Cons: "I didn't like that we were delayed by and hour and a half simply because the system was down. They should have had tech guys available to fix the problem right when it happened. I would like a voucher or some sort of refund for my time due to improper planning by frontier. The seats are also horribly uncomfortable. I couldn't get comfortable in any position. They aren't soft and they are too small."
Cons: "Charging for baggage and drinks is just ridiculous. We've already paid to be on the flight itself. I would rather your flight costs include everything. Little fees are annoying and petty."

And since it was a golf trip, I had to rent/borrow clubs for two of the 3 rounds I played. Not ideal. Especially when I had to pay $80 extra to bring them! Having to pay for water is inexcusable!"

And to have to pay for a seat on the plane, an additional $150 round-trip for luggage and pay for water on the flight too, it made me very angry. I will never use Frontier Airlines for any or my travels, nor will I ever recommend that anyone uses them either. In fact, I have already told friends and family to avoid Frontier because they are a total rip off!"
