Pros: The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.
Cons: There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.
Cons: The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value.
Pros: The crew was astounding
Cons: I not get to go my flight, I couldn't get reimbursement
Cons: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.
Pros: Exit row seat had much more space for legs, very much worth the upcharge for this seat.
Cons: Cabin temperature was very cool for me. Never used a blanket on an international flight before, and used a blanke on this whole 9 hour flight. Maybe a function of the seat location? Not sure but I was cold.
Cons: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver
Pros: All went right namely the seats but the luggage condition is the worst
Cons: Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France
Pros: Great newer plane, great service!
Pros: Nothing !! Such a bullshit flight ever !!!
Cons: No tv fo 14 hr long flight !! Flight delayed for 1 he !! No proper arranged to board .. it was kiosk!! Food quality was worse. No space to seat !! Can’t sleep .. no leg space !! Worst fight till the date !!!
Pros: The entertainment options were great.
Cons: Seats are so cramped. I'm 5'3" and could use either arm rest because both people on either side spilled into my seat.
Cons: No entertainment facilities
Pros: Crew great.
Pros: Crew was really good, polite, efficient. The aircraft was relatively new and clean (rare for an airline to provide a new craft on an Africa segment). Food was good, seats comfortable. Will definitely make them my airline of choice to the extent that I can cost wise.
Pros: Red wine was excellent
Cons: Bright lights on throughout flight, would have been nice to dim lights for late night flight so passengers could rest
Pros: I really liked my seat, but it was one of the only ones that didn't have a USB port.
Cons: See above. Overall, very nice experience.
Cons: Two hour delay meant we missed our connection. Then given a very late flight and had to haggle for ages to get earlier flight and told we should pay extra for it!
Pros: Crew was nice movie selection was good.
Cons: Plane was late which caused a 5 hour layover in Paris CDG. Food not very good. Entertainment system clumsy to operate.
Cons: I didn't get to board, ended up spending $2,400.00 over and above the $980.00 that I spent booking the initial ticket. I was not informed when I booked the ticket that when you transit through 2 schengen countries, you need a transit document. I was informed about it at then airport. Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone.
Cons: 10 minutes late to the airport....... No help, no refund, no nothing. Never using you again
Pros: Flight crew, pilot, food and entertainment options were great
Cons: Baggage took a while to reach baggage claim but maybe a bit impatient after a long day
Pros: Flight attendants were very nice
Cons: Didn’t have the meal I ordered Got in 30 min early but no gate for us. We waited over 80min on tarmac to deplane I paid extra for an exit seat but there was no indication when I did that there would be walls for armrests and that made it very uncomfortable for me
Pros: 1. Entertainment - Decent movie selection. I wished the angle of the screen in economy could be adjustable as well. Turkish Air does it better. Once the seat ahead of me reclines I dont have too much hope of saving my eyes from the awkward angles.
Cons: 1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about.
Pros: Food, service, comfort
Pros: . Budget airline with no legroom or extras
Cons: See above. Nothing specific to like.
Cons: I did not like that i was in the bulkhead and there was not sufficient overhead storage for us. The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage.
Cons: Security services at Manchester airport...too long and not friendly at all
Pros: The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off.
Cons: The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?
Pros: Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule
Cons: Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight
Cons: Screen broke half way through flight. Food was poor
Pros: Priority boarding with kids
Cons: Nothing special just like easyJet ir Rayanair
Pros: The plane arrived in New York smoothly
Cons: They lost my luggage and have no information as to where it is. It has been 3 days and no Information. There was only one meal for the flight and alcoholic beverages were not included.
Pros: Plus seat was good. On board crew was nice.
Cons: Another Air France company, with their motto: We Don't Care. Ground staff was rude, no good food onboard and have to pay for it. Entertainment is your device, but you can't download the app to use it.
Cons: The flight was late, real late.
Pros: Super fast boarding and smooth takeoff
Pros: Nothing particular
Cons: Nothing particular
Pros: Nice crew, free snacks
Cons: For taller people flying economy sucks . The seats are always to small
Pros: The food, the service and everything else is fine, quite good.
