Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..

They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.

Great flight experience although the food served was not up to the usual SQ standards with the main being too saucy.

Very helpful,I was trapped in a window seat with geriatric people, other stewards brought me stuff since I couldn't move for myself on a 12 hour flight

Overall, a solid flight experience. Boarding was quick and efficient, even with a full and overbooked flight. The flight crew did a great job providing attentive and friendly service throughout. I flew in economy, and while the seats were acceptable, they could definitely use more cushioning, especially for a 14-hour flight. By the end, it was quite uncomfortable to remain seated. Legroom was also limited, particularly with a bag stored under the seat and the passenger in front reclining. That said, everything else went smoothly, and I appreciated the professionalism of the crew.

The flight was delightful overall. The check-in and boarding were on smooth and on time. Amenities and staffs were elevated. However, if glasses were served instead of cups, there should be a complete premium.

Sure I would’ve liked a little more space, but it was better than economy. I bring my own food because I have food allergies it would be nice if they offered larger salads or more vegetables instead of starch it was really a good flight. I don’t wanna complain. I’m grateful to fly at all safely. Thank you to the pilots.

I enjoyed flying on Japan Airline. However, my flight from Osaka to Tokyo did not give us enough time to make my connecting flight. We missed our next flight due to the following: We were seated on row 24 which causes us to get off of plane late, having to go to the restroom, having to exit the airport and take a shuttle-bus from terminal one to terminal three, having to go through security and immigration. We were disappointed that we had to catch another flight

American Airlines food is horrible. Also, paid to fly JAL on all segments, but received a much lower quality. I was disappointed to learn that we would be using American Airlines on this flight, which has less comfort, entertainment, choices, and lower standard of service. Overall not satisfied.

I fly to Asia twice a year for the last 15 years. I always try to fly JAL. It’s always a pleasant experience. Since TripCase shut down, this is the first time I used Kayak for live trip notifications. I was very pleased with Kayak’s quality and helpfulness of notifications. I will be using them going forward.

It was so disappointed trip by unexpected company's fault delay. It had taken 3 hours delay for mechanical maintenance plus another 3 hours for bad weather.

SEA HND sector internet only worked for the last 2.5hrs of flight….. never had this kind of incident with other airlines

12 of the 14 hours were in the dark, all during daylight. Didn’t use my light because it disturbed other people it was illuminating. 14 hours sitting upright in a cramped space was horrible.

UA discouraged people to choose seat on economy class by charging about three times of another airlines. For example, ANA will charge USD60 to choose an aisle seat but UA is charging USD 219.

On time. Convenience of a small airport. Excellent service from staff at check-in.

I thought I bought the ticket directly through Kayak not a 3rd party

It was really fast to Tokyo. Much faster than the budget carriers. However a lot less space than international flights.

Couple of hours delayed, we had to re-booked our Shinkansen reservation twice. United Aiines need to improve their time!

The check-in started 3 minutes early; there were people lining up a half hour before. I was third, and I got checked in and passes in hand for my connection as well; I walked away from the desk one minute before it was even supposed to be open. Amazing. That said, the food on the first leg of my trip was not good, and I didn’t finish it. Second leg, it was tasty. You get a cup of Häagen-Dazs after dinner. The staff were polite and helpful. Will use again.

Crew was fantastic. Seats were not completely lay flat but still comfortable to watch a show. International food was lobster which was very big but a little tough. The scallop appetizer was delicious. Loved the individual air conditioning vent at each seat. Flight overall was very smooth and very good.

The staff from beginning to end we're friendly and helpful. The food and beverages were quite good (but see the comment below). I also liked their entertainment options, as we'll as their frequent attention to the airplane restrooms. Here are the reasons this is not a 5-star review: - You have to pay for WiFi on the plane unless you have some level of seat upgrade. - CP sent me a warning that the name I entered to book didn't match my passport. True, but the form for entering my name didn't allow for anything but a middle initial. This lead to a lot of chats, phone calls and stress before finding out at the ticket counter that it didn't matter. CP has modified their notice to now tell you this key bit of info. - After consuming a chicken dinner they offered (Kathmandu to Hong Kong), I developed symptoms entirely consistent with salmonella, beginning about 6 hours later. There were some odd things about the serving of this meal, too. Our row was the last one served, and we were given a tray without the entree on it. About 10 minutes later the stewardess came by and said they only had one chicken meal left. My seat mate and I decided he would have the lamb and I would take the chicken. I think I lost. I suspect that this entree was left over from an earlier flight and they were scrambling to get the last row fed. My seat mate and I were the last two to receive our entrees. I am not accusing CP of giving me a contaminated meal - just that the onset and progress of symptoms closely match those of salmonella poisoning. I opted out of the first meal on the next flight 13 hours later, but was fine after that.

I didn’t use entertainment But everything else was of excellent quality

Multiple late or canceled flights. Lounge was 100 degrees. Food was terrible. The plane was incredibly old, and best of all, a screaming child for 3 hours. All for the low low price of $2,600 one way Hanoi to Shanghai. No idea how Cathay is ranked so high. Cathay is not much better than American Airlines or Spirit. In the future I will go out of my way to not fly Cathay.

Poor links to cathay meaning it's not possible to check in online or reserve seats. Incorrect information provided by cathay regarding check in and transfer at HKG. Delay in flight required is to be escorted / run to make the connecting flight and no opportunity to use the business lounge. Luggage did not make the connection so we arrived in Manchester with no luggage

Given the Business class airfare, the food variety and quality both were substandard. The crew was not interested to serve other choices and work hard to provide alternatives. Very disappointing food service.

The morning in Hong Kong was ridiculous. Very chaotic. The flight was delayed. Missed connecting flights. Kathy should be more competent in getting the planes ready ahead of time so that flights can depart on time.. totally ridiculous and unnecessary. Very poor performance.

Well- trained, cheerful onboard staff. Business class seating and storage were excellent. Outstanding range of food choices, though quality ranged from just OK (seasonal rice and beef dish) to outstanding ( congee and soup noodles with beef brisket). But what can you expect; it's on a plane. I couldn't figure out the remote control, but touch screen worked well. My wife and I (in our 60s), didnt find much to watch from the Entertainment choices. We mostly watched the flight maps. The bedding did the job but is unwieldy and ends up in a clump, with one-third falling on the floor.

Great entertainment system, the seat is a bit old style needs refurbishment

Boarding at the airport was not well managed. Otherwise, had a good flight sitting in the first row (which I paid for). Crew was pretty friendly, and flight was smooth.

Unfortunately I ended up beside a person who seemed to have been eating rotten corpses before landing because his breath smelled like Calcutta Sewage mixed with vodka and undigested eggs. Even wearing a mask that smell was so permeating that I couldn't breathe for the whole duration of the flight. I understand this is not CATHAY's fault but nevertheless I as a passenger had to endure this and there wasn't any way to fix it

All good and friendly However the blasting of music at take of and landing is so annoying and can’t hear anyone speaking .

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

I have few bad reviews about VietJet, but my experience was really good and it worth every penny..

Very bad experience and will never try their service again. Not even water serve for 8hr flight. Will have to wait for every prepurched to cimplete before can buy water.

The plane stayed hot the entire time, no leg room, no entertainment. Definitely a budget airline experience.

Trip was only 40 minutes in duration....no food and no entertainment. Otherwise it was excellent!

Good value airline for a LCC - food selection and drinks looked well priced. Flight was delayed and no rush to make up time

Maybe there was something wrong with pressure sensor or something. my ear was very uncomfortable and many babies were crying like hell. It happened during landing.
