Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.
Ove the A380 planes. Comfortable seats. Served great Indian food and Masala Chai!
Except for the uncleaned tray, and the delay in serving food for our section (which may have been due to the location of our row) everything else was good. The crew were very professional and responded to our requests promptly throughout the flight. We as a family were not disappointed by Emirates.

Comfort and customer service from most if the crew was great. The crew reassigning passengers should consider the presence of infants when reassigning seats. Unfortunately a couple of oversized passengers were relocated next to us, making this segment a bit uncomfortable, as there was not only extra leg space required. I ended up swapping seats with my husband so our baby wouldn't be impacted. My husband travelled quite uncomfortable as the reassigned neighbour shoulder and arm ended up on my husband's seat

On the flight from Montreal to Calgary the flight attendant we had was excellent. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she made the flight very comfortable and enjoyable.
I did the online check-in as soon as it opened, including all the required info. When I got to the airport to drop off the luggage, Air Canada system wasn't finding my PR card info, which took a long time to resolve. Every time I fly with Air Canada, there is always some technical glitch.
The AC check-in counter closed early and caused us to miss our flight. Our connecting flight arrived late, at 1300, so we picked up our bags and ran to the AC check-in counter, only to find it closed already, although our flight to Montreal was at 1435. We had already checked in online, so the AC staff knew we were coming.
Great overall. Quick boarding, attentive staff - great experience in premium class.
Everything was OK, except one moment. After online check-in, Air Canada have sent me two same boarding passes. I asked to resend, but it comes the same again.
Ground personnel in better mood. Sounded agressive wrt carry on bagage sizing.
We are extremely impressed with all aspects of flying with Air Canada.

It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
