In between two meals period they're not providing something like banana / cup noodles or bugger. It's really fell sad that I was asking have to wait for 3 hours for second meal. (breakfast)
The crew are timely, friendly and professional. I was very impressed.
They overbooked the flight and reassigned my seat. To add insult they lied that my assigned seat was broken and promptly gave it to someone else
Jain veg meal I opted was super in taste but there was no sweet/desserts with it. I was a big missing in the meal...Please add some sweets to end the meal with 😊
The meat-and-rice combination was a good idea, but the food could use some improvement. The meat looked a bit mushy and almost like ground meat, which wasn’t very appetizing, and the flavor was just average. Other than that, everything else was great.
Weather delayed arriving flight and even though I made the connection, my luggage did not.

It is too long a flight to not have free access to internet. Should not charge. Should be some hours free.
Previous flight with Cathay from LAX was delayed thus missing this flight to KL by 12 hours. This in turn missed other travel arrangements from KL. They did provide overnight accommodation in Hong Kong.
Cathay much better than other options Imigration was a total mess on arrival in KL but not Cathay s fault

Overall experience is good but if the food menu can change to authentic Malaysia food will be good. I.e. Nasi Lemak, Char Kueh Tiew and etc
Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.
Food was good but only 1 meal and 1 pie, instead of 2 meals. Both legs were late.
We are row 11, when the crew came to us, only one meal choice was available.
OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect
Jia yung was the flight attendant that made this a miserable flight.
AC not working, just slowly blowing room temperature air. Long taxi time does not help as well. Sweating all over the whole trip.

Since all the flights were either late on the evening it would help to offer some food for purchase Since you tourists cannot buy decent food withoit local vaccination record in hong Kong this would really to help Using phone to submit electronic data is great but for the elderly this is a hassle

Flight was delayed from 8pm to near midnight. They made us board then sit in the cabin and wait for even longer for take-off. No compensation whatsoever - not even in a free drink or meal
We were told that flight was delayed by 20 mins, but it left close to an hour late. But they did make it up and arrived early; it's just very difficult to keep waiting when it's a late flight. Food was mediocre.
I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pilot was skilled and clearly experienced. The value for the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
Very quick turn around, plane was in good condition, alles paletti.
Instead of landing we had to go around and landed in Kuala Lumpur International Airport instead of Subang. Then we had to restart and arrived over 2.5 hrs late
As usual, poor communication on delays. No info, no updates, no apologies.
Boarding was nuts. Gate change. Delayed. No communication from gate staff. They seemed lost. Rest of the flight went well

My flight from PEN-KUL was re-timed for two hours or so due to some technical issue. It was not conveyed accordingly by the staff. Info only received via fellow passenger who also mentioned about the possibility of changing flight but different airport SZB. Changing flight is not easy since everyone is fighting for available seat unsystematically. Anywhere, I and my wife managed to get seat for slightly earlier flight from the retimed one. The issue should be handled more professionally and systematically.
I was pretty sure my seat includes a meal. But I guess I was wrong because I wasn't served a meal on my flight with Batik Air from Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Lumpur. I was fortunate because the layover was more than an hour in Kuala Lumpur. Otherwise, I could have cause a delay to the connecting flight to Taiwan because my terminal to board the next flight is located at different building. I had to take a train to the satellite building. Overall, all is well.
Freezing onboard and staff refused to give me hot water “because we were landing soon”. The plane arrived at the gate an hour late. And there’s an air leak in one of the bathrooms. Very scary noise.

The OD2204 KUL-LGK was delayed 40 minutes due to air-condition malfuntion, after inspection the technician give green light for the flight to go as usual but the air-condition is still not working properly, passengers complaining to the stewardess but they cannot do anything, I did tweet to @malindoair to complaint but no reply from them … hope this Batik Air is not having problem like Rayani Air and I do hope the management do respond to my complaint as well

Silly to not even offer people water for free when they are paying so much for tickets.
You get what you pay for. It’s functional and gets you from point A to B in good comfort. However, food options are limited and cash only, Crew is a hit and miss .. they get your attention if you reach out.
Good leg room ... air conditioning was a bit warm don't Book row 8 ... no windows
The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.
