 🍷 instead of saying we'll come around in a couple of hours
The newer screen was super cool and had the option to watch many different shows or movies. Crew was polite and helpful. However again, many children screaming bloody murder and kicking my seat, and parents doing nothing about it as usual.
Inoperable monitor left no entert for 9 hours. Crew was not helpful Food was awful.
Not great - seats were very narrow and food was terrible.
Some of the crew was sassy and not super helpful. The food was okay, but it seems like they were all unprepared compared to my flight I did from JFK to Frankfurt
We were in premium economy seats that appeared to be locked in plae, No reclining. My aching back.

Lufthansa flight LH04414 from Munich to Washington DC, was fine. Efficient and safe!
I wish the plane had pod seating for business class. I had a window seat (8K) and I had to climb over the person sitting on the aisle when I needed to get up. Also there is no partition between the seats for privacy when sleeping. The Asian airlines have much nicer business class seating. Their seats are wider for better comfort when sleeping.
Bumpy ride, not Lufthansa‘s fault. Crew managed a situation over a back rest to far down well. It was two iles behind me. The person putting the seat down, against the other person’s knees, was quite rude and belligerent and needed to be told in a no nonsense matter to stopp. Male flight attendant did good job.
Patrick and the whole crew were amazing! Hope to have this team for all my European trips.
Booked seats (paid extra) online and found they didn’t exist on the flight. We were then separated from the rest of our party. Given seats in the very back of the plane. We will not fly Discover or Lufthansa again. We will not book flights or travel through Kayak again!
Had a few open seats and could use it for a great rest ful journey