Cons: However, our baggages were 1 day late. Your missing baggages would deliver to you 1 day later, for some maybe 2 days later...Quite a few people said that it's been always like this with air Aeroflot if there is a transfer flight.
Cons: Some toilet facilities out of order and some slow service
Cons: There were not noodle soup ready this time.
Pros: Very old plane with very poor screens where images was horrible
Cons: Had to check in our underweight small carry on because there was no space left. Left out hotel at 3.15am. A dry croissant did not satisfy three hungry children for breakfast, the coffee was terrible and the seats too close together. Not a good experience.
Pros: Pretty decent
Cons: Not much
Pros: The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!
Pros: Lovely crew, clean toilets
Cons: It's an a380, stains everywhere, aisles between seats narrow even for business, caos at CDG, no clear queues, ground staff shout at passengers, food selection good but huge gap between describtion and reality, in JFK we waited for 30 minutes cause the docking spot was too narrow for the captain, sky priority? The economy got their bags before 1st and business.
Pros: tool me safe from one airport to another
Cons: wait time, food
Cons: Wheel chairs for my ill and aged parents was not provided
Pros: Wheel chair service at LAX is run by the airport. Their priority is to get you to your flight, not to a VIP room regardless of how early you check in.
Pros: I had a choice of movies, games and music that was very appealing. My concerns about not receiving the correct meal was handled professionally and promptly during the flight. I was surprised they couldn't discover I only ordered it for the second leg of my flight.
Cons: Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned.
Pros: I was too tired to stay awake so I slept most of the flight. The ground crew at the checking booth was kind enough to provide me with an aisle seat to accommodate my long legs, from which I suffer if I would sit in a middle seat.
Cons: Nothing that I can remember, again I was too tired to stay awake.
Pros: Nothing....old plane crappy service...the crew seems That they been punish to do that flight ...screens didn’t work...one of the crew members told me that I can’t change seats even that my screen dinner work because I didn’t pay enough to change my seat
Cons: To fly in another airline.... United ? No way what a lack of empathy.... never again
Cons: After so much money given to private airlines from the government to mitigate their loses during the pandemic, they are still packing their planes back to back. It should be a law to forbid more than two passenger per sit row leaving the middle seat empty, unless they're in the same reservation.
Pros: everyone was great.
Cons: very full flight but that's expected.
Cons: No room
Pros: The crew was efficient and controlled the mask situation well. The seat was well used so it was not as comfortable as I expected. The flight crew did an excellent job with providing information and flying a smooth flight.
Cons: Boarding was a little chaotic as the person calling out rows kept repeating the same rows for boarding.
Pros: New plane
Cons: Hire people that don’t hate the job .
Cons: They did not enforce masks. Person sitting next to me had mask off the entire time.
Cons: The seats were the most terrible seats I have ever experienced in all my years of flying. I'm a small person and even I couldn't get comfortable. The seats were curved in the wrong way and didn't recline enough for a 3 hour flight. The crew made the boarding and deplaning process worse by not paying attention to what was going on in the plane.
Pros: The flight qmwent without issue once we took iff
Cons: There was maintenance needed on the plane before we could take off and that delayed us further from take off.
Pros: that I was finally able to go home
Cons: Customer service was very poor. The arline could've notified the connecting flight that we had landed and to wait on us. Instead, the connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 and the flight had already left. In addition, the reps did not show and form of empathy that we had missed the flight, of no fault of our own. When asked to provide transportation the connecting flight, the rep acted put out and stated we would have to wait (mind you, the next flight wasn't scheduled to board until 1:44pm). I was then told, the rep was going to lunch and I would have to flag down a ride. Lastly, a $10.00 voucher was nothing considering most airport meals are over $10.00.
