Loved the crew! Sucks that we went from 1 hour and 8 minute layover to a 3 hour layover. But weather sucks like that.
Everything could have benn better. Short fly, no food, no entertainment and no wifi.
On the return flight, flight attendant Britt went out of her way to inform passengers that several of us had tight connections.
Flight late, the waited for a long time for “personal” to arrive at gate to dock the plane in Rochester. So annoying. This flight was expected, why aren’t personel available for the jet bridge?
Kayak botched up the booking, i had to call delta and fix. In the process Delta failed to honor my comfort plus seat assignment that i had previously.
First class is comfortable. Enjoyed a movie and was able to relax compared to coach.
No pilots so we were two hours late taking off and then no gate agents when we arrived in Salt Lake.
Absolutely no communication on why there's a delay and multiple flight time reschedules. I would have canceled the flight and drove back home if I known it was going to be rescheduled 3 or 4 times.
Extremely disappointed with Delta. They canceled flight last minute and then I rebooked the other flights and with which were delayed as well
The flight was flying with 30% capacity. The flight my seat from preferred seating to back of the seat. Even though i can understand that this was to balance the flight weight. The flight attendance decided to do the serving near my seat and in the middle , their noices woke me up from sleep , when i realized that the service has ended and when they were going back asked for a coffee, for which they answered they have completed teh service in my location. That really upset me as they woke me up and also rejected the coffee i asked. I ended up landing with a headache, thanks to the crew that screwed up my travel
Long long delay, no AC while delayed, gate changes, just for the most uncomfortable flight of your life.

My first time experience with Spirit Air was not good at all.The reason i did not know to cancel 24Hrs before flight depature you do charge cancellation fee. We were delayed and the bag charge fees are very expensive.
The flight was supposed to leave at 6:22pm we are just now leaving the gate after deplaning twice at 1:07am.
Food and entertainment see irrelevant to rate them as that’s not really an option anymore. The flight was fast and friendly. The plane was immaculately clean.

I was waiting in line for the restroom onboard, the flight attendant told me to step back two rows and stay on the carpet. She was rude and I expected a tik tok experience with me getting thrown off the plane. She was rude and frankly there was no where else to stand.
Delay at the gate without any communication such as announcement, sign, monitor, email or text. Found out later we were boarded with the knowledge of a significant delay, awaiting communication from Europe. Pilot was the only source of information regarding the delay after a long gate delay and sitting for more than 30 minutes after boarding. More than 2 hour delay, landing at 2 AM. Offered to deplane and reboard, but probably should have just waited rather than repeat the process. Not the first time experiencing the lack of communication with Spirit airlines. This morning was not as bad as showing up to a terminal without an agent (or aircraft) without any sort of communication. Much later an email was sent that stated our flight was rescheduled for a week later. Situations do arise, but simple communication can alleviate a lot of the frustration. Hard to believe a corporation doesn't understand that. But, you get what you pay for...
No complaints with pricing so don’t expect a lot of extras.
