Reasonable fair, good service, in sum, I am very happy!
Seating was good in the economy with plenty of leg room. The seat cushions were a little firm though, especially for such a long flight. All meals were Korean as would be expected. The food was typical airline quality. Edible, but not something you would recommend to friends. Inflight entertainment was also all Korean but Korean tv and movies are made well and you can find something to watch. Just be prepared to read subtitles. Overall it was a good flight, especially for the price.
The person in front of me was rude. He may came from some communism countries and don’t care of other people. No common manner and sense between human being.

First time flying with them and was pleasantly surprised. I had a premium economy seat which is very similar to some other airlines regional business class product. Seat was large, pillow was provided, huge amount of leg room, entertainment was available (only Korean shows), and lunch meal was served between Narita and Seoul. Really enjoyable and affordable
The staff were very friendly, and the flight was comfortable. That said, there was no option to specify dietary restrictions before the flight, so you may need to bring your own food. Also, there was no wifi available for the flight, though there is an in-flight entertainment console with many Korean-language shows and movies.
The legroom was great for a 5’11” person. The 11 hour direct flight had two meal services included in the ticket price which was less than other airline’s cost without food service (Canada air)from sfo to incheon. The airline is focused towards Korean nationals with the onboard entertainment selection of Korean movies but English subtitles were available. Overall premia air is a great option to fly from the US to Korea.
Plane and service were great. The entertainment is only for Koreans. Wish there were vegetarian options for food. All in all pleasantly surprised. Economy premium was quite good.

One of our luggage items was damaged during our flight to Newark from Incheon. Although our email communication was not responded to, when discussing the matter with the staff at the Newark checkin before our return flight to Incheon, we were provided with a free replacement luggage item. This customer service was, overall, very satisfactory.
Jain veg meal I opted was super in taste but there was no sweet/desserts with it. I was a big missing in the meal...Please add some sweets to end the meal with 😊
The meat-and-rice combination was a good idea, but the food could use some improvement. The meat looked a bit mushy and almost like ground meat, which wasn’t very appetizing, and the flavor was just average. Other than that, everything else was great.
Weather delayed arriving flight and even though I made the connection, my luggage did not.

My boarding experience was so bad. While traveling from LA to HYD, the boarding was smooth. But the boarding experience from Hyderabad to LA was utterly poor and unprofessional and caused lot of anxiety and stress. Even though we were at the airport Boarding well in advance to accommodate for Immigration and Security Check, Cathay Pacific Boarding On Ground Crew has done a very unprofessional job. It is one thing to follow rules, but being inconsistent and not being able to communicate this clearly is wrong. I was not aware that my laptops weight in my backpacks is also counted against the cabin baggage. While coming from LA to HYD, the ground boarding crew didnt ask for this. They just checked the Cabin bags weight. But at HYD, not for everyone, but for some people they enforced this. Our Checkin Luggage was carefully weighed at home and was accurately measured to 23 kg, Now they asked to move all the weight in our Backpacks where most of the weight is from Laptops and tablets for each family member, I need to accommodate this ~10kg from 6 laptops in to one of the suit cases and pay extra for excess baggage at the airport boarding place. Without a weighing scale how can I accurately move all the items from cabin baggage to one of the suitcase. D Venkatesh is the guy who enforced this. But I dont have a problem with the rule enforcement, but the way he guided us in solving the problem. I was willing to pay the extra money for the extra weight. He told me that the 32 kg excess baggage is allowed with 150 USD. I understood that 32 kg is extra on top of the 23 kg chickin baggage. SO I pushed all of them to one suit case and then when I took this suitcase, I was sent back saying that he meant the total as 32kg but not the excess should be 32 kg, I had to go out of the line make these changes without a scale thrice like this. They literally harassed me. Noushad his manager was sneering at us. When I said, I am going to complain about this, my wife heard him saying some bad words in Hindi. You get one chance to harass your customer. I will never board Cathay Pacific again.

Good experience and I would fly again with CP. Disappointed that they ran out of the dinner option that I preferred. Other than that, the trip was quite enjoyable.

Great Value with Tway Airlines I highly recommend flying with Tway Airlines—especially if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. While the lowest fare comes with limited luggage allowance, it suited me perfectly since I was traveling light. Check-in and boarding were impressively fast and hassle-free. The ground staff and cabin crew were exceptionally polite and courteous throughout the journey. Although the aircraft was an older model and lacked inflight entertainment, this was a minor trade-off considering the ticket cost was nearly 70% lower than typical fares on the ICN–FRA route. If you're focused on value and efficiency over luxury, Tway delivers a smooth and pleasant experience.
I liked cleanliness, comfort, kind staff. I thought communication about meals could be better. We did not know how we were supposed to ensure we had food and drinks in our booking

I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. My friends were also surprised about this stupid situation. I won't use KAYAK and T'way anymore.

Since all the flights were either late on the evening it would help to offer some food for purchase Since you tourists cannot buy decent food withoit local vaccination record in hong Kong this would really to help Using phone to submit electronic data is great but for the elderly this is a hassle