Pros: The crew were dope
Cons: The flight was completely full and uncomfortable
Pros: The crew was courteous
Cons: Less people on the plan.e. Too full in time of a Covid Virus
Pros: I’m handicapped and requested wheelchair assistance when I booked flight. Not once was it ready I had to ask for it at every leg of trip, going and returning. Took morning flight home to connection and when landed was told that flight was cancelled and rebooked my on another flight which was fine but didn’t have the seat available that was originally designated and the woman at customer service didn’t care. New flight delayed 3 times and I ended up being in Newark for 9 hours and got a total of $30 in vouchers, had anyone that gives these vouchers out bought anything in an airport before? And the $30 I did get I had to beg for as well. No more united for me thanks.
Pros: Flight was nice and empty
Pros: Crew were great, especially considering we had a couple of mishaps travelling with a five year old and five month old. Despite being a mega long flight it was comfortable and we were well looked after.
Cons: Seats are a little narrow on the exit rows and bulkhead as the armrests accommodate the TV and tables. This also means they can’t be moved. Not unique to Air NZ though.
Cons: My suitcase handle was broken
Pros: Rude gate staff. They were being very condescending in their tone while saying perhaps appropriate information. This occurred starting when one woman got in line. The sign kept changing...her accharine like tone telling her that boarding would begin at 1130 was unnecessary. Communicating with foreign passengers whose flight had been rebooked to this flight was very poor. Instead of asking them for the name of their baby, the gate employee kept asking them for the lap child name! This occurred over and over until finally they asked for the bany's name. The lady who is from Chicago started practically wagging her finger and just saying NO! to bags that might be too large. How she did this was overly rude even when the bag fit in the metal sizer!
Cons: Sorry....above is what I did not like. I like that my bag was shifted away, tagged and put on board...made it to Rome! Flight staff very professional!
Pros: WiFi and entertainment on board the aircraft
Cons: All goof
Pros: The crew was very kind, professional and accommodating.
Cons: I paid extra so that we could have more leg room and be closer to the front of the plane yet upon embarking we were part of the last group to board. We sat in the first isle directly behind firstclass yet borded. virtually last. I was told by the flight attendant that because I purchased my airfare through Kayak as opposed to the airline was the reason behind this. I had no idea that this was the case and on top of spending the additional fee for upgrading, I was disappointed. I have a 0 star for entertainment because there was no N/A as a selection choice. There were no movies or entertainment aboard this aircraft.
Cons: I had very little time to make my connection in Newark. Other airports/airlines have given me a short connection pass which has allowed passengers to make their connection with less stress. The security line inNewsrk was ridiculous. I spoke to a TSA agent who couldn’t have cared less if I missed my flight and a United representative who told me to “just try.” In the end, I had to ask other passengers if I could go ahead of them. While I made my flight with a few minutes to spare, the process could have been much easier and the United Rep could have done more. He could have just called the gate at the very least to let them know I was coming. Apathy is not an indication of good customer service.
Pros: Terrific Gate Team in Houston, who were extremely helpful with my current disability (my foot is in a walking boot). Gate agent immediately approached me once I got to the gate (via wheelchair) to see if I needed anything else. Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers.
Cons: It was recommended to download the United app for free inflight Enterainment once I purchased the inflight WiFi. After purchased, none of the movies or tv shows would play. It seemed like slow WiFi was making it impossible to utilize the Entertainment promoted by United.
Pros: There was a fair amount of leg room.
Cons: Boarding could be a little frustrating because groups 3 4 5 were 1 lane and there wasn't a lot of room in the airport. Also, there wasn't a lot of time to get from one side of the airport to the other to stop at the restroom and get a real meal, since there was nothing served on the previous flight. Due to turbulence there was nothing served on the flight, which is beyond the control of the crew. They knrw ahead of time about the turbulence, perhaps they could have quickly passed out pretzels or cookie before the flight took off.
Pros: We had an aisle each! The staff were friendly too.
Cons: A slight delay
Cons: United was unorganized and they acted as if these cancellations were no big deal. Those two days that we missed could have been spent at work. Now I have wasted PTO time that I can't get back and wasted money at our resort that I wasn't able to get back. One of the agents at Bradley International Airport Sammy put her hands on my friend and screamed in her face USING FOUL LANGUAGE with a line full of people and their children waiting to check in. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. We did get police and management involved. The overall experience was terrible.
