Pros: The flight attendants were unfriendly and not very attentive. Although one person did get sick and caused the crew to be shorthanded that’s no excuse to not smile and be friendly. I wanted to throw away some beverage cups and no flight attendant came through for almost an hour. The food sucked.
Cons: Much better food, even though we were economy class the food could have been better. Also, I was told and researched that there would be an AC outlet at my seat and all there was is a USB port. I rented a portable CPAP machine and couldn’t use it. Cost me $120.

Cons: The gate change was not announced on my phone app (changed from E7 to D49). I hate leaving out of Terminal E at MIA. There is no point to having TSA Pre-Check if you have to stand in line with people who don't have it. I have to remove my liquids and laptop. It's such a shabby, run-down terminal.

Cons: Leg rests for our seats didn’t work. Crew said ther was no fix for problem and left it at that. A bit disappointing. Fruit plate was disappointing, but pastry and yogurt was nice. Fruit wasn’t fresh.

Cons: The plane itself was clearly an older model, lacking many amenities I’ve come to expect flying coach. The overhead compartments were too small for larger carryon luggage, and no one on the crew alerted passengers to this. Thus, many passengers had to go against the traffic of those still boarding to find space for luggage. My seat was at the back of the plane so I had to spend close to 15 extra minutes walking back to the front against boarding passengers to find a place to put my luggage. A simple warning from the crew when I boarded would have prevented mine and many others unnecessary trouble simply boarding. During a very turbulent flight, the captain nor the crew made any announcements about turbulence, our safety, or our progress. Also during the flight, one of the flight attendants got into an awkward verbal spat with one of the passengers. Completely unprofessional and bothersome. Additionally, I had fallen asleep when dinner was being first served, but woke up before it was finished. A flight attendant approached me and asked if I’d like a dinner to which I replied “Yes”. The flight attendant never returned with a dinner for me, thus I did not eat the dinner, which I had paid for. Lastly, and perhaps most disturbing, was what transpired when a passenger had a medical emergency. With no warning, all of the airplane lights turned on and a loud “CODE RED” was announced over the sound system. Imagine being a sleeping passenger like myself, during a very turbulent flight, to be suddenly awoken to bright lights and a CODE RED shouted loudly over the PA. I’m not overexaggerating when I say that I was preparing for the worst. A truly terrifying moment that I am certain was shared with many others on board. To make matters even worse, as a flight attendant rushed to find a first aid kit (which she had trouble finding) she opened up the compartment over my partners seat and dropped a passengers ipad on her head. The flight attendant did return to apologize, but it was little consolation compared to the stress and panic the crew created. I have flown many times, and this was easily the worst flight of my life. American Airlines should be ashamed of the conditions they put their passengers in and they have lost two customers for good.

Cons: Luggage did not make the transfer on time (Chicago-Charlotte after Tokyo), although they had about 45 minutes to load it. Do not buy an international ticket with less than 1.5 hours transfer time. (It took 45 minutes to get through customs/immigration and retrieve luggage for transfer.

Searching for media such as artist or movie worthless - yields no results, yet the album is included in the listings - I stumbled on it earlier in the flight and wanted to listen to it again. Same search experience on a flight three months ago.

Cons: The worst experience I ever had in thirty years of flying. I missed my flight because even though I got to LAX two hours before the flight, I had to wait on the baggage check for two and a half hours. The attendants were texting and talking and not servicing the passengers. When I told American attendants and supervisors that I was going to miss my flight unless they got me through they were clueless and didn't care about me or any of the passengers. The entire American staff were the most disorganized and careless flight personnel I have ever seen. Them they put me on a standby flight, where I was number eight and five minutes later was number eighteen, so I missed that, too. My wife is one of the top Public Relations people in Los Angeles and we both have tweeted and posted on social media extensively about this horrendous experience. I require a full refund from American Airlines for my airfare, and if I don't receive it from you will take you to court. --Eric Red

Cons: Left 3.5 hours late. Promised a connection the following morning and a hotel. Arrived at SFO only to be told that they would not pay for the hotel (or make arrangements) as the delay was weather related (since when is trying to leave BEFORE a typhoon hits and being LATE a weather related issue). They gave me the option of after a 13 hour flight at 11:30pm walking over to find AA staff in another terminal to argue for payment. I was too tired. After 1 million miles on AA I will avoid them now.
Cons: I ask many AA customer assistance this question no body help me understand. I buy a seat and a 70$ extra for a premium what does this seat offer , what am I paying 70 $ for

Or Swiss Air. Or even Ethiopian Airlines. Just smile. Be genuinely nice. This bunch were grumpy, conceded, and unfriendy.
