Cons: "I had a family emergency and because I had used a mileage ticket (as opposed to a paid ticket) I was told that I needed to give them 72 hours notice. I tried to explain that I had no control over the situation. It fell on deaf ears. I was so upset and frustrated that I could barely speak. My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service."

Many people on my flight were worried about connections because Delta delayed our start by over 30 minutes to "change a switch," whatever that means. Then for passengers with short connection times, they should NEVER be seated in the rear of the plane when it takes 20-30 minutes for the rear-seated passengers. Not very consumer-oriented."

I think the flight attendant and first class was terrific, but whoever had to work in coach where I say didn’t seem happy about it, extremely mediocre service, not friendly, just putting 1 foot in front of the other. Just seemed “over it.”

At our destination there were clear sunn6 skies. Extra fuel was needed for that. So I was stuck in a seat the size of a child’s car seat for an extra 40 minutes? And when we could finally get off, my legs had fallen asleep ffrom being too squeezed in for that relatively short flight. When will the airlines focus on the passengers’ safety & comfort and not on excessive profits?"

When we got to the Gate for this flight, complimentary checking of carry-on bags was allowed, and that helped speed the boarding process, not just for us, but for all the people on the flight."

She said, "this flight has been oversold" and motioned for the next passenger to step up. This really upset my husband who told her, "Wait, we are not finished discussing this!" He went on to explain to her we purchased our tickets together with seat assignments - Together. She then said if we didn't reclaim them when checking in, 24 hours prior, the seats then became available again. What kind of logic is this?! Ugh! If I wanted to be treated like cattle I would have stuck with Southwest! We. It's back to Southwest for us. At least they are up front with their rules."

I’m a seasoned and obedient passenger but sometimes the need for a trip to the bathroom is immediate. I think the flight attendant could have been a little nicer about it."

We were in the 4th row and wanted to use the restroom, they put their cart in front of aisle (horizontally) and told us we couldn’t use the front restroom. No explanation at all. Just said “you have to use the one in the back”. As we turned to walk all the way to the back you could hear them laughing and snickering at us. Another example was when we pushed the call light to ask them to take our 4 empty cans so we’d have room for our laptop on the tray. She came to our seats and asked what we wanted. When we told her she said “you’ll have to wait” then walked away empty handed. It made no sense and they didn’t pick up the garbage for awhile later. Overall, the worst. Don’t fly this airline, EVER!"

Pros: "I was almost late and they did everything they could to help me get to my destination including running my drivers license to me, as I was realizing at the security check that I had lost it. Then the crew was second to none and far better than other larger airlines. I'm sure most people know through word of mouth or their own experiences that they are sometimes spread too thin to cater to the customer anymore and this, however, was a fresh change of pace. I rarely take the time to fill reviews out but felt obligated in this case to spread the word through my gratitude. I had recently been laid off and they made sure I got on my flight for a job opportunity I needed. I thought the best part was the $59 ticket with tax but you can't quantify real costumer service like that. Thank you again to everyone at Frontier Airlines!"

Cons: "Frontier is getting a little crazy with charging for every extra perk and the prices they charge for those items. I'm wondering when they will start charging for the lavatories. Hour delay departing and arriving. Seats made me feel like I was riding on a C-17 troop transport."

Cons: "we were 40 minutes late and no one informed us what was going on. just made us sit and wait in the hot cabin. went to go pick up my checked bag and waited for 45 minutes to find out it got left in denver along with 12 other bags from the flight. I then waited in line for another 45 minutes while the counter tried to clean up the mess. Frontier has no agreements with any other airline so the bags will not arrive for another 24 hrs (hopefully). very frustrating experience. with Frontier remember you get what you pay for."

Cons: "thirty minutes delayed on an already-late (9:55 pm) flight. Kept us on the tarmac upon arrival for another 30 minutes. Frontier charged a stupid amount for a carry-on ($45) because my bag was a half inch longer than what they allowed. Insane."
Cons: "I was charged $45 foo my portfolio, because the gatekeeper thought that my portfolio was too big to fit under the seats. if I did not paid the fee I could not board the plane. the plane in Denver was already late and then gates were change with very little information notification to us."

Where is my mobile boarding pass? I don't know. I will never know. Because once I checked in, I couldn't find it! Not great at all."

Cons: "Can't believe drinks and snacks cost. At least that is the way it appeared. Usually a soda is free, but the flight attendant asked if I wanted a drink or snack for a fee. Charge for a seat? Really? Overkill on all the extra fees."

Cons: "This is one of the worst airline I've been on. The seats are extremely uncomfortable and the space is so tight even for me (I'm only 5'1). They blast the AC so high that I can't even fall asleep. If I have a choice, I would avoid this airline. This was the only airline with the time that matched my schedule and with a very economical price."