Pros: The crew was the best part of the entire awful experience. The pilots let people tour the cockpit and the stewards were very accommodating considering their rules and restrictions. With so many delays, we were able to disembark the plane and come and go as we needed till we were able to finally board for takeoff.
Cons: We all received updates every thirty minutes with a new departure time and each time we were supposed to depart, there was another delay. The first delay was caused by a seat cushion floating device not being on the plane (hour delay right there) and then for the next three and a half hours, we all were constantly being delayed due to rain. The rain was not their fault but had that cushion been properly stocked on the plane, we would have missed the storm and been on our way. A two-hour flight became an eight-hour hell. Not to mention, the plane itself smelled like a seedy bar bathroom, I had to tuck my legs underneath myself because there was absolutely no legroom, and my row mate was a belligerent drunk. Getting home at 5 am Monday morning and going straight to work was not ideal. Would have been nice to be home on the same day that my flight was scheduled.
Cons: I had to be switched to a different airline, arriving 3 hours after I was supposed to I was late to my grandmother's funeral and had the most difficult time even arranging this, as the rep rebooking was adamant about me getting on the next United flight 12 hours later Then, my $310 luggage failed to arrive and I had no clothes to wear to my grandmother's wake. When it did arrive, my suitcase was broken. I tried filing a claim with United and they dismissed it and stated that they were not responsible - a recurring theme from this entire experience
Cons: I got late to my next flight !! I loose my flight .
Pros: The flight attendants
Cons: Well no movie screens, and when you get on the plane they say there is internet movies, but you need to download the ultimate app for United to have it work!! The internet was so slow I could not download on my iPhone 7 Plus with 256 gigabytes and well No Movie!!!! It is the first time that I have not watched or played something in maybe 40yrs!! Also I asked for a seat that would recline and they gave me the only seats that do not because the emergency exit was behind!! The had no sandwiches or salads, they only had chips, crackers, etc
Pros: Thanks for the ONE toffee cookie at the beginning of the 8 hour long flight.
Cons: I have NEVER flown on an international flight and NOT received a complimentary meal or two...When I'm flying for 8 hours. On top of that the seats were very small and uncomfortable. I shouldn't feel a person grabbing a magazine or pulling down a tray when I'm sitting in the seat in front of them. There was one younger African American flight attendant with a light brown, long curl wig that didn't look like she wanted to be there. You can tell by all her eye rolls, sighs and not responding back to numerous thank yous given to her. I couldn't consistently watch a show or movie for 3 minutes thanks to the wifi and or app on MY Samsung tablet....it's SO sad that you guys couldn't have them already installed like other airlines. This airline is already in hot water, I expected MUCH better customer service. I will do my best NOT to use them again and tell others to do the same.
Pros: First flight delayed once board to check a broken light. Then waisted 40 minutes taxiing on tarmac in Houston because they couldn't find a gate. Missed our connection. They put us up in a low end hotel overnight. Then we had our morning flight again delayed as we waited for planes to the take off, so further delays. Arrived in Costa Rica 1 hour late. Now with too many other flights so immigration packed and took another hour and twenty minutes (when we finished there was only a 5 minute wait). Thanks United
Cons: Coffee and cookies. Moscow mule
Pros: The flight took off and landed on time.
Cons: When I went to the gate in Houston to get my boarding pass for my second leg, the lady at the gate counter yelled at me because I didn't know my seat assignment even though I had already explained that I didn't know because I didn't have a boarding pass. On my original booking, I had chosen my seat to be a window, but when they rebooked me they put me in a middle seat even though there was a completely empty row in front of me. Then, to top everything off, they forced me me check my rollerboard carry-on because they said there was no more room on the plane, but when I got on I could see multiple spaces were still available. Another passenger and I were left to wait nearly 5 minutes on the jetway while the gate counter rep went to print our checked luggage tags. I asked the stewardess why I had to check mine even though there was plenty of space, and she said "it's hard to tell sometimes how much room we're going to have left." She also didn't offer any apology. All in all it was a terrible experience. I had to wait unnecessarily at various points of the travel process, had to endure a layover that was more than double what I had planned for, was forced to check my carry-on at the gate, and worst of all I missed a really important meeting. United obviously does not care at all about economy customers. Don't trust this airline! Book on Southwest or JetBlue - they actually care about customer retention!
Pros: From the Take off location in Low Angeles the United personnel was terrific...my parents both have health issues and the wheelchair..go cart service was great...
Cons: When returning from Houston to LA...i appreciated that the wheelchair service was ready when they arrived....what i didn't like was that as we entered the elevator one of the workers made a comment to his partner that there was to much weight cause the elevator made a certain noise...but not as if he was concerned more jokingly...my mother is heavy set ...she and our party thought that was rude and unnecessary...they both looked at her...i was going to bring it to there attention, but what good would of it done...so please address it....there were 2 gentlemen...one pushing my father which was a Hispanic male and the other was a black male pushing mother...the one who made the comment was the Hispanic male....and another problem was the airplane was very warm...
Cons: I didn't receive any notification that my second flight was rescheduled. The airlines had all of my information and I verified it was correct; however, the airlines did not know why I didn't receive a notification. Also, I spent more than 14 hours trying to get home. What should have taken 5 hours ended up being 14 hours with12 spent at one airport. I'm exhausted, fatigued, and annoyed with how this day is going. I thought I was going to be on the next available flight, but that meant one of four standby personnel on a flight overbooked by 2 people. But hey, I still have my health
Cons: Because the flight to Houston sat on the tarmac for so long, no one was able to get food in the airport before boarding this flight. I was at the back of the plane and there was NO fresh food available once the flight attendants reached the last 6-10 rows. Unacceptable that there is not enough food options for all passengers. By the time I landed in Panama, I had not eaten for 13 hours.
Pros: I survived.
Cons: Just before takeoff we had to abort and the crew slammed on the brakes. It was entirely frightening. We sat on the runway for a long time after that while the crew did not have clear answers for what was happening or why. Several things happened while we were on that plane that were unnerving for the passengers. So much so that at least one passenger threw up. Very scary. We did end up taking that plane on to our destination two hours later, but it was the worst flight experience of my life.
Pros: The crew was very friendly and efficient. They were extremely helpful with our requests. The entertainment was good, I was able to watch a movie the whole flight home.
Cons: We were expected to land at 5pm and did not land until 5:20pm. Upon arrival, the line to immigration was ridiculous. The machines were super slow and kept freezing. It took an hour before we could get to the X-ray line. At this point we had already missed the original time of our flight. Luckily the flight was delayed 30 minutes. After going through the x-ray machines we ran to our gate only to find out it had been changed and delayed again. We made it to our flight which was now rescheduled to depart at 7:23pm. After sitting in the plane for 45 minutes we did not depart until 8pm making our landing 2 hours after the original time.
Pros: The associate at the desk confused my flight for the next flight. I was given the wrong information and I watched my plane depart from the gate. Upon realizing that employees of that gate had left, and we're not coming back, I had to ask passing personnel about my flight to find that it left already and that I had already been rebooked without being notified. I now had to fly from Houston to Chicago to Nashville. The new flight boarded almost 2 hours later than expected, and upon landing in Chicago, I had already missed my connecting flight to Nashville by 35 minutes apparently. Unacceptable.
Pros: We were early for our flight. The flight was canceled 30 minutes before boarding, with no reason. United handed us a card and told us customer service would help us. Although we were booked on a flight the next day, it was on AMERICAN with a connecting flight. We waited in customer service line for an hour, to be told we would get only a discount on a hotel for the night. Not 100% paid for. We then waited another hour to be told our bags were already at our destination. No food vouchers. Just a goddamned headache. Horrible.
Cons: Nothing. Boo on United.
Pros: Nothing actually except it was on time.. I do appreciate being able to bring my little dog on board with us although it cost alost as much as another seat. Thanks for letting us bring her.
Cons: You put us all in very back seats and I am clostifobac.. It WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... LOuD AND NO RECLINING AND IN A CORNER.. OMG had to stand up most of way to keep from freaking out. And.. I HAD RESERVED MY SEATS..MAKES NO FRICKEN SENSE.. The tkt guy was rude when I told him I reserved our seats and now we are all 3 scattered everywhere alone. I think that's WHY HE PUT US IN THE VERY BACK BEING HATEFUL BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT UNITED DECIDED TO SEPARATE US FROM ROW I TO 30.. Also I am paying to bring my children to Mexico and I can't get points for it. Just sayin...
Cons: My flight was canceled and I was never notified. I never got a text or an email. I was also allowed to board the wrong flight, and sat there until another customer boarded with the same seat assignment. If that hadn't happened, I would've flown all the way to Oklahoma on the wrong flight, with no luggage. Not to mention, it's probably a lapse in security. That's how I learned that my flight was canceled. The United phone line was not helpful. Then, I stood in line FOREVER. After 2 hours of standing in line, they set up a dedicated line, and all of a sudden it was helpful. I'm never not flying southwest again. I'm praying my luggage makes it to where I'm going. AND no wifi on either flight. That really sucks.
Pros: It was pretty cheap
Cons: Our flight was delayed because the pilot wasn't there. I feel like this sort of thing always happens with united. When I went to ask for help about my connecting flights I was treated like I was the one inconveniencing them. And the response I got was there's nothing we can do if you miss your connecting flight the only one going out today is at 10 pm but it's completely full already. I feel like it was the worst customer service and while I realize the lady I spoke to was probably not the one responsible for the captain being Mia she could have been more kind and more helpful by 100%
Pros: Nothing! Rude people, rude service, smaller plane size, crappy food with a smell!
Cons: Everything! Rude people, rude service, smaller plane size, crappy food with a smell! Attendant even went as far as saying "This is why I prefer working with first class" to his co worker, making reference about a passenger. And even went as far as saying "I really need a drink after this one" when the passenger overhead his first comment and asked him why he's being so rude to her family and no one else. Also didn't bring us or the passenger behind us any water when we asked, and when asked again, he rudely said "You will have to wait, can't you see I only have two hands. I haven't gotten to your row yet" which he had, and passed, which is why the man behind us mumbled to us, and we made a request too.
Pros: Very clean.
Cons: Crazy flight attendants. I've never seen people with less patience. Was snapped at for asking for tea when they were taking my drink "order", because she started rolling the cart away and didnt seem like she was coming back so the guy next to me asked if she had heard me. Lady rolled her eyes at me like a teenager and belittles the poor guy for a few minutes. Saw another flight attendant nearly get in a fight with another passenger because she couldn't communicate and wasn't on board with whatever the other flight attendants had told her to do. Probably time to discuss stress management or have some of these people take a break to decompress because it's stressful being trapped with a bunch of jerks who are supposed to be helpful
Pros: the ride was good
Cons: if you ask a stewardess if the airplane from Houston to Leon has a power source for the iPhones you get - scolded, "sir, this is not a 737". Really. Would I ask if i knew the particulars of all the plane sizes in your fleet. I asked because I needed one and do not study the amenities of each plane. Try some politeness with the "idiocy" of passengers slammed into a window seat by your automated seating computer. Next. To fill out the forms provide please offer a pen. You can put your name on it if you like, make it a gimme pen. I tried internet unsuccessfully, then joined United Club to get wifi, only to discover after too late its only at the airport; then tried go go wifi; only to discover we flew out of range, again no notice that there was a particular range - your inflight ap services are not friendly revealing the shortcomings of a purchase.
Cons: They cancelled my flight into Hartford. I got stuck in Houston then they sent me to Boston. My car was at Bradley international on Boston so I had to wait a few hours when I landed at Logan before a rental car became available, which cost me an extra 200 dollars. I rented the car and drove to Hartford (2 hours) to drop the rental off and get my car. Needless to say I was exhausted for work on Tuesday after getting home at 3am and traveling all day. My original flight from Houston to Hartford was suppose to land at 8pm at Bradley airport. I had several people I was on the trip with who also flew into Hartford the same day with similar arrival times at bradley who were on different airlines. They either had small delays or no delays at all. Extremely inconvenient the trip home was. Although I am all for safety first I am not sure why other airlines still made the trip or simply delayed the flights. Doesn't make much sense since I usually fly United and always consider them the benchmark of air travel. Thanks. Torry Gajda
Pros: service in general
Cons: no covid separation at seats
Pros: The crew reacted good to the change of plane
Cons: Needed to replace plane because of technical problem, that should have detected earlier. The business seats are standard seats. No water through the flights. Very bad experience
Pros: too crowded , not organised enough
Pros: One of the crew member who served our food seemed in a rush and just dropped our food on our trays :( There was a lack of communication at the counter for travelers like us who was making this connecting flight. We were there four two hours and nobody bother to tell us we needed to check-in again.
Cons: Better communication for people making a connection. Not to wait until you are showing your boarding pass and then telling us we needed to check-in again,
Cons: Departure was slightly late (passengers still exiting the plane when gate was called)
Cons: 600€ for tiny space in the plane!!
Pros: The crew was OK, the seats had generous leg space.
Cons: The flight could have been on time. not only was the plane late arriving, but then the didn't take off for another hour! have never flown an airline that refuses to take off because of a little rain.... :-(
Pros: On board service and entertainment. The plane itself was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The check in process was slow and inefficient. One of our bags was routed on another flight (we’re still waiting for it). Ridiculous amount charged for chech in luggage for an international flight!
Pros: The captain was able to make up much of the lost time spent boarding.
Cons: The crew were 20 minutes late getting to the plane. The seats were also uncomfortable. Thankfully, it was only a 50 minute flight.
Pros: Efficient and very nice crew
Cons: 90 minutes delay for departure from Brussels to Washington...
Pros: Food was good. Crew on the flights were polite
Cons: Checking in could be made easier by the airline communicating with the staff. They were not aware i had an email that i could check in luggage and they were not helpful or providing good customer services - unprofessional & inexperienced. Lost my luggage both ways.
Pros: Good Staff, Good Service, On Time Departure and Arrival
Cons: The ticket price was so expensive
Pros: The seats were wide tall and comfortable, there was enough room for the legs as well.
Cons: A little glass of juice would have been nice from the airline.
Cons: It was very cold inside the airplane. I have to ask multiple times for blanket.
Pros: Good priority boarding
Pros: So so
Cons: But connecting flight is just 30 minutes delayed schedule because of airline benefits. I have to run the gate and I can make it but I heard 2 passengers didn't. I didn't hear this situation. When I ask staffs how about connecting flight to Nice, staffs just told me your flight is ok.
Pros: As if our flight from Washington to Brussels was not delayed enough, the flight segment to Accra from Brussels was delayed for almost 2 hours
Cons: Almost everything about the trip was impacted one way or the other. Our luggage/bags were partially damaged too, but I decided not to lodge an official complaint.
Pros: I don't think I liked anything about Brussels Airlines, compared to British Airways or American Airlines. The reason why I booked on Brussels Airlines was because American Airlines will only allow my family to check in luggage when we travelled to Accra in 2016. On our return flight on British Airways, we were allowed to check in bags and not 1
Cons: The flight was delayed and seating arrangements for my family was not well done.
Pros: Food was better than average.
Cons: Boarding could be done more efficiently.
Pros: Great airline
Cons: Great distance to walk between terminals for transfer
Cons: Custums on JFK was not utilized to check a full plane with tourists. ESTA finger prints took more than 2 hours.
Pros: I missed it
Cons: I missed it
Pros: Nice crew, old equipment
Cons: All food for purchase. Not even complimentary nuts. All drinks are for purchase. Including water!!! 4 hours flight not a glass of water unless you pay 3 euro. No entertainment. No USB or electric outlets. Thanks for not charging for use of bathroom.
Pros: The crew was calm, professional and polite.
Cons: There was a delay of almost an hour on my first leg of the trip, which meant that I was really rushing to get to the gate for my connection in Brussels. It would have been nice to have some sort of express option for that, since it was the airline's fault that we were late.
Pros: The plan arrived earlier than it was scheduled, everything wss smooth.
Cons: Crew was rude, including even the pilot, who was unbelievably rude.
Pros: Nice planes
Cons: My luggage was lost and I still haven't received it
Pros: Crew was very pleasant and friendly. Departure and arrival was on time.
Cons: Very narrow and uncomfortable seats.
Pros: Safe flight
Cons: They dropped our connection. Took 3 hours to straighten it out
Cons: 3€ coffee, no space, flight overbooked.
Pros: They tried and succeeded in making flying as enjoyable and comfortable as it can be these days in economy class. Plenty of legroom. I would absolutely fly with them again.
Cons: Really, really bad food. Also, the selection of movies could have been better. Most of the foreign films did not have English subtitles.
Cons: Flight delayed and waited over an hour at baagage claim .no one to speak to or help. Worker at baggage claim sitting on phone .
Cons: Boarding was unorganized. Halfway through the flight, the cabin smells like sweat everywhere.
Pros: I was able to get home the next day rerouted with Lufthansa and they did provide a hotel and gave us a 15$ voucher.
Cons: Missed an important day of work. Sat in the airport for 5 hours with little to no comunication from staff. They would constantly tell us they will make an announcement in 5 minutes but never had. JFK Terminal 1 is very unconfortable so that made the stay worse. The problem I had was with the fact that they could not tell us straight we are not going to fly.
Pros: Nice equip and staff, comfortable and on-time
Cons: Veg meal requested but not processed.
Pros: Flight was ok
Cons: The fact that we had to wait on the tarmac for a set of stairs to arrive which lasted quite long.
Cons: There was a very long wait checking in and boarding and there was no kosher food available on the flight.
Pros: The seats were great, we were seated in an exit row, so loads of legroom, we are tall so this is very important. Crew was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No fault of the airlines, but I was seated next to a very large family with little kids and a baby. I'm usually pretty tolerant, but the back of my seat was kicked for 8 hours and the kids kept running right in front of me causing me to constantly move my legs. Ugh. Food was ok, nothing special, it edible.
Pros: Nice crew
Cons: Horrible food if you opt for Halal. Imagine having to eat the same thing from start to end in an international flight. Major turbulence, got sick to the stomach when I got home. I have to admit my overall experience was very very poor.
Pros: Love the flight from Brussels to Toronto, quick boarding process, love the entire crew friendly and helpful.
Pros: Good movies , decent food
Cons: Boarding took forever and cause a departure delayed of 1 hour.
Pros: the cabin crew was wonderful. We were delayed by half hour on board they kept us informed and the service was excellent
Pros: Clean, professional and great meal!
Pros: The crew were very respectful and professional did not like everything from Accra to Brussels .
Cons: We pay the crew so they need to respect us. One guy among the crew members was very disrespectful and unprofessional .
Pros: Your airline 100% better then Air Canada.
Pros: Once on the aircraft, the flight was quite nice. The drinks and food were very good. The flight attendants were very helpful. Having blankets was very nice, since it was very cold in some sections near the toilets. I was selected for supplementary search but the attendants were very efficient and courteous.
Cons: No one explained why one needed to go through the Brussels Airlines pre-check gate (at gate #40) and have our passports reviewed again and a sticker added. It was a mess. At the gate, it wasn't clear where the boarding lines were compared to the lines to see a desk clerk and no one was around to explain what was going on. We didn't know if there was another check going on or it was a boarding line.
Pros: It was a smooth flight.
Cons: Choice of food
Cons: Terrible food, very small and crowded aircraft.
Cons: No water/fluid offered -- everything was pay-to-play.
